When I try to sign with Happysquirrel (talk) 15:51, 15 January 2015 (UTC) it never seems to work in edit sumaries. I don't know what I am doing wrong, or why it suddenly works here.
- I have moved this down, because new items should go at the bottom of talk pages, to keep the conversation in order.
- You don't need to sign an edit summary, because where the edit summary is visible, on history or diff screens, it is clear who made the edit.
- Wikilinks are the only wikitext coding that works in edit summaries - see Help:Edit summary, particularly the section Edit summary properties and features. JohnCD (talk) 16:06, 15 January 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you so much! I understand now.

Bollywood
What i meant was that, There are very few page watchers for most Bollywood movies, and the page watchers are mostly outside India who don't watch Bollywood movies, so they don't always revert vandalism, if the vandals use a covert way to vandalize.I am getting tired of this useless vandals, ip editors. Some new users and IP editors do contribute, but they simply add information and then leave, but checking the full page and removing spam links, original research or offensive comments(written in Hindi/urdu using English alphabets) are not checked by most people. I can't be one man army, even RedPenOfDoom can't be everywhere at the same time. If this Redpenofdoom becomes inactive, then i will be left alone.--C E (talk) 17:26, 4 May 2015 (UTC)
- @CosmicEmperor: I can see how that would be a problem. I am not really in any position to help, not being from India (and not watching many movies anyhow). I don't know if you use Twinkle, I have heard it is very powerful for vandalism control. In either case, you are right you should not be trying to do everything alone. Maybe you can get help from wp:WikiProject Film and wp:WikiProject India. Also, if there is a particular ongoing issue (other than general vandalism), going to wp:AIV is the place to bring it. Administrators have very powerful tools for these kinds of things. Hope that helps Happy Squirrel(Please let me know how to improve!) 21:44, 4 May 2015 (UTC)

Hey!
Hey!
I saw you commented here about this issue some time ago. Well, I was 100% sure it was some nonsense as I couldn't believe mrs.Malek-Yonan would come all the way to Wiki to fight off this ridiculous thing, namely that those categories need to be removed from her page. Well my concerns were right; I opened an SPI and it turned out that User:RMY, User:3BluePenguins, and User:Zayya (they all participated in that discussion as well are sockpuppets. A, what we can describe as a sneaky sockpuppet scenario where the same person tried to make us believe some nonsense by two socks.
Anyway, that was it, they're all blocked now, just wanted to let you know! :)
Bests - LouisAragon (talk) 17:46, 16 May 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for letting me know. I also found the discussion a little strange, but never guessed they were socks. Happy Squirrel(Please let me know how to improve!) 17:50, 16 May 2015 (UTC)
- Yeah, it was weird as hell. I just couldn't believe that an internationally recognized and successful Assyrian-Iranian woman, now living in the US, would come to Wiki to prove something like that.. message moved from my user page
I think I am going to lose my mind I don't know what to do I can not help it I had a career with a guy on Wikipedia I am my own person He quit and I pursued a career I don't know how to please any one hear I am disabled and this is really trying It depresses me as George wins and he continues to abuse me by affecting the way you all lopk at me. A woman a victim qand an Artist and hard worker Is it ever enough?
- @Kitty Terry aka Kitty Woodson Terry: Hi, I moved your message to my talk page. I hope you don't mind. It will help keep things organized. I really am sorry if anything I said came across as abrupt. I did not mean it that way at all. With only text, all kinds of verbal and non-verbal cues about intent get lost. I don't follow popular music at all, so I know nothing of the situation except what you have told me and what is on your talk page. I am coming into this with no preconceived notions. Of course you are your own person. No one doubts that. As your own person, with all that comes with it, you are more than welcome to edit Wikipedia. That being said, if you want to do that, you have to abide by the rules that have been developed by the community. The basic ones are simple, sensible and learn-able. I have every confidence you can become a valuable contributor in no time.
- My suggestion that you not edit pages about subjects close to you is advice I have given to a lot of other new editors. There are good reasons behind this advice, both from my experience and that of others. The advice is not only related to your (ex?)-husband, but also to any other friends, family members or anyone or anything that causes you strong emotion to think about. You are your own person, but that person has been affected by everyone and everything around you, for better or for worse. Subjects I steer clear of are spiders, schools I have attended, profs I have had etc. However, if you feel you can edit neutrally and with reliable sources, go ahead! Be bold! I still suggest you build up some experience on other topics first, though. It can only make your edits better. I am a;ways here to help, but make sure you have support from off-line friends. Sometimes, some issues are best resolved by logging off and talking to a good friend. Good luck in everything! Happy Squirrel (talk) 16:50, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
Articles to improve
Can you tell me what articles I can improve? Thanks! Writer freak Contributions 17:10, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Writer freak: You say you like history. Try Gwanggaeto the Great. It currently has lots of content, but only two sources. Try to find more sources for information in the article. Google books is your friend here. If you come across new information, you can also add it. Korea and Asia in general tend to have a certain amount of historical revisionism, so you will also want to look at whether some parts may only be presenting one side of a story. Your goal should be to get the article to the point of removing the citations needed tag. Are you up for the challenge? Happy Squirrel (talk) 17:50, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
- Regarding your interest in computing, look at File copying. An unreferenced stub on a subject that crucial is just begging for a major upgrade. It needs sources and major expansion. File copying comes up all the time, so history, implementation, popular culture references etc. should be easy to find. See if you can bring it up at least to B-class. Happy Squirrel (talk) 17:56, 22 May 2015 (UTC)

