This user right will be super useful to me for moving unsuitable articles to draft space (eliminating the need to tag the resulting redirect with R2), dealing with articles created by new users in the wrong namespace (that I come across a lot as a vandalism patroller), and performing a round-robin move on two pages (that I try to fix occasionally when an editor copy-pastes an article). Not done I reviewed your contributions and found little to no recent anti-vandalism work. If you're still interested in this tool then please spend at least a month actively patrolling RecentChanges (Twinkle & Ultraviolet can help with that) before reapplying.
