Hi RHaworth
You have recently deleted several diagrams related to Chirp Pulses. These are part of an article I am writing on Chirp compression, which is (was?) almost complete. It is currently in several sections which I intend to combine for submission. No part of the article is yet saved to Wiki, as I was resolving some problems I had with maths equations, references, and so on before submitting it. Now my article , when I load it up to continue can no longer find the diagrams it refers to. Please undo your efforts so I can continue! Regards, D1ofBerks (talk) 13:19, 12 May 2015 (UTC)
- @D1ofBerks: for goodness sake! Do you know how to look at your own contributions history? Do you know how to look at your own upload logs? If you don't, find out before you talk to me again. Please give a proper link to one of the images I have deleted and tell me what the deletion log entry says. Why on earth are you uploading here? Stop! Stop unloading images with GNU licences here. They should be uploaded to the Commons. There are 287 other Wikipedias that might wish to make use of your images. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:45, 12 May 2015 (UTC)
On Create Protection of Victor Mochere
Hi RHaworth, I extend my humble greetings from Kenya. Hope you are doing well. I recently tried to create an article titled Victor Mochere but I realized you have blocked it from being created. I wish to humbly request you to unblock it because he is a notable person. He is a published author of Shed My Blood, The Realm and Orders from The Grave novels that can be found on amazon and locally at bookstores. He is one of the finest and bestsellers in the Kenyan Book market. He is also an award winning blogger with the latest blog award being that of African Blogger Awards (2015). He is a public figure and a social media personality. He runs verified social network accounts like his facebook page https://www.facebook.com/VictorMochere . he also has massive followers on Twitter to be-feat his notable standards https://twitter.com/VictorMochere and also on instagram https://instagram.com/victormochere/
My humble request is that you create an article about him because information about him is publicly available online or allow me to create an article about him that will be subjected to review by you. It is my prayer that you recognize him Thank you in advance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by John Mokoroo (talk • contribs) 14:55, 12 May 2015 (UTC)
- What an unmitigated load of flannel. You have joined multiple social networking sites and have come to Wikipedia thinking that it is another one. But it is not. Please also make it your prayer that you be granted the gift of humility so that you may wait until someone else judges you notable enough for Wikipedia and writes about you. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 22:29, 13 May 2015 (UTC)
ZaidAliT
I'm trying to redirect ZaidAliT to the article Zaid Ali but I've noticed it won't let me do that since the link is salted. Would you be able to remove the protection so that it could be converted into a redirect? Cheers, Mar4d (talk) 10:21, 13 May 2015 (UTC)

One Network Enterprises
Hi Roger, I recently noticed a page I created on Wiki was deleted by you, I am interested to understand why and hoping you can explain. I was hoping to get One Network Enterprises listed on the site after the creation of the "real time value network" which is a leading concept of managing supply chain and logistics activities in real time. Can you give me some advise on how to get the company listed, so I can develop / add too the branch of sub subject around supply chain technology. Thanks again, Roger. Kind Regards, Chris — Preceding unsigned comment added by Benpank (talk • contribs) 12:21, 13 May 2015 (UTC)
- The "why" is explained in the deletion log entry. The best way to get the company listed is for you to do nothing. This will save you the disappointment of having it deleted again. When the company becomes notable someone with no COI will write about it. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 22:29, 13 May 2015 (UTC)
Hot Heels deletion
Hello there. You speedy deleted Hot Heels but I haven't been on here for a while and while I don't know who made it I got a message about it. Please send me the content of the page and I will then be able to fathom the reasons you deleted it (any comments gratefully received), as I believe it ought to be reinstated, as a key historical event for this particular set of sports. I'd certainly like the page anyway to figure out what was up. thanks! — Richardhod (talk) 01:04, 14 May 2015 (UTC)
- You received the message because (in case you have forgotten) you created it. Deletion was uncontroversial: an article totally devoid of references may have been OK in 2007 but eight years later (and still not a shred of evidence) it is unacceptable. First and last states emailed. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 22:08, 14 May 2015 (UTC)
Another grumpy editor
The article, Smokestack Hardy. If you think I'm yelling, Smokestack is a nickname, the person was real, I went out for a few so I wasn't available to contest the speedy deletion. If the punctuation was incorrect, that could have been fixed. So, what was the criteria you based his notability on? http://archive.baltimorecity.gov/Government/AgenciesDepartments/Fire/FireStations/SmokestackHardyFireStation.aspx — Robco311 01:11, 14 May 2015 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by BeeCeePhoto (talk • contribs)

