"States that have never appeared"

[edit]

That seems like too much WP:OR for me.

Agreed, it's irrelevant. Brocicle (talk) 16:35, 27 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed. I went ahead and removed the sentence. ---Another Believer (Talk) 02:01, 28 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Error on "The Last Ball On Earth"

[edit]
Resolved

The categories were "Alaskan Winter Realness" and "Miami Summer Realness". "Winter" and "Summer" are switched around in the episode description. 2600:1700:9540:1E30:A555:560C:102:CBCA (talk) 01:36, 14 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed, thanks for pointing that out. Brocicle (talk) 01:42, 14 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Error under episodes for episode 8 "The Unauthorized Rusical"

[edit]
Resolved

It is stated: "Aquaria is declared safe, while Monique and The Vixen lip-synced to Groove Is In the Heart by Deee-Lite.". Monique should be corrected to Asia, as Monique was eliminated in the previous episode. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Toastghost69 (talkcontribs) 16:26, 13 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Good catch! Thanks. I've fixed it. Armadillopteryxtalk 16:45, 13 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Miz Cracker draft article

[edit]
Resolved

Page watchers are welcome to come help expand Draft:Miz Cracker. I'm not sure she's notable enough for an article yet, but I'm going to do a bit of research and start working on a draft to move into main space when appropriate. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:55, 13 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Some updating might be needed at Draft:Miz Cracker, if any page watchers are interested. --Another Believer (Talk) 23:11, 8 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The draft has been merged into main space. ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:46, 13 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Draft:Aquaria (drag queen)

[edit]
Resolved

In addition to Draft:Miz Cracker, I've created Draft:Aquaria (drag queen) to expansion and eventual move into main space. ---Another Believer (Talk) 23:12, 8 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Given Aquaria's win for S10, I say move forward with Aquaria's page - if you find a usable image, be sure to put it on the S10 page too for the infobox Charlie950 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 01:40, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I've submitted a request to move the draft into the main space. ---Another Believer (Talk) 03:32, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The draft is far too bare to warrant it to be moved to an article and would be nominated for deletion/redirect. Brocicle (talk) 03:50, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I was planning to slap an under construction tag on the live article, and any editors can update the current draft. ---Another Believer (Talk) 03:54, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The draft has been moved to the main space. ---Another Believer (Talk) 04:49, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Usable image for Aquaria

[edit]
Resolved

Given that winning queens have their picture added to the infobox for their respective season, if someone can find a usable image, please add it to the infobox Charlie950 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 01:41, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

 Done ---Another Believer (Talk) 21:15, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

No specific request here, so closing. ---Another Believer (Talk) 23:31, 25 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Page Protection

[edit]

Can someone get page protection renewed? We have many anonymous users making unnecessary and inappropriate edits. Dallasansel (talk) 01:55, 8 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I second this. I'll make a request unless someone has already placed one? Brocicle (talk) 03:34, 8 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I went ahead with the request but there is currently a backlog so there may be some time before page protection is enforced. Brocicle (talk) 03:56, 8 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in RuPaul's Drag Race (season 10)

[edit]
Resolved

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of RuPaul's Drag Race (season 10)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "episode10":

  • From RuPaul's Drag Race (season 4): "DILFs: Dads I'd Like To Frock". RuPaul's Drag Race. Season 4. Episode 10. April 2, 2012.
  • From RuPaul's Drag Race (season 5): "Super Troopers". RuPaul's Drag Race. Season 5. Episode 10. April 8, 2013.
  • From RuPaul's Drag Race (season 9):
  • From RuPaul's Drag Race (season 7): "Prancing Queens". RuPaul's Drag Race. Season 7. Episode 10. May 4, 2015.
  • From RuPaul's Drag Race (season 6): "Drag My Wedding". RuPaul's Drag Race. Season 6. Episode 10. April 21, 2014.
  • From RuPaul's Drag Race (season 8): "Grand Finale". RuPaul's Drag Race. Season 8. Episode 10. May 9, 2016.
  • From RuPaul's Drag Race (season 3): "RuPaul-a-Palooza". RuPaul's Drag Race. Season 3. Episode 10. March 21, 2011.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 11:27, 25 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed it; the parent ref's name had been accidentally changed to "episode9." Armadillopteryxtalk 12:05, 25 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Resolved

In case anyone is interested, I've started Draft:Kameron Michaels. I think it will be a little while before she has sufficient notability outside the show, but since she's working on music and other projects, we can be ready when she does. Armadillopteryxtalk 21:04, 19 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for starting this. Feel free to copy to Kameron Michaels or override the redirect when you're ready! ---Another Believer (Talk) 21:43, 19 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

2 columns for guest judges and special guests lists?