- No problem. The comment tends to be made by children I have just told to stop hopping on one foot on the top of the stairs or something similar. I had been watching him for some time. I just hadn't realized how bad it had gotten. I will keep a closer eye on it from now. Thanks for listening. Happy Squirrel (talk) 19:54, 22 May 2015 (UTC)

Follow-up On Advice Re. Rick Shutter Article
Hi, Happysquirrel - A few weeks ago you responded to my request for feedback on an article I was writing about a musician named Rick Shutter. You advised that there was a template I could use, starting with something like "subst", through which I could ask someone to create an article based on what I had begun. Unfortunately, someone speedily deleted my draft so I lost the information you had shared with me. If you remember, would you mind telling me again? I'm sorry to trouble you but I'd appreciate the help. Thanks so much.Kekki1978 (talk) 16:15, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
- Sorry to bother you, I found the information you mentioned -- adding { { subst:submit } } (without spaces) will enter a draft into review under the Articles for Creation process. Thank you again for your assistance.Kekki1978 (talk) 16:26, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
Well done
In dealing with the Tasmanian walking issues - you have dealt with the editor very well, I am probably not much of a polite editor at times, but you have given a good indication of some of the issues. I have added my comments at the Afds and at the editors talk page, I do not think the outcome will be to the editors hoping. User:JarrahTree 01:57, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks. I just feel bad it took me too long to figure out what was going on. I am just too far from Tasmania to be in the loop. I am glad you think I handled things OK. Happy Squirrel (talk) 14:03, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
Tagging of Itahisa Machado
I recently removed a speedy delete tag that you had placed on Itahisa Machado. I do not think that Itahisa Machado fits any of the speedy deletion criteria because "She has starred in soap operas" is a claim of significence so this isn't a valid A7 speedy. I request that you consider not re-tagging Itahisa Machado for speedy deletion without discussing the matter on the appropriate talk page. DES (talk) 05:10, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for the clarification. I will take it to AfD. Happy Squirrel (talk) 12:26, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
- On second thought, I don't think I'll bother with the AfD. I still don't think he's notable, but the turnout for AfDs is always (IME) so low it always gets closed as no concensus. Happy Squirrel (talk) 12:33, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
Anita Florence Hemmings - Whitewashed
Your ability to cut down the article to the essential points wp Coatrack fails to latch on to a point that was addressed and what made her notable. Wikipedia:Search engine optimization makes the point that in "cleaning" the article down to the bare elements you've applied a bias that amounts to little more that a Whitewash. All the aspects of the story have been verified, sources and citations may need work to prevent linkrot, the list of Multiracial persons long when a gallery may have sufficed. None of that exists in your version, now it can be deleted. No thanks for the assist. Robco311 (talk) 08:26, 29 May 2015 (UTC)
- Hello, sorry I missed an important point or points. Could you give more detail? I am happy to restore some content, if you want. Also, all the previous revisions exist in the history. You can always copy over any text you feel needs kept. That being said, kindly don't accuse me of search engine optimisation and censorship. I did not intend either of those things. Perhaps I misunderstood some context, but I removed only information that I felt did not directly relate to the topic. For example, discussion of why multiracial persons in general passed as white is fascinating, but belongs in a dedicated article on that topic. Explanations of how her school came to accept openly black students was a fascinating read, but belongs in the article on the school. Long digressions on how she was biographed are interesting, but have to focus tightly on her. I make mistakes, and I must admit I don't know much about the topic, but please understand I was only doing my best to make the article better, more readable and of a style more like other articles. I am happy to help fix it if you tell me precisely what I missed. BTW, linkrot is no longer a problem. I ran a tool and all the references are fine now. Happy Squirrel (talk) 12:27, 29 May 2015 (UTC)

