GA review
U posted on my talkpage "Working towards GA nom?", but why the heading Mouna Ragam? Are u saying that I should nominate it for GA? the article is nowhere close to that level. Right now, I m working on making Parasakthi (1952 film) a GA, unfortunately no-one is reviewing it. Kailash29792 (talk) 13:44, 4 June 2013 (UTC)
- Do you have any plans of taking it to GAN in the future? If so kindly let me know as I would be willing to work together. —Vensatry (Ping me) 03:21, 5 June 2013 (UTC)

Regardin the piece of article 'love for Karnataka and kannadigas' on spb page.
Though spb is extremely popular in all three languages, his first preference has always been Kannada and Karnataka. He has always mentioned it. And when we re talking about his biography how can we not include his personal opinion???? And it is different if he has said it once or twice. He had repeatedly said in all the concerts, interviews and reality shows that kannada takes a special place in his heart and the live Karnataka has given him, no other state has given him in his singing career. For a celeb to make such a comments time and again is not a simple think being a non Kannadiga. To be very frank, my mother tongue is telugu and I have heard more telugu songs of spb than kannada, but have appreciated him for being so frank about his decisions. Infant I know him personally and have cleared a few things from him. Haven't mentioned a few things because they lack reference. But all the inf there have clear proofs references. And when he has a very imp and a special view about this Lang how is it not a part of his biography. Biography includes his lifestyle, his sayings, his works, his personal life and many other things related to him. I am surprised to read the message you have sent me that says it is not necessary for his biography. Ian absolutely speechless. His relationship with Vishnuvardhan was very very imp for his life. He was the frst person to fly frm chennai to pay his last rites to superstar Vishnuvardhan. At many points vishnu changed his life he has mentioned in many interviews. It is really surprising to know that mentioning about his close industry mates, their work and their combination which became a biggest success is not required for his biography. The last 10 films vishnu had all the songs sung by Balu. Has that happened before and is it common? Aren't these lifetime works? When a celeb who was born in Andhra says I want to be born as a kannadiga if I have another life, isn't that something great. Doesn't that show a special love for the person for a language and state??? Isn't that an imp statement where his way of living, his culture and his qualities are shown? And I haven't added any of these. Have just mentioned what he has mentioned which is of course a part of his life. This is very disappointing that a few people are not ready to add his own words that matter a lot and gives a different meaning to his own inner personality to his biography. Why aren't we writing it in our point of view only. Why aren't we quoting the lines that he mentioned himself and felt is very imp for his life. I don't seem to understand???? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Prakashlyrics (talk • contribs) 17:30, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
- I can say he has a similar/more strong feeling towards Tamils. The music world knows about his association with IR and he is well known as the voice of Kamal. Nevertheless, most of us forgot that he is a Telugu. These details are unnecessary in his page. Since you've been accused of puffery, I suggest you to read What Wikipedia is not. —Vensatry (Ping me) 17:42, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
Article abt spb
Ha Ha Ha. Has spb sung around 300 to 400 songs for kamal? In the 220 films of vishnu there is not a single film in which spb hasn't lent his voice. He has sung nearly 900 songs for the star alone. I am not some kannada pov pusher or whatever u said. But I am a person who knows more about this. I have done a special episode about him for a channel. And you said he may have a strong or same kinda feeling towards tamil. I agree he has sung many songs and is very popular there too. But who would say, 'I don't care what the media says or asks tomorrow, I am ready to answer them all, they may ask me why I said I want be born as a kannadiga and they may also ask me as to why i said, The love i got from the kannadigas, i have never got from any other state in the country, but I would say that is the fact'. Iam frm Andhra, have sung in tamil, all those lang are near my heart but Kannada is in My heart is what he said. Please don't say he has the same kind of feeling as kannada for other Lang.. And please get your facts right. If you wish to watch, i will also send you my interview with him in telugu once its on air in a couple of weeks, where he cleared all these doubts of mine. I asked him one qstn, I said select one Lang that u would feel is urs frm the heart, I said tamil, telugu, hind and kan and he selected kan. I have Nothing personal against you my friend, but please understand that it is imp and his biography becomes incomplete without this piece of inf. nothing else to say. thank u for taking time my friend. Good luck -Prakash — Preceding unsigned comment added by Prakashlyrics (talk • contribs) 18:09, 17 July 2013 (UTC)

Historical image
Hi, I want to add this image to Karnan 1964, but I don't know how to. Can u pls tell me what to do when uploading it? Like seeking permission from the owner or anything else? Kailash29792 (talk) 16:12, 4 August 2013 (UTC)
- I'm afraid you cannot do that without the permission of the owner. —Vensatry (Ping me) 18:17, 4 August 2013 (UTC)
- Who is better to be tagged as owner? Prabhu (current owner of Shanti theatre) or the late Sivaji Ganesan (author of the book where I scanned it from)? ---- Kailash29792 (talk) 02:24, 5 August 2013 (UTC)
- BTW, thanks for the barnstar very much. Kailash29792 (talk) 07:42, 5 August 2013 (UTC)
- You're most welcome and deserve more than a barnstar! Really appreciate your efforts in researching and improving old Tamil film articles. —Vensatry (Ping me) 12:04, 5 August 2013 (UTC)
- U have not yet told me who I should take permission from to upload the image - Prabhu or who? He owns Shanti. Kailash29792 (talk) 14:32, 9 August 2013 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for August 9
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Rajinikanth filmography, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Rajababu (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

- The improvements u suggested me in Chandralekha, is that all that is left? Or are there more issues to be solved? Kailash29792 (talk) 04:46, 10 August 2013 (UTC)

English Vinglish
Do you think that English Vinglish needs a copyedit? Because I think that the grammar is not up to the mark. What's your thoughts about it?----Plea$ant 1623 ✉ 13:23, 10 August 2013 (UTC)

Peer review
Hi. You're invited to participate in a peer review for the Mughal-e-Azam article at Wikipedia:Peer review/Mughal-e-Azam/archive1. I hope that constructive input from several people can better prepare it for FAC. It probably needs several pairs of eyes who don't know much about Indian film to comment on as much as it needs experts to comment..♦ Dr. ☠ Blofeld 21:59, 11 August 2013 (UTC)
