• Develop and discuss proposals for improvements to Wikimedia (especially literature-related sites) based on library experience
• Assist at the Wikipedia Reference Desk
• Assist with categorization

In scope

• Library and information science
  • Libraries, librarians, and librarianship in all its aspects (historical, fictional, ancient to contemporary and beyond!).
  • Information science in all its aspects, including information organization, retrieval, search, access, and manipulation (sometimes overlapping with WikiProject Computer Science).
• Archives, archivists, and archival science.
• Preservation and conservation of recorded information (sometimes overlapping with WikiProject Arts, WikiProject Digital Preservation, and WikiProject Museums).