Kingdom Come - Too album cover
Hello I am still new to editing Wiki and was curious as to what was wrong with my upload for this file: File:Kingdom Come - Too Album Cover.jpg. Let me know what I need to do differently. Thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gumbydeath (talk • contribs)
- Why are you asking me? I did delete it but immediately restored it. But it deserved to be deleted. I don't know what it looks like on your computer but on mine, at first glance it looks like solid black. I suspect that the original highlighted the text by some technique such as embossing which has been lost in your photograph. I note that there are several other black-on-black images in this Google search but there are some legible ones. Steal one of the legible ones or create you own with Gimp and re-upload. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:30, 18 May 2015 (UTC)
Remove from the internet
Hi, I need to know, When a page has been deleted from the Wikipedia, How long will it take to be removed from the Internet (search engines). Thanks, Chemcol (talk) 17:05, 18 May 2015 (UTC)
- What's the problem? Worried that your copyvio is now public? You should have thought of that before you uploaded. Seriously though, the answer is a lot longer than it takes to get Wikipedia pages added. I am sure Google takes a new pages feed - it indexes stuff very quickly. But it will remove deleted stuff eventually - within say a month. But keep watching and you will find out for yourself. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:30, 18 May 2015 (UTC)
Heaven Knows What Page
Hi RHaworth, I'm new to Wikipedia and am trying to create a page for <shouting deleted>. I started a page that you speedy-deleted. I'm happy to provide sources for information about the release date, synopsis and news. Sources include industry articles, official festival sites that have screened the film and the distributor's official page for the film. Is there any way for you to retract the speedy-delete as I would like to finish creating the page and Wikipedia noted that I should not start a new page if I had an old one with similar content. Thank you! Best, AW — Preceding unsigned comment added by AbbeyWarner (talk • contribs) — AbbeyWarner (talk • contribs) has made few or no other edits outside this topic.
- Your list of sources confirms the movie's lack of notability. Kindly have the decency to wait until someone with no CoI thinks it is notable and writes about it here. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 10:12, 19 May 2015 (UTC)

- (stalking) You should click here and use the Article Wizard to create new articles. Follow the instructions, ensure that you cite reliable and independent sources such as major national news outlets or books, then submit the draft for an independent review when you are done. Hi - we mid-air conflicted on this. I did think about deleting per WP:CSD#G11 but decided the sources (especially the dedicated piece in The Guardian) were okay and we've be better off whittling it down to a stub, so I reversed your deletion and did that. At least it keeps the "why did u delete my article 'x' - it's 10,000% notable please restore it please please please!!!111one11" type of messages down a bit. Foregen redirect request
Hi RHaworth. I noticed you were the admin that salted the page Foregen a while back. There's been a request at Wikipedia:Articles for creation/Redirects to create a redirect at that title to Foreskin restoration#Foreskin Regeneration, where the subject is discussed. I was wondering if you had any thoughts on the matter. It's been nearly 4 years, so I'd understand if you've completely forgotten about this. Best, Mz7 (talk) 01:41, 20 May 2015 (UTC)

Hello Rogers! I'm aware of your deletion of the above article per A7. Subject of the above article is a Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi and that's an assertion of notability. However, I have no clue of why you deleted the article per A7 because, the criterion does not applies to articles with a claim of significance. Will you consider to restore it now? I have no prejudice against its deletion through WP:AfD if her notability is in doubt but I strongly object to its deletion per the aforementioned criterion. Thanks! Wikic¤l¤gyt@lk to M£ 15:34, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- I do not agree that Commissioner of Income Tax is an assertion of notability. She is just a civil servant. I do not see category:Commissioners of Income Tax full of articles about other commissioners. In any case the page was an unreferenced stub. Text emailed. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 16:06, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- Even a single reliable source that discuss a subject in detail is enough to pass WP:CSD#A7. There is no WP:CSD for unreferenced stub and the article shouldn't be deleted as such. The best thing to do is to use a {{prod blp/dated}}. I have no idea of why you feel that a "Commissioner of Income Tax" is not an assertion of notability. Commissioners are the heads of government ministries or departments such as the Lagos State Ministry of Education and Information Commissioner for example, is a notable government official and the office, Information Commissioner's Office is a notable office. See also United States Commissioner of Education. Having said that, Preeta Harit is a Commissioner of Income tax and president of All India Income Tax SC/ST Employee's Welfare Federation and that is an assertion of notability. It is not mandatory for you to see Category:Commissioner of tax, Category:North Dakota Tax Commissioners is a similar category and Category:Commissioner of tax has no effect subject notability. Restore the article and I will stubify it. Thanks! Wikic¤l¤gyt@lk to M£ 17:14, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- What do you mean "restore the article and I will stubify it"? It is already a stub. No. You recreate the article with decent references and I will restore the original edits underneath to give credit to the previous editors. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 18:41, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- I forgot that the article is already a stub because my concern is actually on your deletion of the article per A7. Nevertheless thanks for reminding me. However, I don't think I'm ready to create any article for now, busy with some things. Thanks! Wikic¤l¤gyt@lk to M£ 20:08, 20 May 2015 (UTC)

