Hello! Thank you for paying attention what I should do with this article. I am reading English Wikipedia everyday and sometimes I do minor edits but this is my first article. I know about Wikiproject templates in discussion but I forgot to add it. How can I add my article to DYK? It's a little more complicated than in Polish Wikipedia or similarly simple? Once more thank you for the help :) Orbwiki107 (talk) 21:39, 21 December 2016 (UTC)

DYK for Nutcracker doll
On 24 December 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Nutcracker doll, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. Merry Christmas!
BOZ (talk) is wishing you a Merry Christmas! This greeting (and season) promotes WikiLove and hopefully this note has made your day a little better. Spread the WikiLove by wishing another user a Merry Christmas, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past, a good friend, or just some random person. Don't eat yellow snow!
Spread the holiday cheer by adding {{subst:User:Flaming/MC2008}} to their talk page with a friendly message.
I'm wishing you a Merry Christmas, because that is what I celebrate. If you don't like Christmas or just don't celebrate it in any of its forms, then please accept a generic "Happy Holidays". If you celebrate no holidays at this time of year, then hopefully you will be satisfied with an even more generic "Season's Greetings". :) BOZ (talk) 01:37, 24 December 2016 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Computers in Education
The article Computers in Education has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Hi. Hope you had a good Christmas. If you have time, could you have a look on Talk:Korean_nationalism? I opened a post on the dispute resolution noticeboard, but there is no other input now. I think I summarized everything there. The minor disputed parts have been added by the same user responsible for the older version of Racism in South Korea. The long, unsourced "Anti-Chinese Sentiment" part has been added by an IP user. The first part is simply wrong or outdated ([1]), and the rest is already part of the article and therefore redundant. --Christian140 (talk) 19:57, 27 December 2016 (UTC)

Hi @Piotrus, from seeing you around, I know that you've followed a fair amount of what has been written on the sociology of Wikipedia. Proposed deletion of Boonton Electronics
You know, one of the big reasons I don't much participate anymore in Wikipedia is that people like you come along and delete things for no particularly great reason. You may not have any interest in Boonton Electronics, and, admittedly, the article hasn't drawn many editors to do any expansion of it, but Boonton are still an on-going American company and as such, are at least as notable as many of the things that Wikipedia has articles about (such as every anime character ever developed, no matter how minor). (FYI: I have no realtionship with Boonton other than I once used one of their meters ages ago.)
http://www.boonton.com/news-home
So yes, I object to the deletion of the article. I have no idea whether or not that will stop you from deleting it, of course.

Happy New Year
First, thank You for Your messages. Second, Happy New Year! Third, there is a problem with a biography Wiktor Jarosław Darasz. Well, I wrote, he is a "minor translator". He is not a poet, either, just philologist. It's up to You to decide, whether to delete it or to let it remain. You are an administrator, I suppose, and You know the rules for notability better than me. I can only find and insert some sources. I don't think there will be any discussion. Perhaps people at English Wikipedia are not much interested in Polish translators, even when they translate from English. Poland is neither France, nor Italy. I wrote, he translated five hundred poems and epigrams. I heard, that Stanisław Barańczak, the best Polish translator, translated two thousand poems. Of course, he did it better than the hero of this article. Fourth, I understand that templates are very useful. I just thought it would be better not to put them by myself, but wait until an experienced user insert them. I mean, I considered it to be restricted to caregivers of projects. I am ready to discuss anything. (Anagram16 (talk) 16:16, 1 January 2017 (UTC))

Is unjustified since it is ruled under https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Common_outcomes#Schools
Most independently accredited degree-awarding institutions and high schools are usually kept except when zero independent sources can be found to prove that the institution actually exists.
Colcody2000 (talk) 21:21, 13 January 2017 (UTC)
Institution in question is present via different available materials including the national list of accredited institutions, Being quoted as institution of origin of different authors, publishing in renown journals/ or with renown publishers (e.g. Palgrave). Institution is enlisted in erasmus+ programme as well as other internationally recognised sources of information. Additionally - available sources are quoted, as well as at disposition to one who is willing to do fact check.