− − I reverted you as I am convinced this tag is necessary here. Please be careful of PROD
I'm not sure you should be using Twinkle to PROD articles, if Joe Tartamella is anything but a grave aberration... THIS is from the New York Times near the top in a Google search, for example. This would have pretty much zero chance of deletion at Articles for Deletion and there is no way, no how that the head coach of a major sport at a D1 school should have been PRODded. I'm lost
@ happysquirrel
I am sure I'm not in the right place - but at least it is a straw to clutch on to.
I am just back – just seen the developments for Patrick Carnegie Simpson - and will be having an overload of things to do in the next 5 days, so won't be very active.
First and foremost - Many thanks for your encouraging remarks. More thanks for your sterling work in corrections and thirdly, I confess, I eat worms in contrition for a) not realising that external links were forbidden b) leaving an invalid link. (I checked everything twice and can only suppose that a wayward finger with anarchical tendencies, seized a window of opportunity - clicked – deleted - and guffawed with revenge against the system. )
This having been said, I am floundering like a flat fish on the sands – not sure who to talk to and where to say it.
Two preliminary questions: a) Is there no automatic transmission to me when a modification is made? Or does one just have to resort to "View history"? b) If I am not convinced by a modification how do I register my "anguish"? (what I mean of course is, how do I start a dialogue?)
You have made quite a few changes – no problem at all with the majority.
However, (there is always a sultry "however" lurking in the shadows)
Here are three points:
1. Revision as of 16:06, 20 June 2015 (edit) Happysquirrel (talk | contribs) The years at Renfield were a period of intense ecclesiastical and creative activity. He arrived at the time of the Scottish Church Crisis and inevitably found himself engaged in the turmoil of ecclesiastical politics .
You have corrected the external link and so the explanatory link for "Scottish church crisis" has disappeared.
However - it seems to me to be essential – not one in ten thousand has the slightest idea what the outlandish eccentricity of the "Scottish church crisis" was. (and two months ago, neither did I)
Britannica has the advantage of giving a succinct summary.
I suggest as a solution adding a footnote:
e.g. [1]
2. Revision as of 16:04, 20 June 2015(edit) Happysquirrel (talk | contribs) Carnegie Simpson undertook an extended tour of the Holy Land, together with fellow student [Charles Anderson Scott]. You have taken the external link away from "Charles Anderson Scott"
However the new link doesn't work (in red)
Although not terribly important, I think the poor man should have a reference. (Particularly if you think of the future - for as it expands its tentacles Wikipedia will become all embracing )
I suggest as above making a foot note with a link:
Is that OK?
3. Revision as of 14:45, 20 June 2015(edit) MatthewVanitas (talk | contribs) Carnegie Simpson was elected Moderator of the General Assembly of the [Presbyterian Church of England]. He retired from Westminster College in 1937.
I imagine that for most wikipedians the notion of " Moderator of the General Assembly of the [Presbyterian Church of England" is pretty hazy.
The link you provide:
"Carnegie Simpson was elected Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of England. which leads to: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/United_Reformed_Church gives no useful information".
Britannica's link gives (for me) the most useful information but you have to subscribe (However, there is a "free trial" option)
Alternatively, one could use: http://www.theopedia.com/Presbyterian but I find it verbose.
I suggest a foot note link to Britannica.
Thanks,
Kpobi2 Kpobi2 (talk) 23:31, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
- @Kpobi2:Hello and sorry for the delay in replying. I have had a busy day. My user talk page is a good place to leave me messages. If you want to have general discussion of the article, the article talk page is the best place.
- For tracking changes to articles, you have a watchlist, the link is at the top right of the screen. It will show the latest changes to the articles you have decided to "watch". To watch a page, go to it. Right next to the View History tab, there is a star. If it is white, the article is not on your watchlist. If it is blue, the article is on your watchlist. Click the star to change its colour.
- For starting discussions about edits, or more generally about content of articles, just leave a message on the article talk page or leave the editor a message on their talk page. Discussions are a healthy part of Wikipedia. You will find there are a lot of them.
- In general about leaving external links to Britannica etc., we feel really strongly that readers should be able to click on links within the body of the article without unexpectedly leaving Wikipedia. Britannica is a great site, but its licenses are very different from Wikipedia so we try not to redirect people there. What you can do is start an External links section at the bottom and leave a small selection of external links there. Curious people will find them. The end goal of course is to improve Wikipedia's coverage of these subjects. We definitely need an article on the Scottish Church Crisis and Charles Anderson Scott. We also need to massively improve the article on the Presbyterian Church of England, among other things to include some information on its governance and the role of moderator. Wikipedia is a work in progress, but we are helplessly optimistic and try to set things up so we can grow rather than using Britannica as a crutch.
- This brings me to why I left a red link in the article. Red links are an invitation to someone to create this article. This way, the link is waiting for them when they create the article.
- Either way, great job on the article. Probably the best thing to do now would be to create and improve some articles about connected subjects. If you don't feel up to the task (although judging by your first article, you are a good content creator), you can ask me for help, or try the nice people at wp:WikiProject Christianity/Noticeboard. I have found them really helpful in the past. For general quick questions, the wp:Teahouse is a friendly help forum.
- Welcome again to Wikipedia. Don't worry too much about your mistakes. All new editors make them. The good new editors learn from them. Keep up the great content creation and don't hesitate to leave me a message if you have any other questions/trouble. Happy Squirrel (talk) 00:43, 23 June 2015 (UTC)
- PS: I have found and linked an article about the role of Moderator. Please have a look. Happy Squirrel (talk) 00:50, 23 June 2015 (UTC)