Oru Second Class Yathra
Re Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Oru Second Class Yathra, When you wrote "No attempt made to provide references", did you mean the author, or that the nominator did not perform his WP:BEFORE? I did, and it was incredible easy to improve. Schmidt, Michael Q. 14:13, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
@RHaworth: Well... in anticipation of a resounding keep, I've submitted my DYK. Now its a matter of waiting. Schmidt, Michael Q. 04:06, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
- "No attempt" referred to the author. I disagree with WP:BEFORE: if an author cannot manage to provide at least some evidence they do not deserve an article. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 12:53, 22 May 2015 (UTC)

Hi. You deleted a page in my userspace, stating as the reason that I wanted the page deleted. I did not. The page is this one. I genuinely have no idea. A L T E R C A R I 12:39, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
- It is tragick. You are ignoring important tools that the MediaWiki software provides. At the top of User:Altercari/Institut Villa Pierrefeu you will see a link "view history". Click on that link. Study the results carefully, then come back and tell me who applied the speedy tag and when - to the nearest second. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 19:17, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
It was me? But how did this happen, seriously? I'm so confused. I do greatly appreciate all of your kind help, by the way. Wikipedia seems not to have a systematic or organised support system for those who are new to the website - a shame. I suppose the upside is that it encourages reaching out to others! A L T E R C A R I 20:51, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
- How it happened is simple: for some reason best known to yourself you did the utterly pointless thing of copying the delete history of Institut Villa Pierrefeu from its rendered state on your browser's screen into your draft article. Unfortunately this history included
{{delete}}
which promptly moved the page into CAT:CSD. Of course Wikipedia has organised support - you simply have not tried to find it. You can ask at the Teahouse or you can seek adoption. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 21:31, 26 May 2015 (UTC)

Deletion of prussiate
Hi Roger. I see you're a busy admin. (Pages deleted 232,575) and I hold such folk in great esteem.
However, I wonder if you'd reconsider your deletion of prussiate? It was deleted for these 2 reasons:
- wp:A1 - no context - but then "If any information in the title or on the page, including links, allows an editor, possibly with the aid of a web search, to find further information on the subject in an attempt to expand or edit it, there is enough context that A1 is not appropriate." Surely my wp:SOFT link to Wiktionary would come under the latter description?
- wp:G1 - Patent nonsense - "Pages consisting entirely of incoherent text or gibberish with no meaningful content or history.". Now I'd suggest the article wasn't this.
Just to reiterate, I know admins do a superb job ... but we all make the odd misjudgment! Best wishes, Trafford09 (talk) 08:42, 27 May 2015 (UTC)

Hi, I noticed you removed the article on the substance rockwool a few months ago under speedy deletion criteria G11 and A7. I am a little surprised, since I remember the article being there in the past and I do not remember thinking even a little (at the time) that it would qualify for speedy deletion, never mind regular deletion (and I consider myself a deletioninst... though by looking over your talk page, it seems you have me at quite an advantage!). I am certain that rockwool is a notable substance and that it has been used for decades for a variety of important purposes, and the fact that I came BACK looking for the article today and found it missing/ deleted is, for me, further evidence of "people" (I know, I am only a sample of one, but still) wanting to find information about it on Wikipedia (I have no affiliation with the rockwool industry and have no coi with regard to the subject). Would the article really need to be recreated from scratch? Is there a way I can get access to the deleted article so that I can reform it in such a way that it will no longer qualify for G11 or A7? I have never wanted to undelete anything before, so the process is entirely unfamiliar to me. Please advise. Thanks! KDS4444Talk 00:26, 28 May 2015 (UTC)

