Then you'll need to ask the deleting admin, @Ad Orientem: --Orange Mike | Talk 14:57, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
Done @ Jax 0677 userfied per your request. Please do not move this back into the mainspace w/o improving the article in a manner that addresses the issues raised at AfD. The page can be found at User:Jax 0677/Babylon Whores. Best regards... -Ad Orientem (talk) 15:27, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
Ad Orientem, given that the AfD outcome was "delete", I think that what has happened now is improper. Have a look at this... --Randykitty (talk) 15:49, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
@Randykitty I agree. @Jax 0677 you need to revert your move/redirect. That is clearly inconsistent with both the letter and spirit of the AfD close. -Ad Orientem (talk) 15:55, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
To clarify, if you want to create a redirect, that's fine. But it cannot include the page history as it flatly contradicts the outcome of the AfD. That door is closed. -Ad Orientem (talk) 16:02, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
@Jax 0677 Never mind. I reverted it myself. Don't that again please. -Ad Orientem (talk) 16:15, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

I have just proposed deletion of the redirect target. —Kusma (t·c) 16:08, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

At AfD now after Jax 0677 removed the prod. —Kusma (t·c) 19:02, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
Reply - @Ad Orientem:, @Randykitty:, I apologize for this. However, people create pages for deleted articles all of the time (i.e. Upon a Burning Body and Born of Osiris). If I believe that this is a valid search term with valuable page history, and the validity of the search term and value of the page history was not discussed at AFD, what is my recourse? RFC, DELREV? --Jax 0677 (talk) 16:42, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

I have no objection to the creation of a redirect. But consensus at the AfD was to delete the article, so reintroducing it in this way, with it's page history was not correct. I see two realistic courses of action. First just create a redirect as suggested above. And secondly improve the deleted page in a manner that addresses the issues that resulted in it's deletion at AfD. At that point I think you could move it back into the mainspace. Whether or not that is realistically possible, I can't say. DRV is pretty much limited to determining if the closing admin read the consensus correctly. I suppose I could revert the close and re-open the AfD. But right now I need to eat and will be offline for at least an hour. I will think about this and get back to you. -Ad Orientem (talk) 16:50, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

Reply - @Ad Orientem:, if you are willing, please revert the closure to discuss the possibility of redirecting with history. --Jax 0677 (talk) 17:36, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
Jax 0677 Where are you planning to redirect this to? The target you were looking at is a pretty plausible candidate for deletion in its own right. -Ad Orientem (talk) 18:32, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
Reply - @Ad Orientem:, AFD (of the musician) before RFD (of the band). --Jax 0677 (talk) 18:44, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
Jax 0677 Huh? -Ad Orientem (talk) 18:47, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
None of these articles look even remotely encyclopedic. Barring remarkable improvement I think Antti Litmanen is unlikely to survive AfD. Also Mana Mana is almost completely unsourced and looks vulnerable to a deletion nom. I am going to decline re-opening the AfD as there doesn't appear to be a good target. Sorry. -Ad Orientem (talk) 19:30, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
Reply - @Ad Orientem:, if this is the case, then the Babylon Whores redirect with history should be taken to WP:RFD, as it is a redirect performed in good faith, as it redirected to a musician with an article. But now, this can be discussed in the AFD about the musician. --Jax 0677 (talk) 19:40, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
@Jax 0677 As I noted above, you are free to create a redirect. However, just so as to avoid any confusion, I restored and userfied the article with the understanding that it would not be moved back into the mainspace other than as an improved/corrected stand alone article. Reintroducing the page history, other than as just outlined, is not compatible with the AfD close. What happened earlier was done in good faith and perhaps a result of poor communication, but I am not going to be happy if this is repeated. When an AfD says delete, userfying the article is a courtesy that is almost always left to the discretion of the closing admin. I hope that I will not be given reason to reconsider that courtesy. Best regards... -Ad Orientem (talk) 20:05, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

Christopher Scott (choreographer)

Christopher Scott is a leader in the field of choreography. As he was just nominated for his third Emmy Award, I was planning to add some references to his article but found it to be deleted. I know that students have used this article to write papers about this choreographer, and I believe many others have also referenced this Wikipedia article. It seems that someone thought that Christopher Scott is not important enough for a Wikipedia Page. That seemed to be the concern, but I can no longer access the talk page anymore. I am requesting that the Christopher Scott (choreographer) article be undeleted so that I can add the new articles. While dancers and choreographers rarely get as much press as other creatives, I think there is plenty of valid press referencing the work of Christopher Scott to prove that he is a notable choreographer and someone that Wikipedia users may want to research. —2606:6000:6783:4C00:F995:298F:69AB:BBC2 (talk) 21:48, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

Not done – this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Christopher Scott (choreographer), it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, user TonyBallioni (talk · contribs). After you do so, if your concerns are not addressed and you still seek undeletion, a request may be made at deletion review.

