Dear AngusW,
I followed your advise and tried to correct my mistakes.
I hope I have made some improvements. Yuroly (talk) 16:54, 25 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Dear AngusW, this a second message for you. For some reason I did not see your response on my previous message. Please reply. I post the message again:
"Thank you for your comments and advise.I don't know why you were thinking that I'm writing the article about myself, for me it is a baseless accusation. I'm aware of Wiki policy which does not encourage to write the autobiography articles. I'm not Yelena Olshansky. It is an article about my mother who at age of 92 became an inventor and was awarded the United State Patent. She is a survivor of Leningrad's Siege and lived an extraordinary life and continue to be active. The article has many references regarding the events of her life and the biography. I would appreciate very much if you advise me how to locate them in proper way, so they would be suitable for Wiki. I would like to continue to edit the article. Thanks a lot for your collaboration. Yuroly" Yuroly (talk) 09:47, 27 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

COI notice

[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article, or a draft for a Wikipedia article, about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you.