Deletion of Ad Majesty page
Hello, I think deletion of Ad Majesty page is not well-considered, because the article is about one of the biggest advertising and cretivity agencies in Lithuania. In our country, we have not a huge number of agencies like this, so I think it is a must to have an article about agency in a country like Lithuania. By the way, the company is growing fast, so partners need to find more information about agencie's work and history.
I know I am new in wikipedia, so I will try to do my best and correct this article as much as I can. I am sorry for disturbing you, but I hope you will help me. Thank you. Best wishes, Gintare — Preceding unsigned comment added by PeckyteG (talk • contribs) 10:33, 2 June 2015 (UTC)
Weird
What's going on here? A user by that name doesn't seem to exist. What did I do wrong? — Jeraphine Gryphon (talk) 10:10, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) That user is almost certainly our old friend JarlaxleArtemis/Grawp. The account exists, but has been suppressed by oversighters. Yunshui 雲水 10:23, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
Whoops. Why not delete the page though? — Jeraphine Gryphon (talk) 10:25, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
- Good point. I've done so, with suppression bells on. Yunshui 雲水 10:36, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
- @Jeraphine Gryphon: I owe you a slight apology: the {{db-u2}} tag that you applied contained this link: (check). I clicked on the link and failed to notice that the account name reported had a 1 at the end. When I asked for the Special:Contributions/AndyTheGrump = Islamic gump, ie. the account without the 1, I got a report. Normally, if an an account is not registered you see 'User account "…" is not registered'. But I did not get the usual message that "this account is blocked". So I attempted to re-block the account and and got the message "the account AndyTheGrump = Islamic gump is already locked globally.". But just to complete the confusion, if you follow that link you get the message: 'there is no global account for "AndyTheGrump = Islamic gump"'!
- @Yunshui: tricky. Policy on accounts that exist is very clear that user talk pages should not be deleted (except for right to vanish). Personally, I would have kept the page but I certainly can see absolutely no justification for hiding the deleted stuff from common or garden admins. There are countless socks of JarlaxleArtemis/Grawp but their pages have not been hidden. Why does this one get special treatment? — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 17:04, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
- My bad, Roger. The username was suppressed on blocking so that it wouldn't appear in logs (seeing as how it's, you know, not very nice). I mistakenly thought I'd need to hide the talkpage as well to maintain that suppression, but that isn't actually the case. Chalk it up to relative inexperience with username oversighting; it doesn't happen that often. I've restored the talkpage. Yunshui 雲水 18:57, 4 June 2015 (UTC)

June 3 2015 deletion of page
Hi. This is regarding your recent deletion of the Uniweb page. We were two different people working on it yesterday. We just learned to use Wikipedia, even though I've been reading it since the beginning (And donating to it too). I understood the comments left by reviewers and made all the necessary changes to show the relevance of the page, use a wikipedia style, put references, etc. The pages of two very similar research networks have a Wikipedia page (ResearchGate and Academia.edu) so I imagine that the relevance of the topic within Wikipedia has already been stablished. We are not interested in creating a commercial page. We are just trying to provide information in the same style that other research networks. Dmacrini (talk) 14:35, 3 June 2015 (UTC)

