2024 El Paso, Texas elections

The city of El Paso, Texas will hold elections for mayor, city council, municipal court judge, and municipal court of appeals judge on November 5, 2024.[1] The filing deadline will occur on August 19, 2024.[1]

On January 20, 2024, school board member Joshua Acevedo defeated lawyer Veronica Carbajal in a city council runoff special election by a margin of 10.2%.[2] Acevedo assumed office on January 30, 2024.[3]
