RE 24.188.79.100
I'm not actually upset. How should I describe it? I've looked at how he acts in his past contribs, and it seemed like it'd take a strong personality to get through to him. If that makes any sense. I know it's not a big deal, I think I even wrote on the talk page somewhere where I advised someone not to worry about the article since it'll be mostly re-done after E3. Sergecross73 msg me 19:11, 2 June 2011 (UTC)
- I was talking to the IP. :< Sorry for the confusion. Blake (Talk·Edits) 19:40, 2 June 2011 (UTC)
- Ah, got ya. That makes more sense, and is good to hear too, I didn't think I was coming off as that upset... Sergecross73 msg me 19:54, 2 June 2011 (UTC)
Minor Pokemon list entries
Is it OK to add some basic information to the 5th generation Pokemon whose encyclopedia entries are empty? Finalius (Say what?) 03:09, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
- Why would it not be ok? As long as it't not speculation, original research, or trivia, all the merrier. Blake (Talk·Edits) 03:13, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
Nintendo task force membership update
Hello,
It's that time again to update membership status with the Nintendo task force, which we try to do periodically to keep our membership up-to-date.
All participants have been placed on an "Inactive participants" list. To confirm that you're still a member of the Nintendo task force, simply go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Nintendo#Members and move your name from the "Inactive participants" list to the bottom of the "Active participants" list. If you are no longer an active member in the task force, you may simply remove your name altogether. After 1 month, on 1 August 2011, all entries under the "Inactive participants" list will be removed. Hopefully you can stay with us and continue to work on Nintendo-related articles. Information on tool use
Hey Blake, here you mentioned [1] that something had been brought to your attention. Just wondering what that was? Is it written somewhere on wiki?--Crossmr (talk) 22:46, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- here two indents up from the bottom, written by "Dirk Beetstra". It doesn't specifically say that delta uses that, but if I was delta, I probably would. Blake (Talk·Edits) 23:03, 30 June 2011 (UTC)

Re: Pokemon images
Mine is sort of half question, half philosophical thinking. I know that 90% of them aren't notable enough to have images either on separate articles or lists, but so are some of the books (and their book covers). OhanaUnitedTalk page 19:27, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
- Better stay out of uploading Pokemon pictures now or else a few fellows will be holding pitchforks and demanding a topic ban on Pokemon images ;) That's why I stayed out of uploading non-free images for a year and a half, the environment's too toxic for any meaningful discussion to happen without someone calling for another's head (or block/topic ban/sanctions) once every few days and distract any well-reasoned talks. OhanaUnitedTalk page 19:44, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
- I'm sure we'll win more support by uploading Star Wars character images than Pokemon's. OhanaUnitedTalk page 19:50, 7 July 2011 (UTC)

Crush the Castle page changes
The page has been changed several times since then. This sentence was added: "The player receives a visual upgrade if they crush all the castles in the campaign full of electric eels." That sentence makes no sense. There is no 'visual upgrade' or 'campaign full of electric eels'. If you knew a lot about this game you would know that. Secondly, the sentences "The developers cite the game, Castle Clout, released October 4, 2008 by Liam Bowmers, as their inspiration. Armor Games requested and received permission from Bowmers to use his ideas for the development of Crush the Castle." appears twice in the article. That's called redundancy. You don't seem to know all that much about this game. Perhaps you should just stick to Pokemon. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tris23 (talk • contribs) 11:17, 19 July 2011 (UTC)
Wordy, redundant and uninformed
Things that are 'largely the same' are known as 'similar'. There's no need to use three words when one will do. There's certainly no need for redundancy in such a short article. You're not very literate for such a colossal geek. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tris23 (talk • contribs) 02:35, 20 July 2011 (UTC)
American and British English
Hi, Blake! Typically in American English, when we use pronouns in regards to a company or a group of people, we use "it"
As in "its workforce," "it will receive delivery," etc.
In British English a company or group uses plurals (as in "their") as a pronoun. WhisperToMe (talk) 03:30, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
References
Really? An entry in the IGN game guide and "[Insert name] is an event-only Pokrmon and has not been made available yet. Expect an update once [Insert name]'s event is announced." are what you consider reliable sources?—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 01:27, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
- They are written by the same people who we use to reference other things, so yes. Blake (Talk·Edits) 01:29, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
- They're the definition of trivial mentions. And there is no consensus at the dispute resolution board nor should the dispute have ever been taken to that board in the first place. We have no obligation to report that these three exist until we have actual sources in Japanese that show they exist because we don't have anything to even reliably source their Japanese language names.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 01:34, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
- I've undone it. There is no consensus to show them and the sources being used to support their existence are complete crap, even if they are normally considered reliable sources. Wait for their movie(s) to come out or for the Japanese events that release them to go live.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 20:19, 30 July 2011 (UTC)

