Popular culture sections
[edit]Entries here should have links to Wikipedia articles for their author, the media, etc showing they meet our criteria for notability, which is why I've removed your text at Bennington Triangle. I wouldn't expect a new editor to know this of course. Doug Weller talk 14:29, 14 March 2017 (UTC)
You have already made a paid editing disclosure on this article and now you are consistently reinstating promotional material and removing COI tags. Be careful. Disclosure does not exempt you from Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and Wikipedia:Spam. . . Mean as custard (talk) 07:25, 15 April 2017 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for April 18
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited BaubleBar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Fortune. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello! Thank you for contributing! I would just like to remind you that you cannot remove tags before you fix them, as you did here. I suggest getting someone else to proof-read it (preferably not from the marketing department, as they'll be used to this sort of language). If you'd like I can do it. Let me know if you need anything else. Best, Nicnote • ask me a question • contributions 18:33, 10 May 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, PsychoMaple, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as 75.112.39.254 (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who use multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. Nicnote • ask me a question • contributions 15:18, 11 May 2017 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of College Ave Student Loans
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on College Ave Student Loans, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. [edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. The article College Ave Student Loans has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:NCORP as written, sources fail WP:CORPDEPTH as either routine coverage or not about the company
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. shoy (reactions) 20:04, 11 October 2017 (UTC)

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)
Thanks but...
[edit]I appreciate you disclosing that you work for 3QDigital as you did here.
The oldest account we are aware of from your firm is User:Barbequeue and this account is indefinitely blocked for violating our sockpuppeting policy. As is clearly visible at Talk:Zendesk other accounts, including this one, have subsequently been created to keep doing the PR work of the firm in WP.
I have requested that this account be blocked as well. Whoever is representing the company in WP needs to address the policy violations and get unblocked before you continue working in WP, in my view. Happy to discuss, if you like. Jytdog (talk) 20:51, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
- And the kind of stuff you were doing and saying here is not appropriate for someone with a conflict of interest, and who is a paid editor, to be doing and saying in WP. Jytdog (talk) 21:16, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