- Hello and welcome. The basic problem is that the draft contains language about the organization which is much too positive. The organization sound great, but Wikipedia has to be neutral. That means that words like "enhance", "brought about", "prides itself", which are great on an organization's website, just don't belong on Wikipedia. Essentially, you want to pretend you are an alien, or someone with no opinion on the matter writing to present information from all sides of the issue. My advice to you is to learn to do it the way I did: read and contribute to articles about subjects you really don't care about for a week or more. Then you should have picked up the right tone. The contact with other editors will help a lot too. Hope that helps! Happy Squirrel (talk) 16:21, 29 June 2015 (UTC)
That makes sense, very much indeed! Okay, I will do just that! Thank you so much, hope I can one day become a really good Wikipedia contributor!

My pages Kaya Stewart and Kaya stewart were both deleted because of lack of evidence that this person is significant. Kaya Stewart is an up-and-coming artist represented by Warner Bros. Records. Her new single "I'm in Love with a Boy" is widely popular and she also had a High School Nation tour which attracted thousands.
Please let me know how I can get these pages reinstated, as none of the coding was saved. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aoayala (talk • contribs) 19:48, 2 July 2015 (UTC)

- It's a Wikipedia joke. If someone does something bad (or silly), you whack them with a trout by putting {{trout}} on their talk page. Some people take it badly, so I put a userbox to show I am open to being hit with a trout. See wp:TROUT for more details. 14:28, 6 July 2015 (UTC)

Hi Happy I'm A326 ,article has been deleted for several times, I please need your help if you can undelete that article thanks. Hopeful — Preceding unsigned comment added by A326 (talk • contribs) 16:36, 6 July 2015 (UTC)
- Hello, it's great you are talking to people about this. First of all, I am not an admin and cannot undelete articles. However, I can guide you through the process of requesting undeletion. Here is why the article was deleted repeatedly:
- First time it was created, it was deleted through a discussion, in which you participated, because the subject lacked notability. Notability refers to whether or not other unrelated people have written about the subject in reliable sources. This includes newspaper articles and books, mostly. If you can find 4 of these, about the subject, then the subject is most likely notable. Notability or lack of it of their family is not relevant so articles about the subject's father are irrelevant.
- The subsequent times, it was speedy deleted because the article had been recreated without addressing the issues leading to its deletion. The two last times, the article was actually identical, complete with grammar mistakes. Repetitive recreation like that is considered grounds for deletion.
- Now about what to do now: I suggest you draft the article in your sandbox. Find at least 4 good sources to show notability. Once you have an article that addresses the issues, move it to article space (if you don't know how, I can help). Then it should not get speedy deleted because the article will not be the same. Hope that helps! Happy Squirrel (talk) 16:50, 6 July 2015 (UTC)