Thank You and Please Help
Hi! Thank you for fixing the location of the page I am working on for The Harris Poll. I created it only yesterday while I was first experimenting so I realize now it was not and is not up to code. I have just completed the Wikipedia Adventure and will now be spending time hopefully making the page accurate and worth keeping on Wikipedia.
I see that you have flagged the page for deletion because you feel there is "no evidence of notability." I believe the information and citations I am about to include will change your mind, but as you are much more experienced that I at working within the Wikipedia confines I would greatly appreciate your advice and help. I have made my personal COI in this matter clear in my user profile, but even if this was not related to my job, I would be frustrated to learn that Wikipedia was missing current and valuable information.
Ultimately, I think the biggest concern may be that the new page could be construed as an unneeded repetition of the existing Harris Interactive page. I would argue that it is the other way around. Really, it would have been in The Harris Poll's best interest to remove the Harris Interactive page from Wikipedia but I am not at all comfortable with that option. The company did exist at one point and humans who wish to have a right to know that. Instead, I hope to find a way that The Harris Poll and Harris Interactive can coexist on Wikipedia with both pages providing accurate information and neither overly repeating what the other already says.
Please let me know as I continue editing both these pages if you feel I am not meeting the high standards, which the Wikipedia editing community has rightfully set for content. In addition, can you advise me on how I go about adding a copyrighted image to the page? I have permission from the brand to add it, but not from Wikipedia. Thanks again for your interest in my undertaking and your support! Hpollack (talk) 18:39, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
- You are hopelessly long winded. In your The Harris Poll page you had made no attempt to provide evidence of notability. I suggest that you expand the Harris Poll section within Harris Interactive but omitting those silly ® and ℠ symbols which are not required in Wikipedia. Presumably the image you want to upload is a specimen of Harris Poll results. You will probably be allowed to do this on a "fair use" basis. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 17:33, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
- @Hpollack: feel free to make a proposal in talk:Harris Interactive for a separate article about the poll and then wait for responses. If split, I think Harris Poll would be the better title. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 12:49, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
日独写真機商店
Hi, I see that you speedy deleted the redirect 日独写真機商店 I just created and am wondering if you were aware that I contested the nomination for speedy deletion already on the talk page. I do not think A2 applies, because this isn't an article, but a redirect, and 日独写真機商店 is being discussed in the history section of the Minolta article. Without the redirect, people, who stumble upon the term 日独写真機商店 in the literature and not already familiar with the historical facts, may not realize, that this is about the company that later became Minolta (and Konica Minolta today). 日独写真機商店 does not translate to "Minolta". It is not just some random Japanese phrase, but the name of a historically relevant Japanese company, that's what I think warrants the redirect. --Matthiaspaul (talk) 10:54, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
- One problem is that on my machine instead of pretty (is it Katakana or Kanji?) characters all I see is a string of little squares. But I agree: redirects are cheap so I have re-created. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 17:33, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks, Roger! Kanji. If you have problems displaying it, your operating system either does not have Japanese language support installed or the browser has problems recognizing the character set/encoding (unlikely, since UTF-8 is supported by most any browser today). WP:HIJCS might help. Greetings, --Matthiaspaul (talk) 19:04, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
Deletion of pages related to WANdisco
Hi RHaworth, I understand that the WANdisco Fusion, SVN MultiSite Plus, Git MultiSite, and Distributed Coordination Engine (DConE) pages do not comply with section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, so please send me the content for my own records. The reason the SVN MultiSite Plus and Git MultiSite pages were created was so that they could be added to the list of software suites on the application lifecycle management page.
Can you please give me some insight as to why other products listed on that page such as Endevor, Enterprise Architect (software), FogBugz, and FusionForge are allowed despite little content outside of user guide information? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mtwandisco (talk • contribs)
- Other stuff exists is never an argument. Kindly have the decency to wait until someone with no COI thinks your individual products are worthy of separate articles and creates them here. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 17:33, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
Contested speedy on AWeber
I believe you are mistaken in deleting the AWeber entry. It is a top 600 website. There is no shortage of sources to expand the article. I'm not sure why I didn't get a notice the first time it was deleted under prod, but apparently someone asked that it be restored, for good reason. It would undoubtedly pass at AfD, especially if I were given time to improve it. The entry even says that it serves "more than 120,000 customers globally." Definitely not CSD material. Please restore. — Mark Schierbecker (talk) 00:07, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
- I have emailed you the latest state. If you can add decent independent references, feel free to re-create the article. If it survives for a week, drop me a line and I will restore the history underneath so the previous editors get due credit. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 12:39, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
Lehigh Valley
As I replied on the talk page, Alliance for Sustainable Communities–Lehigh Valley is not an article on wikipedia but a first draft as a sub to my user page. I was interrupted and had to save it as is. Why did you ignore my reply and delete it anyway? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Peterkc (talk • contribs) 00:19, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
You deleted a draft from my workspace Peterkc/Alliance for Sustainable Communities–Lehigh Valley. When I objected, you went ahead and deleted it anyway. I agree that the article was obviously not ready to publish, but that's why it was a subpage to my page. I can't work if drafts in my space are subject to disruption or deletion just because they are incomplete. If you want to discourage people from investing time in WP, you've found a good way to do just that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Peterkc (talk • contribs) 12:22, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
- Perhaps deletion was bit cruel since it was obvious what you were trying to do. Restored to user:Peterkc/Alliance for Sustainable Communities–Lehigh Valley. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 12:39, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
Socks?
Taaseen faiyaz khan (created by User:Armuhghan) which I've just come across at NPP looks very similar to one I saw earlier today. In particular the single block of text, and the ending "on facebook, instagram, youtube, google, etc" strike a chord. I think it's related to Radha krishna kumar (created by User:Krisswater0959) which I nominated and you deleted A7. Since I can't see the deleted article I can't make any judgement as to whether the the similarity is more than coincidental and whether sockpuppety vandalism is occurring. Could you take a look please? Bazj (talk) 10:11, 6 June 2015 (UTC)
Or it could have been a previous copy of the same article that I saw... Bazj (talk) 11:23, 6 June 2015 (UTC)
- I think you are thinking about Taaseen faiyaz khan (talk · contribs) who created the first version of Taaseen faiyaz khan. All three accounts were created within a couple of hours but User:Krisswater0959 is probably unrelated. Let me know if you see anything more and I will do a bit of title protecting. Sock blocking is pretty pointless because they just go and create another account! — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 12:09, 6 June 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for looking. I'd agree about the futility but documenting the link can be useful in its own right, especially when I can't see the deleted contributions. Earlier today I had strong suspicions about User:J rakhsha being a puppet of User:J rakhshan, seeing the links to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Vamsiraj gave me a much higher confidence in reporting the link and tagging all his articles as G5. Deletion of Draft:Madura Kulatunga
You deleted Draft:Madura Kulatunga via G4. However, that draft cited two new sources not present in the deletion discussion, and arguably reliable (what appears to be the youth magazine of the Sunday Observer and the Sunday edition of The Island, respectively). The draft itself still read like spam and in no way was ready to become a live article, but I wonder whether G4 applies when there are good-faith attempts to address the previous article's shortcomings in a draft. Would you consider undeleting it? Huon (talk) 22:10, 6 June 2015 (UTC)
- Almost certainly an autobio but at least it is in draft space so we can kill it in six months time. restored. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 22:21, 6 June 2015 (UTC)

