There are a couple problems here. For one, you almost completely rewrote the article. You might want to try smaller edits as a newer user. Second, there is a problem with the word "sucking" in that article. We may have to tweak the filter slightly for this special case (you are not the first to be warned over "sucking" - a word often used in childish vandalism). Apparently I tripped Filter 30, "large deletion from article by new editors". It hasn't prevented me from making the edits, but I have been "warned" according to the abuse filter log ([3]). Large deletions are usually acts of vandalism (more than 95% of the time). By having a warning we find that >50% of the childish vandals will abandon the edit, which leaves less to cleanup for the rest of us. If your edit was well-intentioned, just ignore the warning. Incidentally, filters targeting childish vandalism are automatically turned off for editors once they have a certain degree of experience, so if you keep editing you are unlikely to see this issue in the future. Trying to clean up the redundancy of "the penalty section was removed in 1990." As you'd guess, this article is controversial, written by Mormons and people who hate Mormons and few else. So the latter party always sneaks in many references to the assertion that previous to 1990 the ceremony had a hand signal in it that apparently derived from the equivalent of "cross my heart and hope to die, stick a needle in my eye." There's no image where I'm trying to delete.

This was mostly appropriate. What happened is that you added a spot to list references (with a <references/> tag) even though there was already such a spot further down the page (a {{Reflist}} tag). The addition wasn't large enough to trip filter 32, the threshold for the filter could probably be turned down safely, but still not to that level. The edit only added ~14,000 bytes to the article, which isn't an entirely unreasonable size change, as it only increased the article size by about 50%. Trying to clarify the explanation of the DCF77 phase shift keying, I replaced "A 0 chip causes a +13° phase advance, while a 1 ship causes a −13° phase lag." with "During 0 chips the carrier phase is advanced +13° phase, while during 1 chips it is retarded −13°." I suspect the word "retarded" triggered the vandalism filter, but this is the technically correct usage, from which the insult is derived. In any case, I want to emphasize that repeated 0 bits do not cause repeated phase advances, but rather the phase is held at +13° as long as the 0 bits last, then changed −26° to −13° when the next 1 bit comes along.
