Deletion Request
[edit]{{admin-help}} Please delete the subpage User:EngineerFromVega/EditCounterOptIn.js.
Thanks in advance. EngineerFromVegaDiscuss 23:02, 6 October 2011 (UTC)
- You can also use WP:CSD#U1. --intelatiColloquium 00:25, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
- Done. There's no problem in doing it this way, but if in the future you follow intelati's advice above, I think you will see that the deletion will happen in about three minutes rather than the two hours it took here. Cheers.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 00:54, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks. I tried putting {{db-u1}} in EditCounterOptIn.js, but the template didn't work as expected. I think it was due to it being a Javascript file. EngineerFromVegaT 02:15, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
- D'oh! Here I am saying that and having just looked, I don't know that it's even possible to tag a .js page for speedy deletion directly. Sorry.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 11:32, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
- Hmmm... I just deleted my User:intelati/toplinks.js a couple days ago. and I just used {{db-u1}} on WP:Twinkle. Weird.--intelatiColloquium 21:47, 7 October 2011 (UTC)

Removing old or inactive discussions is in fact helpful and desirable, in fact the list has gotten rather bloated of late. The only thing is that when removing discussions they should be added to the list at Wikipedia:Centralized discussion/Archive. I was about to just do this but I have just now been called into work and have to go for a bit... Beeblebrox (talk) 02:40, 28 January 2013 (UTC)
- And now I am back, and I see the discussion has been unarchived and your edit reverted. Apparently a formal closing is being requested. Not sure that means it should be relisted at CENT, but whatever. Beeblebrox (talk) 04:53, 28 January 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for your helpful advice. I'm still learning the ropes here, so I regret my error. EngineerFromVega★ 05:56, 28 January 2013 (UTC)

Requesting your opinion on a photo
[edit]Hi. We really need your opinion on which of these photos would make the best Infobox portrait for the Rick Remender article. Could you please offer your opinion in that discussion? The most recent subsection of that discussion is here, so you can just chime in there if you don't want to read the whole thread. I really appreciate it. Thanks.
