Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

A tag has been placed on St. Joseph's College, Jakhama requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.stjosephjakhama.ac.in/history/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Do not copy as is from other websites like the way you copied text from [1] into St. Joseph's College, Jakhama. It could lead to deletion of your article and blocking of your account. I have requested deletion of the earlier versions of the article as per copyright policies. The article will not be deleted only earlier versions in the history will be deleted. Any further additions to the article should be in your own words and not copy pasted from other articles, otherwise I will not be able to save the article.Jupitus Smart 06:06, 29 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about Methaneilie Solo

[edit]

Hello, Anonymousme,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Methaneilie Solo should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Methaneilie Solo .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Image without license

Unspecified source/license for File:Kohima Cathedral.jpeg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Kohima Cathedral.jpeg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 08:45, 28 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

List of Naga politicians moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, List of Naga politicians, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.

Not a single entry in this list is sourced that they belong to the Naga people. The only cited source does not verify that the subject is Naga.

Thjarkur (talk) 22:36, 3 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sources

[edit]

Anonymousme, please read WP:RS, WP:V, and WP:BLP. I have again reverted your mainspacing of Draft:List of Naga politicians because it is all completely unsourced, the only cited source does not verify the information at all!

If you continue to add unsourced information to Wikipedia, not to mention if it is unsourced information about living people, you will be blocked from editing.

Ethnic group / tribe

[edit]

Please make sure that you don't change "tribe" to "ethnic group" unless reflected in reliable sources. You should start a requested move discussion instead of moving an article yourself if it is reasonable that someone else might object. Long standing articles under "tribe" would need a discussion before being moved to "ethnic group".

Also, please make sure the sources you cite actually verify the information, such as a person belonging to a tribe.

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. Your contributed article, List of people of Angami descent

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, List of people of Angami descent. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – List of Naga people. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at List of Naga people. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. MistyGraceWhite (talk) 20:40, 22 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello The Anonymous Earthling. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Alobo Naga, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:The Anonymous Earthling. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=The Anonymous Earthling|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Onmyway22 talk 07:51, 7 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use File:Chekrovolü Swüro.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Chekrovolü Swüro.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 04:19, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, when you move articles in the future, please also correct the article links in nav templates (usually at the bottom of the page). This is with reference to the Nagaland constituency articles that you recently renamed. Thanks. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 10:40, 28 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

1975 in Nagaland moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, 1975 in Nagaland, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Oking Hospital and Research Clinic requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://easternmirrornagaland.com/new-complex-for-oking-hospital-inaugurated/.

However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion nomination of Eastern Mirror

[edit]

Hello The Anonymous Earthling,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Eastern Mirror for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Duporü Vasa requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Duporü Vasa. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Invitation to join WikiProject Nagaland

[edit]

Hello, The Anonymous Earthling Since you've shown some interest in editing topics related to Nagaland, we hope you'll stay and add content to Nagaland-related articles. Consider joining WikiProject Nagaland or watchlisting Nagaland-related discussions (for example, Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Nagaland). This is a list of Nagaland articles that need fixing of some form or the other. If that project is too specific, you could instead (or also) join WikiProject India. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 01:58, 31 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It is regarding your edits here and in other related articles. The government source still mentions 'Dimapur' as the headquarters. Provide a source for your change, otehrewise I've to revert it since your edits fail WP:Verifiability. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 11:32, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Silas Kikon. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Do not add ethnicity in the lead per WP:ETHNICITY policy. Don't go against policy. Fylindfotberserk (talk) 11:24, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'd suggest you remove mention of ethnicity from the leads of other articles you recently edited. I've removed some that are in my watchlist per policy. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 11:49, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Keep the discussion here. You cannot defy policies. We do not write ethnicity in the lead. You are free to write in the other sections. You go against policy, you'll be reported. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 11:59, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
And do not warn users who has warned you. This is against rules. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 12:01, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
As for 'relevant to the subject's notability' you have to prove it in individual articles. Almost all of the people I have seen in this case are Indian citizens, politicians, singers, etc who didn't do anything specifically for which their ethnicity has to be mentioned in the lead. Also see articles of African Americans in USA, African American is not mentioned in the lead. BY your logic every Indian ethnicty has to be mentioend in the elad, since they are different. You can raise your concerns at WP:INB. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 12:06, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Some more Gurbir Grewal, Nikki Haley ← are of Indian Sikh Punjabi ancestry. Nothing about Sikh, Indian or the Punjabi ethnicty is mentioned in the leads. More examples - T. Sasitharan Indian descent Singaporean, Harry Kim (politician) ← Korean descent American. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 12:19, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This is Wikipedia. Not mentioned does not mean it should not be mentioned. It can still be mentioned (edited). I suggest you remove the ethnicity from the WP:LEAD of personal articles of Tibetan people, Native American people, etc first before you make changes to the Naga people's articles. — The Anonymous Earthling (talk) 12:23, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
No Whataboutism please. If you have problems with those Tibetan articles (link me one) raise the issue in those articles. The policies are very clear on the topic. There are hundreds of ethnicities in India, Naga is not a special case. Every ethnic warrior will start demanding inclusion of ethnicity in the lead and there are many in India/South Asia. As I said you can raise your concerns in WP:INB. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 12:28, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Lotha Naga into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. Moneytrees🏝️(Talk) 19:40, 4 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Muhandes (talk) 09:24, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:CarolAndrea Kevichüsa 2022.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:CarolAndrea Kevichüsa 2022.jpg, which you've attributed to https://www.instagram.com/p/CdC8v8xoNVB/. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. LucasKannou (talk) 16:21, 8 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use File:CarolAndrea Kevichüsa 2022.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:CarolAndrea Kevichüsa 2022.jpg.