FxPro

My husband, who is crazy about Formula One, asked me why there is no article about the company FxPro, which became the sponsor of the McLaren team this year. In 2014-2016 I worked for FxPro, and he thought I should be aware of it. I was doing HR, but challenge accepted. Nothing useful was found in discussions. At least a couple of times the article was deleted, but I don’t know what was there in the text.

I looked at some other articles in the category https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Category:Foreign_exchange_companies, and tried to do something similar to the sample (look at my draft). But I will appreciate it if someone can do better or cut out any unnecessary parts (I don’t have any connections with the company now except memories, so there are no worries). Others have more experience for sure. In other words, I ask you to consider the application, as if an author not concerned made it.

In terms of relevance, I think the company is significant for Wikipedia because of age, size and sports sponsorship (this is the most interesting, perhaps this is their greatest benefit for society rather than financial decisions). —Rukkostan (talk) 16:20, 15 July 2018 (UTC)

It's been deleted multiple times, most recently for being too promotional. Because you have a conflict of interest, if you want to create the article yourself, be aware that the only venue we offer for editors like you to publish an article is Wikipedia:Articles for creation. II suggest you start an article in draft space (e.g. Draft:FxPro) and submit it for review via Wikipedia:Articles for creation. The deleting administrator may be willing to restore the deleted article to draft space for you to work on. ~Anachronist (talk) 20:54, 15 July 2018 (UTC)
I took a second look at the discussion and I stand by my close. Consensus looks pretty clear to me. If you want to take another stab at the article you will need to start with a WP:DRAFT and then when you think it is ready submit it to WP:AFC as suggested above. Please read WP:COI first. Legacy Marketing

Fair and square fact based article. —Docholiday79 (talk) 15:53, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

Note: This page was deleted under speedy deletion criterion G11, indicating an page that was irredeemably promotional or blatant advertising. Note that G11 deletions are more an issue with the tone of the page as opposed to its sources or formatting. As articles deleted under G11 need to be rewritten from scratch, they will not be undeleted as-is here; try contacting the deleting administrator (RHaworth (talk · contribs)). Alternatively, you may request the page be restored as a draft or to have the contents of its last known revision emailed to you provided you have email enabled in your account's preferences. If it's a G11 deletion then the page isn't "fair and square"; Wikipedia requires a dispassionate tone. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 16:40, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
What is it with you marketing people, that you are unable to hear what crap you are spewing? An "article" that regurgitates press releases, and contains garbage like "Legacy Marketing’s mantra is “experience is everything” and their culture is focused on the passion behind the work" is completely unsalvageable, and must be replaced with actual normal human English. --Orange Mike | Talk 17:32, 13 July 2018 (UTC)

Done – as a draft that was deleted under CSD G13, the page has been restored upon request. However, the draft namespace, though it is intended to provide some breathing room to create and develop a page without the time pressure of immediate review, is not for the indefinite hosting of material that is unsuitable for inclusion in the article mainspace. Please continue to work on the draft so that it meets Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for inclusion and then submit it for review—at the least, prior to another six months elapsing. When you are ready, a review can be requested by placing this code at the top of the page and then saving: {{subst:submit}}.

Ok. The subject is clearly not notable. Could you undo the undeletion now? Or should I still send it to a MfD? —- Taku (talk) 20:11, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

@TakuyaMurata: I have deleted the draft again, since nobody edited it in the interim. I've logged it as G13, so it would be subject for automatic restoration if somebody else requested it. —C.Fred (talk) 20:22, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

Children's Theatre of Winnetka

to merge into another article —165.20.114.246 (talk) 02:11, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

  • Which one, and why? None of the versions have much content at all and the most recent one is literally a very bad joke. I can't see why you'd want to merge it anywhere. Hut 8.5 06:35, 19 July 2018 (UTC)
sorry, i did not relies, i am not a word-smith, i was just looking for content to add to a another wiki as a paragraph.