AfD Uroš Pinterič
Regarding your idea about deleting Uroš Pinterič biography article - again you are misreading the rules applying to a specific type of institutions/ people - in this perspective academic person: FYI link is available:
http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(people)#Academics "(Many scientists, researchers, philosophers and other scholars (collectively referred to as "academics" for convenience) are notably influential in the world of ideas without their biographies being the subject of secondary sources)"
I can even give you the explanation - because they are creators of primary and secondary sources. If you want me to simplify my argument: Uroš Pinterič is used at few occasions as reference for some serious wiki articles - which is anyway much under the level of his academic presence. Moreover, his publications are in numerous quotation/abstracting databases. as well as he is widely present in google scholar. so instead of deleting you can help with adding references (BTW: next to limited list of publications is link to full bibliography in Slovenian Bibliographical Service.
Based on this - i am deleting remarks on AfD Uroš Pinterič - and as well i am inviting you to read limited bibliography list. Person in question has publications in impacted journals as well as with renown publishers (Routledge, Palgrave and few others) Colcody2000 (talk) 20:57, 15 January 2017 (UTC)

Atkins (2010)
Hi. In the article Mimana, the source for Atkins (2010) gives the page range 177-180. However, I am almost certain it must be 114-117. When you click on the Google Books link (ID=wmdskbM_VgAC, page 177), it is about Kisaeng. When clicking on the link for page 114 (&pg=PT114), it works. The pages are unfortunately not shown on Google Books for this work and many pages are missing in the preview, but at the end, there is a glossary/list of key words, stating pages 111 and 114 to 117 for Imna/Mimana.
I might also add some aspects of the very recent work Pankaj Mohan: The Controversy over the Ancient Korean State of Gaya: A Fresh Look at the Korea–Japan History War. In: Michael Lewis (Hrsg.): 'History Wars' and Reconciliation in Japan and Korea. The Roles of Historians, Artists and Activists. Ještě máme co jsme chtěli
Mr.Konieczny, let me assure you that the article discusses the book and the book only as the work is almost autobiography by author as clearly stated right at the end (The author writes about him self under pseudonym Roman Kefalin). Every single word stated in the article is in the book and is about Roman Kefalin the main protagonist. The article lists a number of works which are of similar character but not a single one is mentioned by a single word anywhere in the article! How would you judge to the extent of the book beyond Wikipedia:Notability (books) withouth any knowledge about the topic is mystery to me. Conclusions and points you've made about the content of the book are I am sorry to inform you, missinterpreted. As the points you've made above are invalid, I am sorry but I am unable to respond appropriately. But if you are not fluent in Czech language you will be happy to know that English page about author en:Miloslav Švandrlík does mention the book. And I will try and clarify any further details as soon as possible.
Mr. Vejvančický already provided the link to the book (Thank you), but to clarify sheer facts about the book:

Help wanted?
Piotrus, since things seem to be going very against your nominations at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dukat (Star Trek), Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vic Fontaine, and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Reginald Barclay, despite you having checked for sources, I want to offer you a service (although admittedly I have been thinking over this sort of thing and will likely offer it to others in the future): Tell me what you think ought to be deleted, and I'll help you with the WP:BEFORE searching. No need for you to find out what I can find only after nomination, and I'll be happy to not only find sources (or the lack thereof), but show you how I go about doing so. Post suspected stuff to my talk page, give me up to a day or two to invest the time, and I'll let you know what I can find. You always can nominate anything without consulting anyone, of course, but based on your nomination statements it looks like you're investing a fair bit of effort, and I'd hate to see such effort avoidably wasted. What do you think? Cheers, Jclemens (talk) 03:51, 29 January 2017 (UTC)

Witam. And well, I created an account here. I'm hoping to help out a bit and I already have one issue. There's a page which mentions some people. I'd like their names to be linked to a page about them but in the Polish wiki he doesn't have a page. That wouldn't be an issue, I figured out how to link to blank pages, but the problem is that there's another guy who has the same name and surname, and I don't know how to create a new page for "my guy". Any tips on how to do that?
Thanks in advance! Caroline Nightwalker (talk) 00:42, 5 February 2017 (UTC)

Discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Tungsten Network
Thank you for your help/guidance with improving the Tungsten Network article. I've updated both the article and talk page. I'd be very grateful for your feedback, and I'm unsure of how the next steps work for this. I've created a Wikipedia article in the past, but I've never had one I created flagged for deletion before. I'd like to try to turn my efforts into a positive contribution without violating any guidelines and learn from this for my future contributions. MushuNeak (talk) 12:19, 23 February 2017 (UTC)
- Just in case you'd prefer my response to be copied on this page instead --
- I appreciate the guidance. To give a little background on why I created this article in the first place, I started by finding the OB10 page on Wikipedia, and was considering updating and improving it. Looking deeper, I found that OB10 had been acquired by Tungsten Network in 2013. I was hoping to create a page for the newer iteration of the company, and then either merge or redirect the OB10 page into the new one. With the recent improvements, this is what I see:
- ---- This article meets the criteria Wikipedia:Notability (companies) for "Publicly traded corporations" because it is freely traded on the London Stock Exchange as (TUNG), Tungsten Corporation Plc.
- ---- This article meets the criteria Wikipedia:Notability (companies) for "Publicly traded corporations" by establishing notability via third-party citations from the London Stock Exchange, Bloomberg, The Yorkshire Post, Computer Weekly, PYMNTS, Spend Matters UK/Europe, ProactiveInvestors, and (debatably) Trade and Forfaiting Review.
- ---- This article meets the criteria for Wikipedia:General notability guideline, as no original research was needed to extract this content, while the article makes use of reliable sources that are independent of the subject.
- I'd like to do this right, and as a relatively new Wikipedian, I'm hoping for some guidance. Is this what was needed to establish notability and preserve the article, or is more needed before the Sunday deadline? Will pieces of this article need to be trimmed/culled before it can be launched?
- ...Notes/comments on updates since the article was flagged...
- Looking into the notability guidelines you've cited, I see that along with pointing out that the company is publicly owned, it was both relevant and important to also note that they're listed on the London Stock Exchange -- I've added that piece in, which I feel does a lot to help to better establish the company's notability.
- Additionally, I've added a set of better citations. The current list includes third-party citations from the London Stock Exchange, Bloomberg, The Yorkshire Post, Computer Weekly, PYMNTS, Spend Matters UK/Europe, ProactiveInvestors, and (debatably) Trade and Forfaiting Review. I'll make an effort to continue to develop this in the next few days as well, but my house is being painted, which has been disruptive to working on things like this at home, and I had originally planned further development of this article as a longer-running, ongoing process. The company, in its current form (after the acquisition of OB10 and the 2013 rebanding/transition to Tungsten Network) is still relatively new, and I've seen articles and new sources being published fairly regularly. I imagine that the company's notability will continue to develop as time goes on. MushuNeak (talk) 19:18, 23 February 2017 (UTC)

March Madness 2017
G'day all, please be advised that throughout March 2017 the Military history Wikiproject is running its March Madness drive. This is a backlog drive that is focused on several key areas:
- tagging and assessing articles that fall within the project's scope
- updating the project's currently listed A-class articles to ensure their ongoing compliance with the listed criteria
- creating articles that are listed as "requested" on the project's various task force pages or other lists of missing articles.
As with past Milhist drives, there are points awarded for working on articles in the targeted areas, with barnstars being awarded at the end for different levels of achievement.
The drive is open to all Wikipedians, not just members of the Military history project, although only work on articles that fall (broadly) within the military history scope will be considered eligible. More information can be found here for those that are interested, and members can sign up as participants at that page also.
The drive starts at 00:01 UTC on 1 March and runs until 23:59 UTC on 31 March 2017, so please sign up now.

Re: deletion of Euro RTV AGD page
Hi,
It would be a loss if that article was deleted. Euro RTV AGD is a major, well known retailer in Poland with over 200 shops. Unfortunately, Euro RTV AGD has very few references on the Internet outside of Poland. I will try to update that article a bit in the next couple of weeks, if you think it is worth it.

