    This page is NOT for challenging the outcome of deletion discussions or to address the pending deletion of any page.
    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here).

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    The article passes notability criteria with enough references. I contested the deletion in its talk page and deletion done without informing me —Ranjithsiji (talk) 10:17, 21 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

    @Ranjithsiji: Not done – this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Meenakshi Raveendran, it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, Liz (talk · contribs).     The problem with the process is that when I started the article the redlink page was not linked to the Draft:Meenakshi Raveendran which was showing now. So I don't have an information about an existing draft. The admin which you mention here Liz was not part of my discussion instead Jeraxmoira taged the page for a speedy deletion. I contested the speedy deletion on the talk page Talk:Meenakshi Raveendran. But that talk page was now non existent. Deb was deleted this page saying that "A much better draft already exists" but the link to the draft was not established. I am the only person who edited that article and simply delete a page without pinging me is not a good practice in Wikipedia. I am not trying to do any kind of VANDALISM. Also this article passes the notability criteria. So I need the article back that is the point. WP:DRV says I need to paste the code where the discussion happens. and Talk:Meenakshi Raveendran page is now non existent. And finally if there was a better draft then I can import all the better content into existing article. This is a clear case of non consideration of the work of a Wikipedia editor. This was undeleted over six months ago with a pledge that it would be worked on, but no edits were made to improve the entry for resubmission.     The piece was put up for speedy deletion and deleted before it could be challenged at my end. The page was marked for unambiguous advertising but does not present a single reason why or where there is advertising. All the things mentioned in the submission have relevant link (which include government notifications, website, details, mainstream newspapers, reputed universities across the world like Oxford and Cambridge).     As to Jay and Ajsciccha, the answer is that the draft was essentially a CV, itself promotional, but that was used as essentially a "wrapper" for several sales links to this person's books. It's possible they actually are notable (or not, I'm not saying they certainly are), but an article about them will need to stick to reliable and independent sources rather than be just a list of "Look how neat they are", and will certainly need to omit all the sales links.     Produced on N.V.S. Creations, "Suprabhatham" pairs Srikanth and Rasi and is directed by hit movie director, Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao. Storyline being very thin, the director's attempt to make it completely entertainment oriented, fails to captivate the attention of the audience. Bhimineni who has been directing remakes, which have become box office hits, has failed miserably in his job in his first attempt at directing the movie. His sentiment that `S' augurs well is busted with this movie. The one major shortcoming is lack of a gripping story. Actingwise, Srikanth acquitted himself well. The plus point is music score by Vandematharam Srinivas. [1]

    Suprabhatam: Good entertainment. Srinivasa Rao directed Bheemaneni's film "Suprabhatam" with the intention of entertaining the audience. The hero Gopalakrishna is full of humor in the entire first part of the film by doing mischievous things. Famous chef Han Gopalakrishna impresses all the women in the Kapuramunde-Kampai complex with his delicious cooking experiment, all the women there fall in love with him, their husbands suspect the women, all these scenes are very entertaining. Suprabhatam dawns on their dark thoughts. The scenes where heroism is used like good morning twice are good. Watch this movie for entertainment. Srikanth and Rashi acted well. Srikanth's sense of humor is impressive. All the others acted well. The music of Vande Mataram Srinivas sounded delicious. Every scene looks beautiful in Mahidhar's photography. [2]

    Previous to the deletion, the content of my user page was the taxonomy of the species which makes my username. In my opinion, this falls well within WP:UPGOOD as "A small and proportionate amount of suitable unrelated material".

    It is plausible that the user who initiated the deletion ignored WP:U5 ("[...] except for plausible drafts and pages adhering to Wikipedia:User pages § What may I have in my user pages?" and "Read [...] Wikipedia:User pages § Deletion of user pages") and WP:DELETEOTHER ("Except for blatant or serious matters, it is preferable to try contacting the user before deletion")