Moved from top of page
You probably do not know how works Wikipedia, but once one member do a contribution, this contribution is without other consideration to be kept. No, you made vandalism in the page of Flyways i've created. I did not authorized you to change the style I want. Please keep as it is.
- I have moved your reply to the bottom of the page because that is where new messages go. I am afraid it is you who are mistaken how Wikipedia works. You do not own any page on Wikipedia, even one you created. This is a collaborative encyclopedia. I saw the article while patrolling new pages. I checked its compliance with various policies and marked it patrolled. I then looked at the size and placement of the image and thought it could be improved. I was therefore bold and changed the size. I felt the article was clearer that way, for reasons I explained on your talk page. You reverted me as a vandal. Perhaps you need to review wp:VANDAL for the definition of vandalism. Now, according to bold, revert, discuss we should be discussing. I am sure we can come to an agreement that will satisfy both our concerns, but only if you explain your reasons and dialogue. In any case, assertions of ownership and accusations of vandalism are unproductive in the extreme. Happy Squirrel (talk) 23:03, 8 August 2015 (UTC)
- I am moving the following from the top of the page again because 1) it belongs to this thread. 2) new messages go at the bottom. I will reply to it afterwards.
- Good day I have huge difficulties with user YSSYguy, making me problems. I've created the article in english Flyways Airlines it was agreed to kept the Style with Administrator Happysquirrel , ie it is talked to him to keep as it is. The user YSSYguy keeps fighting to impose his style even with not appropriate information. Please see it. At the talk page of Happysquirrel it has the announce to keep as it is and it was understood from him/her. I hope that sanctions would be given to User User:YSSYguy for not respecting my initiation page and my contributions. There is a fight from him which is totally not contributive, not helps also Wikipedia. In fact the missleading distortions and destructive editions of YSSYguy it is no need in the article. As creator of the page version i have the copyright and responsibility of the article and to keep watching. All his/her modifications continue to be undone. Regards.
- @Mkmillennium: Just a few things I would like to make very clear.
- I am not an admin. Please stop saying I am, particularly if you are going to use this fiction to threaten other users.
- I never agreed your style was better or should be kept. If you had read my reply, you would know this. I elected not to edit war and tried to discuss. You refused to discuss.
- Wikipedia is the encyclopedia anyone can edit. YSSYguy, you, me, anyone has as much right to edit any page as anyone, as long as they are in good faith, which so far they have been. You do not own the article. The text under the edit box say you release any and all contributions under a free license giving others the right to modify and reuse your work.
- Continuously reverting everyone's edits is unacceptable, is edit warring and can get you blocked. I suggest you discuss.
- I hope this clarifies the situation. Happy Squirrel (talk) 13:34, 9 August 2015 (UTC)

