Done All you need to do is remove the userboxes currently on your page and plug in {{User:The New Mikemoral/Userboxes}}. You may want reorder the userboxes to personal preference here. (I created this in embedded-code format similar to Walton, but some (like me) prefer to have all the code on one page.) O.K. done.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTM) 06:38, 3 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It seems that you intended to pass Schulze Baking Company Plant. You only did half of what you are suppose to do. You did not update all the templates on Talk:Schulze Baking Company Plant. You also did not add it to WP:GA and Wikipedia:Good articles/recent. You also failed to create a Talk:Schulze Baking Company Plant/GA1--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTM) 00:31, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry about that Tony, I am currently a little busy with some school work I will get to that very soon. The New Mikemoraltalkcontribs 00:48, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
There are instructions at the top of WP:GAC for when you are passing an article. I will talk you through the remaining steps. Here is what you need to do.
  1. At WP:GA add the article in the proper place.
  2. Add it at the top of Wikipedia:Good articles/recent and delete the bottom one on the list.
  3. At Talk:Schulze Baking Company Plant update the class parameter ("class=GA") for each project.
  4. It is difficult to create Talk:Schulze Baking Company Plant/GA1 after you update the talk page. There are two ways to do it. One way is to just create the page manually. Another would be to reset the page back to GAC and click on the link to create the page and then revert back to the GA version. The latter includes all kinds of preloaded stuff to make the page a bit fancier.
  5. Once you have created the page, put {{Talk:Schulze Baking Company Plant/GA1}} at the bottom of Talk:Schulze Baking Company Plant.
Feel fre to ask for further advice.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTM) 01:08, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
There are templates in the instructions of WP:GAC. Use one of those.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTM) 01:17, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks and sorry for the trouble. The New Mikemoraltalkcontribs 01:18, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Talk:Schulze Baking Company Plant/GA1 is malformed. You have the wrong template their. You should use one of the templates in step four of How to review an article at WP:GAC. Userbox for GA reviews

[edit]
The userbox {{User Good Articles reviewed}} has been updated so that it can now link to a page in your user subspace where you keep track of all your GA reviews, if you have such a page. This can be done by adding a | and then the name of your user subpage (or subsection of your regular user page) wherever you have the template called. For example, on my user page I am using

{{User Good Articles reviewed|6|User:Rjanag/GA reviews}}

which displays as
This user has reviewed 6 Good Article nominations on Wikipedia.

There is more information on how to do this at Template:User Good Articles reviewed.

Note: If you are not interested in doing this, you don't have to do anything; the template will still work for you exactly as it does now.

F*INK

[edit]

Hi
A friendly notice regarding your SD tag on F*INK: Please note that journals aren't covered by A7, and that ownership by a person with an article here is an indication of importance.
Also, please do never tag an article that has any potential at all for A7 two minutes after creation. This is really very WP:BITEy. We do want articles about notable topics here, we do want editors writing them here.
Tagging so early is desirable with copyvios and BLP violations, and acceptable with some criteria, and even fine with your typical schoolboy article where you are convinced that it can't possibly be notable. A journal that has been around for over a decade really deserves some leeway. If there is any realistic possibility that a topic might be notable, hold your A7 tags back for a while please.

That friendly java script is kind of late for me, you know? but is good to see it there, I'm a wikipedia user since September 2005, I believe so. I was User:Locketudor before. Can you help me with friendly banner or a javascript box stuff on my current user page, to show that I was another user before. If you know such things, you can put it yourself on my user page. I appreciate your note, however, I have a spell checker already- I use various add ons in firefox, including that one and my knowledge of what to do with such things and how is, at best, limited! Hi there :)

[edit]

Just leaving a message to tell you, that Im still alive ;). I was quite busy in real life for a while and then I started to edit articles in the german wikipedia. Probably you've seen that in the German WP a user needs to edit at least 200 different articles before he/she gets "sighter-rights" (I dont know if this is the correct word for it). I finally got that right and I commenced to write a few German articles (but couldnt finish them yet). At the moment Im quite busy with graphical stuff. After I had designed the barnstar I confered to you, I was asked if I can create some more barnstars and thats how I spend my time at the moment. I hope you're fine. With kind regards --Rectilinium'♥' 01:27, 4 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Right now, I am working for Editor status on the English Wikinews. An admin advised me to write at least two articles. I have written one. Recently, I have been a bit inactive, however, that habit is reverting soon. BTW, I think Sighter rights is about right; I think that deWP uses that. Hope you liked my amazing barnstar. Good luck on creating some new barnstars. Best regards, The New Mikemoral ♪♫ 23:13, 4 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
