The result of the move request was: Move. We have consensus that the world governing body of the sport is the primary topic. I won't create a dab page as there's only one other article that I can say named "World Bowling" - the video game. A hat note will be sufficient, and of course discussion about whether and how to merge that article can continue on the talk page. Cúchullain t/c 16:03, 7 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

– The governing body of nine-pin and ten-pin bowling changed its name from Fédération Internationale des Quilleurs to World Bowling in April 2014. The governing body now has its website at worldbowling.org, with content fully reflecting its current identity. Since the governing body should now be the primary topic, I propose the moves above to reflect this. Dale Arnett (talk) 00:16, 29 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. The bowling organization is far and away the primary topic for those searching for "World Bowling". Should be fine with the standard hatnote/disambig format. Unless the federation is not the foremost World Bowling league, I think it makes more sense to make it the primary than to make two-dabs. czar 16:49, 3 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, if you don't mind, we can even do this sooner. The video game doesn't have enough coverage to warrant its own article. I'd redirect it to its developer's article. czar 16:51, 3 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