March 2017 WikiCup newsletter
And so ends the first round of the competition, with 4 points required to qualify for round 2. It would have been 5 points, but when a late entrant was permitted to join the contest in February, a promise was made that his inclusion would not result in the exclusion of any other competitor. To achieve this, the six entrants that had the lowest positive score of 4 points have been added to the 64 people who otherwise would have qualified. As a result, some of the groups have nine contestants rather than eight. Our top four scorers in round 1 were:
- Cas Liber, last year's winner, led the field with two featured articles on birds and a total score of 674.
- Iry-Hor, a WikiCup newcomer, came next with a featured article, a good article and a tally of 282 bonus points for a score of 517. All these points came from the article Nyuserre Ini, an Ancient Egyptian pharaoh,
- 1989, another WikiCup newcomer, was in joint third place at 240. 1989 has claimed points for two featured lists and one good article relating to anime and comedy series, all of which were awarded bonus points.
- Peacemaker67 shared third place with five good articles and thirteen good article reviews, mostly on naval vessels. He is also new to the competition.
The largest number of DYKs have been submitted by Vivvt and The C of E, who each claimed for seven, and MBlaze Lightning achieved eight articles at ITN. Carbrera and Peacemaker67 each claimed for five GAs and Krishna Chaitanya Velaga was well out in front for GARs, having reviewed 32. No featured pictures, featured topics or good topics yet, but we have achieved three featured articles and a splendid total of fifty good articles.
So, on to the second round. Remember that any content promoted after the end of round 1 but before the start of round 2 can be claimed in round 2. Invitations for collaborative writing efforts or any other discussion of potentially interesting work is always welcome on the WikiCup talk page. Remember, if two or more WikiCup competitors have done significant work on an article, all can claim points equally.
If you are concerned that your nomination—whether it is a good article candidate, a featured process, or anything else—will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews. If you want to help out with the WikiCup, please do your bit to help keep down the review backlogs! Questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup, and the judges are reachable on their talk pages or by email. Good luck! If you wish to start or stop receiving this newsletter, please feel free to add or remove yourself from Wikipedia:WikiCup/Newsletter/Send. Deletion of AGRU Kunststofftechnik (not notable)
Hi Piotr, ok I need to do more research for notable references about AGRU Kunststofftechnik. In case it will be deleted, do I still have the possibillity to edit it? It will take some time to get notable information. Last question...why are companies like Plasson (half of the reference links are broken), Liebherr Group, Netzsch Group, Beckhoff Automation and many many more notable and AGRU not? Maybe there is something that I don't understand? Regge1999 (talk) 07:30, 14 March 2017 (UTC)

Deletion of Ssangyong Cement Industrial Co., Ltd
Hi. How do I find out who deleted the stub article, Ssangyong Cement Industrial Co., Ltd? I would like to restore it so I can finish it, as I had noted in length on the Talk page of the article, where I requested that it not be deleted without further notice (so I could return to it when I had more time to address its importance). I thought communism was dead, but then I came to Wikipedia. These deletions of articles of smaller importance are ridiculous considering how many absolutely trivial articles about entirely trivial subjects there on Wikipedia, that will never be deleted because of the substantiation they have received with references. This article referred to a particularly notable topic, the East Asian Financial Crisis, and had a couple references for it, which I may not be otherwise able to retrieve without restoration of the article. Without that article several other articles on Wikipedia pertaining to modern economic history will make no sense. Thank you. Steve Stevenmitchell (talk) 07:41, 15 March 2017 (UTC)

I am learning a new format and skill that is Wikipedia and endeavor to meet the accepted standards
Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment (IDBE): proposed deletion of the page
The page Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment (IDBE) meets the notability criteria for the following reasons: It is a crucial academic legacy of the ideas of Sir Ove Arup. He has his own page on Wikipedia where it is said of him ‘he is among the foremost architectural structural engineers of his time’. He was awarded both a CBE and was knighted. While he wrote quite a lot about collective intellectual property in respect of building design, his writings are no longer accessible and the masters course captures and promotes the ideas he had, suitably updated. The construction industry in Britain underwent considerable reform following two government-sponsored reports in the 1990s. These too led to improved working relationships between construction organisations, greater customer focus etc. These ideas are consistent with the ideas of Arup and Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment (IDBE) was one of the main vehicles in academia which helped to teach and promote these new working practices to a new generation of young professionals. The course was endorsed in one of the two government reports. The page is not a final version, it is a work in progress. It has existed for less than three weeks and is still being worked on. I created the page and have been responsible for most of the content, but it is to be expected that others will contribute in future once its existence is known more widely. Is it perhaps premature to threaten deletion after such a short period? The page has been written to be strictly factual. The page complies with ‘why we have these requirements’ in terms of significant coverage, reliable sources, not advertising, neutral point of view. Appreciation for promoting our study
Hello Piotrus, regarding your post, I highly appreciate your interest in our study of incentives to contribute to Wikipedia and the Bot we developed. I am a Ph.D. student and I defended this project for my pre-candidacy. However, since we have not finalized nor published the results of the study, with your permission, I removed the link to my pre-candidacy paper from the public domain. I'll definitely add the link to your post as soon as finalizing the study. Also, I changed the sample link to our Bot post in your post to a more interesting Talk page for which we have received many comments from Economists. Note that a number of these economists are Nobel laureates. Finally, because the economists participating in this study were not interested in learning MediaWiki Modeling Language nor the norms governing Wikipedia community, we posted their comments with their affiliations to the corresponding talk pages so that active Wikipedians who have contributed to those pages can take advantage of the comments and address them in the main articles through Wikipedia editing norms. However, we realized that the economic Talk pages are not very active and even those who post new comments do not care about the comments our Bot has provided for them. I'll appreciate it if you let us know about your ideas how we can leverage these comments to improve the quality of Economic articles. Thank you. I.yeckehzaare (talk) 02:45, 17 March 2017 (UTC)