Skull Kid
I think I've got enough referies for Skull Kid, and got some new infos, his voice actress is Sachi Matsumoto. But I may still need your and other users help to improve Skull Kid's article, I said need, not ask, but I may possibly ask you this, could you help to find more source for him to improve his article?--Super-tony980 (talk) 04:52, 26 August 2011 (UTC)
- Hold the phone--Merging back? O.o' Leave him to me. I'll find any good sources and more infos for him.--Super-tony980 (talk) 16:29, 26 August 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks. But, I still need to find more. Yet, users are currently keeping on removing some sources, like the good sources such as the UGO one, so I'll bring it back. I'm going to add a paragraph of Skull Kid's negative comments (I don't like these). I've added the reference that tells that Sachi Matsumoto was the voice actor, yet it seems that writting here in the wiki is good enough like everybody knows it already, so it got removed.
- I'm currently on edit, I'm adding infos of Skull Kid appearing on Super Smash Bros. Brawl (as a sticker) in the video game section. Hey, that makes maximum 5 game appearance Skull Kid made, huh? Don't worry, I didn't wrote that down. Please wait a bit more. We'll have more good sources in the article.--Super-tony980 (talk) 17:59, 26 August 2011 (UTC)
- For what it's worth, that "UGO Source" bit was removed because it wasn't sourced at all. All it said was something along the lines of "Ugo said...". No actual source was given. FYI. Sergecross73 msg me 18:34, 26 August 2011 (UTC)

Video game boxart
Since you removed the box art from Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, you should also see Digimon World Dawn and Dusk. It is a duo game and has two box arts.

Can you give me a hand sourcing Luigi? It's pretty close to GA, but it's covered in citation needed tags. I even added a dubious tag to one statement. Thanks! --Nathan2055talk - review 21:18, 4 September 2011 (UTC)

There's a sockpuppet investigation going on now in regards to the guy who's been putting up that fake Charizard info. I know you were responsible for removing a lot of the vandalism, so I was hoping you'd be able to contribute in some way. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 01:21, 5 September 2011 (UTC)

Adventure World
How does Adventure World differ from other Zynga games that makes it less notable?? The other Zynga game articles survived Afd. Georgia guy (talk) 13:07, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
- Because Adventure World has absolutely no references, and is a two sentence article. The other articles at least show basic notability. Blake (Talk·Edits) 15:19, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
- That makes it a stub. Stubs must be expanded by whoever can expand them. You're just accepting without proof that it cannot be expanded to show notability. Do you know a lot about Zynga games?? Please help rather than reverting. Georgia guy (talk) 17:03, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
- It has notability consistency with other Zynga games. If you had known enough about the game, you could have expanded it to parallel articles of other Zynga games. (And somebody please don't let this discussion flip back-to-back between the 2 of us.) Georgia guy (talk) 17:11, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
- There are a ton of Pokemon articles on Wikipedia. Another thought: What if the game's name hadn't matched an already-existent Wikipedia article title?? You probably would have put the article on Afd, and while the Afd was going through process, Wikipedians who knew the game well would have been expanding it appropriately. Georgia guy (talk) 17:26, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
- As for the ones that don't, what percentage of all of them is it?? Is there a Pokemon wiki on Wikia?? Does it have articles on them?? Georgia guy (talk) 17:53, 9 September 2011 (UTC)

Well, that is different from Adventure World. The game itself is the only Zynga game with no article that isn't a stub. The game itself is less than a day old as of the time I'm typing this. I generally say that Zynga games that have not been released yet should have no Wikipedia article. However, this game has been released less than a day ago. By the time it is, say, a month old, it should have an article that shows it is notable. Georgia guy (talk) 18:07, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
