Daniel J. Justice was a state legislator in North Carolina. He served in the North Carolina House of Representatives in 1889 representing Edgecombe County.[1]
An August 1888 report stated that at the county convention, "Lee Person claimed the nomination, but the chair declared in favor of Daniel Justice".[2]