They are not covered in media besides advertisement or brochures for brand specialists, but there is no deletion proposal for their pages at Wikipedia. I am not proposing to delete them to be clear. One of paragraphs in Notability Guidline states that it is hard to determine where does the term notability start or end. It is always an individual case I assume. I would like to point out that while commercial music making companies and record labels are far more recognizable than the sound providers that work with them behind the scene, it is possible that among the first ones the latter are notable and important. Thank you for your understanding. Mtix (talk) 09:36, 28 March 2017 (UTC)Mtix
Obraz umieszczony w błędnej kategorii
Witam, chciałbym poinformować, iż ten oto obraz: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:National_Museum_in_Poznan_-_Warsaw_Jan_Sejdlitz_1850-60.jpg został błędnie zamieszczony w kategorii "Potocki Palace in Warsaw".

I translated the rant (quickly and loosely). I think for his sake we should get another Wikipedian to respond; otherwise, if we respond it might be like fuelling the fire. What do you think? Nicnote • ask me a question • contributions 10:10, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
If you would give this article a once over, I would greatly appreciate it. I am never sure of the naming conventions and though I use multiple translation machines, a machine is never as good as a human translator. I was also unable to determine when she married, but clearly she did, as the obituary, gives her name as Alina Scholtz-Richert. If you are too busy with other things, no worries. Deprodding of OpenVZ
I have removed the {{prod}} tag from OpenVZ, which you proposed for deletion. I'm leaving this message here to notify you about it. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to the article. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! 15.211.153.80 (talk) 18:46, 2 April 2017 (UTC)
In addition, I would also like to respectfully disagree on your practice of using a generic prod rationale and including a sentence asking the de-prodder to provide an explanation. WP:PROD has always been very clear that an explanation from the de-prodder is strictly optional; it is perfectly acceptable to oppose a PROD for any or no reason. Please remember that not everyone on Wikipedia is a seasoned editor, and your practice may intimidate newcomers from voicing their concerns. Please at least consider changing the wording to make clear that an explanation is optional, e.g. "Please consider explaining" instead of "Please explain". 15.211.153.80 (talk)

Constant vandalism
Hi, I've been recently the target of attacks made by an unregistered user. I suspect that it is a sock-puppet. Also is it possible to ban the unregistered IT from Wikipedia. It has been going on for two days (please see Kraków and Warsaw pages). Please I require help. Best Regards. Oliszydlowski (TALK) 19:47, 3 April 2017 (UTC)
Alna Group page
I would like to contest this deletion, since this is an article about on of the oldest IT companies in the Baltics, which history is integral to the whole IT development in the region.
90% of references are taken from respected and independent media outlets or award nominations, many of the actions described in the article include companies, that are also listed on wikipedia. Some of the references contain merger information, but most of it concerns not only the 2 companies involved, but also the whole region, since many of them shaped the whole IT landscape at that time. Could you please detail which part of the article is not up to Wikipedia standards?
Please reconsider you choice
UPDATE
I've removed and adjusted text that even remotely looks like inappropriate, i've also removed few references, that might have been considered as inappropriate.