How to respond to a message about a multiple issues tag when the issues are not specified
Hello. You were instrumental and helping me get the article Alberto Gómez Gómez moved into mainspace (for which I'm eternally grateful, by the way). Now a new, ominous-looking tag has been added saying "Multiple issues... more citations needed for verifiability... may be in need of reorganization to comply with Wikipedia's layout guidelines..." Though it does not in any way specify what citations might be needed or what's wrong with the layout. I'm mystified. How can I learn where the problems are when they aren't stated? Thanks. Rmark1030 (talk) 02:18, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
- First of all, Multiple Issues tags happen. They just list what someone wants fixed with an article. They are a standard part of new page patrol. There is a certain amount of disagreement about how much tagging is good. In this case the tags were added by user:Alpha Monarch. For the citations. I am guessing he wants to see a higher density of footnotes. You tend to use a footnote to support an entire paragraph or half paragraph. I am guessing he wants them more frequently. Perhaps he can specify. For the layout issue, I really don't see it. Both the images in the body of the text are set to thumb size, meaning they should scale depending on screen resolution. Perhaps he wants the Examples of Work moved up above references, but I really don't know. My suggestion is ask on his talk page. If he doesn't give you a clear answer in a week, remove the tags. Happy Squirrel (talk) 12:36, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Rmark1030, Thank you for asking me the questions what are current issues on Alberto Gómez Gómez, they're simply a minor issue and you have done extraordinary work. First all there are the main issue on styling of paragraph in the Career section where the paragraph is too big without giving break spaces, You should take example from the article Vincent van Gogh in the Biography and see the paragraph writing style – you may notice there are break spaces given on each paragraph but on Alberto Gómez Gómez is too big paragraph so the solution is to break the big paragraph into each like the one on Vincent van Gogh, There is also picture of Alberto in Career section which too big (bring the width size down to 320px from 520px). The title on article there is “Example of Work” it should be moved above ”Reference” usually galleries don't belong to under reference title, You can take an example from Pierre-Auguste Renoir in the selection of “Gallery of paintings” Its a proper way to list a gallery of paintings from artists. After all others looked fine.
- Regarding the issue on “This article needs additional citations for verification” I need verifiability links on references to simply verify the citation whether they're reliable source or not. Since on references 1. 3. 4. 7. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. 16. doesn't have any verifiable links where i cannot find a source and other issue is that i have added “citation needed” tags – Please insert references along with links (do not use bare links). If you don't have references then please use a footnotes like on Leonardo da Vinci – That would be an evident to cover the signifcant of claim to support its the contents, otherwise they may get deleted by other editors which may led to disagreement between editors. Finally in the end you have you used the names of his children and these article(s) dont exist – So you should remove all these names and just use “4” since the notablity of his children is unknown so there is no reason to write their names on article's inforbox. Once you have done these necessary changes, I will remove these tags soon as you inform me.
- PS: The article was approved by Happysquirrel despite there are a minor issue which can be solved right way by following instructions on the above that i have given. --♔ MONARCH Ask me 14:35, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks to you both, Happysquirrel and Alpha Monarch! I will have some more specific questions for you, Alpha Monarch, when I have them together. This will take a bit of time. But, again, thanks for your valuable insights. Rmark1030 (talk) 21:01, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
- Citations given, thus far, include four citations from the Daytona Beach News Journal, two citations from El Siglo, one from The Beacon, one from El Alma Hispana, two from Magazin al Dia, and two from Guanare. As for providing links, by which I'm certain you must mean hyperlinks which lead back to the publication which is credited; in some cases, as with El Siglo, Daytona Beach News Journal and The Beacon, this can be provided and I will be happy to do so. However, El Alma Hispana and Guanare quotes were accessible only via newspaper clippings that I own and I know that these publications still exist and are accessible if, and only if, one is willing to go to their offices in Colombia (and in the case of Guanare, to Venezuela) to retrieve them in person. Wikipedia is quite clear on this issue. The standard that must be met is that these must be publications with an established reputation for professional journalist standards and a history of rigorous fact checking. They certainly do meet this standard, however, it would require a trip to these locales to confirm that fact. Wikipedia is clear on this point as well. The position that Wikipedia has taken is that it is not necessary that the legitimacy of the publication be easy to ascertain, nor, for that matter, inexpensive. It need only be true. In these cases, it certainly meets this standard – everything published from these sources is certainly a matter of public record (and extremely well known to the people in these countries – which are, of course, the only countries who would have had experience with the young Alberto Gómez Gómez).
- As regards the others, El Siglo (of Bogotá), El Alma Hispana (actually, despite what I said above, this is easily accessible once you know that it stems from West Palm Beach, FL), The Beacon (of Deland, FL) and certainly the Daytona Beach News Journal (of Daytona Beach, FL) are easily accessible by anyone via a search of the internet. There is one exception which is Magazin Al Día (of Colombia), which may still exist, but which was fire bombed by narco-traffickers in retribution for critical articles published in the late 1990s. These I found by a circuitous route through ALL of the major Colombiano newspapers listed – the Colombian journalistic community have made a commitment to keep the press free and open and have backed up the archive of Magazin Al Día to the best of their abilities (although, again, confirming this may require a visit to Bogotá). Do you wish to have that route of discovery recounted? Thank you again for your concerns and your attention.
- Of course, I will provide citations for the sentences you've tagged and, as I'm sure you know, the article's layout has already been improved by another contributor. If you need more than I've provided above, please let me know as soon as possible. I'll be happy to provide it, assuming that you understand that it really isn't my responsibility to speak for the reliability of a major market newspaper (how could I do that?). Best Regards Rmark1030 (talk) 23:52, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
