History

[edit]

A Link to the Past. This entire article was translated by Thinkbeforeyouclick (now Fox) from the Japanese Wikipedia article. Most Japanese Wikipedians create articles about video games while forgetting to add references to them, making them sound reliable even without references. So, why exactly does this information need to be removed? Some other video game articles have similar history sections, but Wikipedians like you don't remove them. 1. Much of the content is POV - calling it cute, and the whole History section is practically an essay. And it is indeed unfortunate that references are not commonly used on the JP.Wiki, but that doesn't mean that the content can appear on the article without a source, especially when the content features opinionated statements. - A Link to the Past (talk) 05:09, 14 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