Thank you. LucasKannou (talk) 16:25, 8 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Moko Koza requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Moko Koza.

Moved this to draft, along with several other articles you hastily put together so that you could correct the information in the article. According to the source, you have put this in the wrong district, like the other articles. You've listed the subdivision as the District. Stop unexplained undiscussed repeated reverting

[edit]

Please explain your contributions using a descriptive edit summary. Changing information on Wikipedia (such as numbers and dates) without explanation, as you did at Dzüko Valley, may be confused with vandalism. Thank you. Haoreima (talk) 16:33, 23 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It's a disputed valley. Let's keep the names neutral. Shall we? The Anonymous Earthling (talk) 17:19, 23 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Remember that the official language of Nagaland is English and the official language of Manipur is Meitei language (officially known as Manipuri language). The Dzuko Valley is located in both Nagaland and Manipur's geographical jurisdictions as verified by multiple reliable sources (which you continuously attempted to remove Manipur and add only Nagaland; it's WP:BIAS and affects WP:NEUTRAL). So, the names in official languages of both states are rational to be used together.
Moreover, never remove any reliable sources and the information backed by it without any discussion. It's against WP:VERIFY and WP:RELIABLE policies. Never re add unsourced contents if you are not going to cite any reliable sources. It's WP:SPAM. Doing edits against the wikipedia policies and guidelines again and again may lead to WP:BLOCK or even WP:BAN. Haoreima (talk) 19:19, 23 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable non-free use File:Phangnon Konyak.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Phangnon Konyak.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of non-free use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of non-free use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable non-free use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable non-free use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.

Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 12:43, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Salhoutuonuo Kruse in 2022.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Salhoutuonuo Kruse in 2022.jpg.

If you take this step, add {{permission pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

Here is a list of your uploads. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 12:46, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. License tagging for File:Logo of Tabernacle.png

Thanks for uploading File:Logo of Tabernacle.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. Introduction to contentious topics

[edit]

You have recently edited a page related to India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, a topic designated as contentious. This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially-designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.

Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

  • adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
  • comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
  • follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
  • comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
  • refrain from gaming the system.

Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Blocked for sockpuppetry

[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/The Anonymous Earthling. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

I was blocked for reasons mostly related to the Dzüko Valley article. It points that I am the sole editor who created multiple accounts to remove certain words in the Dzüko Valley article. Request reason:

With the ongoing 2023 Manipur violence between the Meitei and Kuki people of the Indian state of Manipur. Many Kukis from Manipur are taking shelter in Kohima city of the neighbouring state of Nagaland where I (The Anonymous Earthling) is currently residing. Since I sometimes use the Wi-Fi at a café near Kuki Church in Kohima, I could be in the IP range of other editors who are using the same Wi-Fi. As Haoreima has mentioned in: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/The Anonymous Earthling, “User:YticagaS is super active in adding the term "Meeteisakthu" (etymologically, "Meetei+Sakthu", where "Sakthu" is a swear word) multiple times, despite being reverted each edits in the article Meitei people at here, here and here.” The above mentioned edits are most probably done by Kuki people from Manipur or by the Kukis of Nagaland. I also met some Kukis at the café who suggested me to move the article name of Kangpokpi (a Meitei language name of the Kuki majority town) to the local Kuki name 'Kanggui', which has since been reverted. The only other account I possess is By RüKo which has also been disabled along with this. The Anonymous Earthling (talk) 17:28, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This is an admission of sockpuppetry, both WP:MEAT and WP:SOCK. Yamla (talk) 17:39, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. The Anonymous Earthling (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

On the WP:MEAT thing, I was “...suggested...” and I learnt something new. There are genuine sources which suggests Kanggui is the alternate name of Kangpokpi but it was reverted due to WP:COMMONNAME and there is nothing wrong in that. It's not an issue related to the 2023 Manipur violence there but like I said the reason I mentioned about this was only because I was probably in the Wi-Fi IP range of the other editors which has led to the disablement of the accounts. My accounts (The Anonymous Earthling and By RüKo (which has no issues)) have nothing to do with the vandalism done on the Meitei people article. Yes I have two accounts and Wikipedia states that, “Anyone who uses multiple accounts in good faith is not violating any policies and shall face no action; no attempts shall be made to determine if such accounts are linked. But the use of additional accounts for some disruptive or otherwise deceptive purpose is a violation of Wikipedia's sockpuppetry policy”. The Anonymous Earthling (talk) 18:28, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I'm not surprised you didn't link that purported passage from our sockpuppetry policy you quoted; it doesn't sound like any part of it I'm familiar with (For one thing we don't write our policies to sound like statutes, with all those "shalls"). It's also in apparent conflict with what I do know from many years of doing this: "One user, one account". How is that so difficult to understand? — Daniel Case (talk) 06:29, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from engaging in massive level renaming of article names, specifically against WP:COMMONNAME. You have been warned multiple times in previous times, by many editors. Please try to understand it. Your moves from Kangpokpi to Kanggui, from Senapati, Manipur to Tahamzam, have been reverted today. And to remind you once again, you have been moving from Chandel district to Chamdil district, from Chandel, Manipur to Chamdil, which were also reverted too. You have been redirecting Churachandpur to Lamka too in the past. Please stop those. Haoreima (talk) 11:11, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, List of religious buildings in Kohima, is not suitable as written to remain published.