165.20.114.245 (talk) 13:40, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

Again sorry about that, I live here, and in doing a search found that there had been one (an article) deleted, it would work perfect on the Community_House_(Winnetka,_Illinois), stub page as a paragraph since there is partly nothing there and would expand it, CTW is an internal origination with the same tax id, address, phone no. ect.165.20.114.246 (talk) 22:19, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

Grace Bonney

It appears the article was deleted previously because it was vandalized. The delete log says it was once deleted because it only said: 'Grace is dumb.' However, since then she has written several books and started a magazine. There are multiple examples of secondary, independent sources discussing her, her books and her other work. I would like to get the article undeleted so I could recreate it properly. Examples of significant coverage [1][2][3][4]Lonehexagon (talk) 06:51, 21 July 2018 (UTC)

  • @Lonehexagon: if you're interested in writing an article about the subject then I'd be happy to remove the create protection on the title for you. However the deleted versions aren't going to help you very much with this. Only one of the three deleted versions is not vandalism and that one was pretty short, quite spammy and completely unreferenced. And of course it was only about her blog. I think you'd be better off starting from scratch, if you can come up with something which is vaguely neutrally written and cites some decent-looking sources then it would be vastly better. Hut 8.5 10:32, 21 July 2018 (UTC)
  • @Hut 8.5: Hello, I actually made an article to submit before I realized that it couldn't be recreated. If the article is allowed recreation, this is what I would use. User:Lonehexagon/sandbox5 I hope that's enough to submit as a draft. Lonehexagon (talk) 16:08, 21 July 2018 (UTC)

  • Done I have no idea why this was deleted: it was last edited a week ago and as it isn't an AfC submission it doesn't qualify for G13 anyway. Hut 8.5 16:21, 21 July 2018 (UTC)

warwick economics summit

The Warwick Economics Summit is Europe's largest student-run summit, the article included a full history of the summit, its visitors (including six nobel prize winners) and more. I'm confused by the deletion.—Jamesbye98 (talk) 16:40, 21 July 2018 (UTC)

Not done – this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Warwick Economics Summit (2nd nomination), it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, user Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk · contribs). After you do so, if your concerns are not addressed and you still seek undeletion, a request may be made at deletion review.
@Jamesbye98: Since this has gone through AfD twice and been deleted both times, that's a good sign that this student-run summit doesn't meet the Wikipedia guidelines and shouldn't have an article. —C.Fred (talk) 23:49, 21 July 2018 (UTC)

Not done - this page was deleted in accordance with criterion for speedy deletion G11. If you believe that this decision was made in error, or that significant new information has come to light since the deletion, please contact the administrator who carried out the deletion, user RHaworth (talk · contribs). If you have already done so, your concerns can be taken to deletion review.
@Fordcat: Please follow up with RHaworth about the article and why he chose to delete it.
@RHaworth: I'm not convinced this should have been CSD G11, but I'm not convinced enough to override your deletion without discussion. —C.Fred (talk) 03:43, 22 July 2018 (UTC)

Russian Embassy in Berlin attack plot

Violation of WP:PROD, page not tagged for at least seven days; AfD discussion is necessary —Greywin (talk) 17:03, 15 July 2018 (UTC)

Question: @Greywin: I have reviewed the deleted history of this page, and it is my opinion that the PROD deletion was valid. The page was tagged at 20:28, 7 July 2018 and deleted at 04:53, 15 July 2018 (UTC) – the time in between was about 7 days and 8 hours. Under the WP:PROD policy, I can undelete this if you contest the deletion for any reason, but since the reason you provided seems to be purely procedural, I wanted to ask whether you would still like to see this article undeleted with this information in mind. Mz7 (talk) 17:36, 15 July 2018 (UTC)
Ok thank you, maybe I missed the tagging due to vacation. But I think first of all, Alternatives to deletion need to be considered. Above that, before deletion an AfD discussion is needed in this case. I remember the article as properly sourced, and a planned attack on an embassy is clearly a notable subject. So please undelete. --Greywin (talk) 23:04, 22 July 2018 (UTC)

Not done. Start over. The only thing in that deleted draft is a request for article creation, and that isn't the place to do it. Either write a draft article, or add a request to Wikipedia:Requested articles. But don't create a draft that's nothing more than a request for someone else to do the work. ~Anachronist (talk) 23:37, 22 July 2018 (UTC)
