[edit]hello, Vanderwaalforces. I admit that I may have made mistakes in creating this User talk:4editting page, as this is my first attempt at contributing to Wikipedia. However, I humbly request reconsideration of the deletion. I believe the subject is notable and valuable to document, and I trust that other experienced editors, particularly those familiar with Rwanda, can step in to improve and correct my work. My intention was to share information that is widely known locally but deserves global recognition.

- @4editting Hi there! Firstly, welcome to English Wikipedia. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, it is not a means for promotion as your user page was, in fact, unambiguously promotional. Do not recreate this page for now, just calm down and let's talk things out. English Wikipedia has several content policies (see WP:CONPOL), there are also inclusion guidelines that certain subjects must meet before they may be considered notable. - @Twicebefore Hi there. Draft looks good, I fixed the position of a citation to easily verify his date of birth. But I am curious, how did Chuhwakgeorge managed to edit this draft only less than thirty minutes after you created it? I remember asking you this before, but I wasn't clear on your reply.