[edit]

How about displaying both of these 2 sections in the form of 2 columns? There sure is a lot of white space, currently... ---Another Believer (Talk) 21:28, 23 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I tried doing that before, but my edits got reverted. I agree that there should be columns -- at the very least just for ep one guest appearances since the list is so long. Umimmak (talk) 21:42, 23 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I think I tried implementing columns as well, before, and my edit was reverted (though, I admit, this may have been another RPDR season article). Seems we're in agreement, though. ---Another Believer (Talk) 21:57, 23 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I went ahead and implemented two columns. Let's see what happens... ---Another Believer (Talk) 23:05, 23 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Monique Heart

[edit]
Resolved

Do any page watchers have a sense of whether or not Monique Heart qualifies for a standalone article? ---Another Believer (Talk) 01:24, 16 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I don't believe so per WP:NOTABILITY. Brocicle (talk) 02:02, 16 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Ratherbe2000: Curious if you've done any source collecting already? ---Another Believer (Talk) 22:24, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Blair St. Clair

[edit]
Resolved

Please contribute to Talk:Blair_St._Clair#Notability re: whether or not there should be a Wikipedia article about Blair St. Clair. Here is what the article looked like before John from Idegon redirected. Thanks! ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:41, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, the same editor reverted, so I've marked this section as resolved. ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:51, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request to Protect Page?

[edit]

Anyone else tired of these IP addresses constantly changing the table? Maybe we should put in a request? Thoughts? RiceKid (talk) 20:43, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I requested for the page to be protected but they only placed a 3 day protection which is now over. May be requesting again will get a longer protection. Brocicle (talk) 21:18, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

RuPaul's Drag Race template

[edit]

Do page watchers care to weigh in on this discussion regarding the order of how queens are ordered in Template:RuPaul's Drag Race? ---Another Believer (Talk) 21:34, 14 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Premature editing

[edit]
@Dallasansel: Yes, I am watching it live, but don't make edits when they only just started lip-syncing. Wait until it's announced. It's the same with you adding Miss Congeniality when it hasn't even been touched on yet. Be patient and wait. Brocicle (talk) 01:07, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Aquaria in episode 9

[edit]

Aquaria should be cornsilk/safe, not high, right? She got mixed reviews. "The judges thought your runway look was not age-appropriate. But, your performance in Breastworld packed a punch" -- Ru when announcing her placement. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.115.66.76 (talk) 00:23, 19 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Lip Sync Table

[edit]

Can someone please change Episode 2’s lip sync contestants. It should be in alphabetical order with Eureka being first and Kalorie Karbdashian Williams being second and not how it is now please. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1008:B122:5F24:71EC:7357:B22D:221E (talk) 15:30, 15 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Changing table without consensus

[edit]

@Vitor505: Please gain consensus for the changes you are making to the tables before you continue to edit war to put them back in. This includes logging out and attempting to subvert any type of criticism for the edits you are making. This is not the Portuguese Wikipedia, and your edits go against the consensus we reached here. vandalism?

The table shows aquaria winning every episode which I know is definitely wrong, but not sure if the proposed change changes to the table and Be considered before reverting 80.192.27.223 (talk) 01:47, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ongoing discussion regarding high, safe and low placements.

[edit]

Hello all. Currently, at the page for the RPDR Wikiproject, we started a discussion about how to properly define these placements, since the lack of clear criteria has led to a lot of subjective edits and in some cases, edit warring. Since these definitions could potentially effect the placement tables through all the seasons, we would like to receive the widest possible input, to make sure that all the views and perspectives are taken in account. So, anyone interested in taking part in the conversation, please give us your view at https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_RuPaul%27s_Drag_Race#Establishing_a_consistent_criteria_for_SAFE%2C_HIGH_and_LOW_placements Not A Superhero (talk) 05:38, 15 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Asia's name/middle initial

[edit]

Is Asia competing on this season under the name "Asia O'Hara" or under the name "Asia T. O'Hara"? The article is inconsistent at the moment. I don't recall the middle initial being used in the promotional material for the show, though, but maybe there is conflicting information. Umimmak (talk) 10:50, 12 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

May be a situation like Alaska, which depending on the reference was either Alaska, Alaska Thunderfuck or Alaska Thunderfuck 5000. So following that and using that example from Season 5: "Asia Taylor O'Hara is simply known as Asia O'Hara on the show."Naraht (talk) 11:31, 12 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Miss Congeniality legend