Request assistance - polish language sources in a DYK nomination
Hi Piotrus, the article Jadwiga Szubartowicz has been nominated at DYK. It is a biography of a 111 year old Polish woman. All of the sources are in Polish, and the nominator is a newcomer to DYK. So, I'm wondering if you could have a look at the article and its sources to check that there is no copyvio issue (Polish text translated directly and used in the article) and for accuracy. I know you are a native speaker and a Wikipedian of long standing, so you are well placed to spot any policy issues. Many Thanks, EdChem (talk) 11:54, 9 April 2017 (UTC)
WikiProject assessment tags for talk pages
Dear Piotrus, thank you about your suggestions regarding the WikiProject assessment templates. The single problem, that my undarstanding of English is not well enough, and I mainly not comprehend all this information, excluding how to create a "nude texts" etc. Also the creation of the new articles I am making stereotypically, by copiying some article with the similar matter and "inserting in" some another information: nothing creative, if you can see, but gives an information about interested matter. But I try to follow to you suggestions. Thank you, with regards, --Noel baran (talk) 07:36, 12 April 2017 (UTC)
- Thank you again. I see, that you added it in Talk:Dmytro_Hryhorak. In the future, I'll be to make a "copy paste":))--Noel baran (talk) 07:54, 12 April 2017 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for April 12
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Niebiesko-Czarni, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Encyklopedia PWN. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Second Prod for Isadora (software)
Hi, I removed your Prod as there was proposed deletion in 2009 (article was deleted, but then restored in 2010). I corrected Macworld reference and added MacAddict review. Feel free to take this article to AfD. Pavlor (talk) 19:01, 17 April 2017 (UTC)
Acte Préalable
Hi Piotrus! You know a lot more about Polish topics than I do. I see you've rprodded Acte Préalable for deletion. I'm not sure if it is notable or not, but there's quite a bit of chatter on English news sites peripheral to the topic. By any chance are there solid Polish sources that could be used. Generally record label articles have been kept as notable if they have released material by "numerous notable" artists, which is why I'm asking. If the article can't be improved because of lack of sources, I agree that it should be deleted, but I wanted to to a bit of due diligence first. Thanks much! 78.26 (spin me / revolutions) 14:08, 18 April 2017 (UTC)
de-prodded Healthwise
Hi there. As requested, I'm letting you know that I de-prodded Healthwise. I believe the sources I added (there are far more but I was out of time) demonstrate sufficient notability to pass WP:NCORP. Regards SoWhy 20:03, 18 April 2017 (UTC)
Images from Rhodes
It looks like you uploaded a lot of pictures of coats of arms from medieval Rhodes a while ago. I am trying to find the arms of Íñigo de Alfaro. All I have to go on is this:
and this
http://www.medievaltown.gr/item/ag-georgios-rampart/
A series of three or four arms carved into the lintel to St George's chapel, two of the arms being Juan Fernández de Heredia's and Pierre Culant's. I was wondering if you have an image of the lintel I'm looking for? If you do and you uploaded it, I have been unable to identify it. The internet seems to have every coat of arms from Rhodes except the one I want! Srnec (talk) 01:00, 19 April 2017 (UTC)

FRED (Film Radio Entertainment & Dialogue)
Hi. Thanks for your feedback on the creation of my article, although I have to say I disagree. Could you please give me greater detail on your reason for deletion, as it is quite vague and general. I understand your comments, but I do not think they apply here. My sources are reliable and independent to the radio station itself. I have also shown significant coverage (none of which I deem trivial as per the example given) via many different sources. I also double checked before creating this article and there are many other internet only radio stations which have articles on wikipedia, many of which have less sources to back up their articles. Can we please continue to discuss this? Many thanks, Blacksheep90 (talk) 13:33, 19 April 2017 (UTC)BlackSheep90Blacksheep90 (talk) 13:33, 19 April 2017 (UTC)

Usage of Meltyukhov for Soviet unit history facts
Under what conditions do you think it would be acceptable to use Mikhail Meltyukhov's Soviet-Polish War 1918-39 for military history statements such as "x unit captured x town on x date from x unit on Soviet military unit history articles? I am asking you for comment because you were active on the RSN discussion about ten years ago. Kges1901 (talk) 21:12, 20 April 2017 (UTC)
I have added a source (from CNN). --Edcolins (talk) 20:52, 21 April 2017 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) @Nowa: The main problem is that it doesn't pass notability guidelines as per WP:GNG, which requires some more reliable and independent sources from places like Forbes, New York Times, and so on - and they must be whole articles about just the company/website and not a brief 'passing' reference. Blog articles from CNN don't count, they must be real news articles and covered more extensively than this (such as a print article in the NYT). The General Notability Guidelines for companies are very strict on Wikipedia and I imagine that if this article is taken to Articles for Deletion it may be deleted on these grounds. There's nothing you can do really, it's either notable right now or it's not. I will point out that Instagram, etc. were deleted from Wikipedia due to the initial lack of press coverage.
