A special election will be held in the U.S. state of Minnesota on January 28, 2025 to elect a new member for District 45 in the Minnesota Senate. This was caused by the death of Democratic–Farmer–Labor (DFL) member Kari Dziedzic from cancer.
The House District 40B special election will be held on the same day.