You deleted the page Jillian Haslam from its sandbox on May 17 because of a copyright infringement. Would it be possible to have this page retrieved for a complete rewrite? — Nmwalsh (talk) 09:37, 7 June 2015 (UTC)
- What are you talking about? User:Nmwalsh/sandbox/Jillian Haslam was only created recently and nobody is suggesting that it is a copyvio. There is no previous deleted version. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:23, 7 June 2015 (UTC)

Hello, you deleted Draft:Voxeljet AG back in May, can you tell me who the main author of it was? The user who recreated it, User:Davidwikipedia94, also signed up today, I'm just checking to make sure it's not a block evasion. — Jeraphine Gryphon (talk) 18:28, 8 June 2015 (UTC)

special redirect
Hi - would you please restore the special redirect Bookends (album) (redirect)? As I said on the talk page when I contested the speedy deletion, it's there intentionally to track usage. Thanks. Dohn joe (talk) 15:32, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
- Usage by whom or by what? I note that it is being viewed quite heavily but given that nothing links to it, what is causing these views? — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 15:42, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
That's the whole point. It's meant to track who starts out at the Bookend page but who actually wanted the Bookends (album) page, so we can help decide if Bookends should redirect to Bookend or be the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for Bookends (album). Dohn joe (talk) 17:30, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
- You are very niggardly with your explanations. If you had added a decent talk page when you created Bookends (album) (redirect), the deletion might not have happened.
- @777sms: if you still think the redirect should be deleted please make a request via RfD. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 10:58, 10 June 2015 (UTC)

Templates are not in user facing space, and the opposite applies. I take it to RfD. There is no need for, essentially programmers, in which I have dabbled for thirty five years, to offer opportunities for ambiguation. In a a nutshell, if you discern the cut of my gist, it is Occam's Razor. This redirect is not just needless but harmful. WP:Redirects are cheap, yes, but maintenance is expensive. You don't have to add to that load. They will diverge, believe me, they will diverge. WP:NOTFINISHED does not mean make a bad start and let someone else clear up the mess. Look at the mess at
