I'm pleased to say this article is definitely beyond stub-level now, and by my reckoning at the higher end of start-class. The overall structure of the article is in place, and there are a good number of images. My main concern is the size of the Gameplay section, which is completely unreferenced and quite game guide-esque. I would suggest trimming it back to the core essentials and sourcing this from reliable sources - have a look at some example articles for some ideas of how best to go about this. Similarly, the Development section is currently unsourced and quite brief - it could do with some expansion on the history of the development on the game, which I'm sure will be documented somewhere. The Reception section is looking good - add a couple of paragraphs summarising what professional reviewers have said about the game and it'll be great. Overall, if you fix these things then you're looking at a strong C or even B class article. Good luck! Una LagunaTalk 12:00, 26 September 2014 (UTC)
- The gameplay section is as short as I can attempt to get it to, as there are multiple game play elements going on beyond the puzzle. Also, the only thing regarding development I'm aware of is the major update announcements that the developers have made, such as the recent one that added the secondary game and the upcoming ones regarding another side-game.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 13:49, 26 September 2014 (UTC)
Android
[edit]Look, this article claims that it runs on Android OS, which is inaccurate as of 5.0 . Kindly keep your paws off of my edits until you have some CONSTRUCTIVE and functional BETTER way to get the article accurate. You offer something better, I'm all for it. You just delete my edit and offer nothing in its place, and we're going to have big problems. JT (talk) 02:22, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- It is not relevant to the whole of this article that the video game has not yet been updated to play on Android 5.0. We do not need to warn people of anything on this page. Stop adding a note that it's not compatible at this time.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 04:32, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
Incompatibility and time
[edit]It is relevant and proper that something not fixed in three weeks and garner an official statement get one sentence on such a overly crufty and incomplete page as this. I am disgusted that Ryulong is being an abusive editor and committing to blind reversion of sourced material because it may not be relevant 3 weeks from now. Its been relevant for three weeks already, when the matter is fixed you can remove it. Till then it impacts readers and is something they genuinely can use. GTA V had the same, and so did Skyrim. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 06:18, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- It needs to be incorporated in a way that's better than Finc did. Particularly when the content seems to solely be about the NA/EU version of the game and not the Japanese version.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 06:22, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- So... why didn't you do that in the FIRST place? Why did not either of you decide to fix the edit of the well-meaning new editor before you bite the head off the editor? Especially if you know this to be true. Are you telling me you are reverting on principal of it being flawed instead of just fixing it yourself? ChrisGualtieri (talk) 06:27, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- Because this "oh we haven't patched the game yet" is not something important in the long run of the history of this video game and Wikipedia does not exist to provide warnings to people about this shit. It doesn't matter if it's true. We have to acknowledge relevance and this shit isn't relevant. I did not "bite the head off the editor". I reverted him once and kindly told him that this was not particularly relevant for the article. So get off my back.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 06:29, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- Certainly seems relevant because this is not a transient issue for the company and remains unfixed after three weeks. This is neither unusual for such extensive issues that have not yet been resolved and these issues of a similar nature are typically included if they are something beyond the otherwise ephemeral nature of "common problems". Also,I removed it from the lead at your request. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 06:35, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- Android 5.0 has only been available for two weeks. It is not important to say that they haven't patched the game for the new OS. It is fifty times more relevant to say that they're going to end support for older versions of iOS and Android than it is to say they haven't patched the game for Android 5 yet.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 06:53, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- Oh and I see you are pretty active in this area - why not clean up the overly verbose and excessively detailed gameplay section? Or is it because you wrote an excessive piece on it yourself. The whole unsourced "Collaborations" issues and numerous other glaring flaws should have roused your interest first. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 06:43, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- Collaborations are easily sourcable (if not automatically sourced from the game itself because Son Goku, Batman, and Gon Freecs are all playable characters). I've got a whole sandbox page documenting it. And what does it matter if I expanded the article?—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 06:53, 18 November 2014 (UTC)

I think there is a communication issue here. You acknowledge the problem and seek not to correct it. New OS not compatible a nearly a month later, not relevant for millions of people who could be unable to use the program. The fact the company expects it to be "Early 2015" before it is going to resolved not only throws your argument out the window, it makes it more necessary to include it on the page as a tiny note because of more than 1 billion devices, a sizable number (tens of millions) cannot use the program. Lovely. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 07:03, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- What the hell are you talking about "early 2015"? None of the sources come close to addressing this. And again it is more relevant to say that they are actively excluding older devices (which I've added) than it is to harp about how they haven't gotten to address a two week old stable release of another. I have never seen any precedent anywhere on Wikipedia that we must include something simply because its sourced. Again, it is not relevant to say that hey haven't patched the game for a two week old OS. You have never touched this article until you smelled me edit warring on it.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 07:11, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- I've been watching this article and all the Tokusatsu stuff for months. I interact with you every once in awhile, you seem to be calmer now - that is good. Relaxing is important for your health. Oh and my data from the company on early 2015 comes from data from before on the compatibility issue from a few months back. Though I do not know if I read it correctly. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 07:28, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
- The only thing for 2015 is the cut off for older iOS and Android versions that I've added to the page. I've not seen anything concerning any expected date for the patch for Lollipop.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 07:49, 18 November 2014 (UTC)

Collaboration durations
[edit]Can anyone add the dates during which the various collaborations happened? I haven't been able to find this information anywhere on the web. --110.174.166.224 (talk) 11:14, 15 November 2017 (UTC)
Lack of "End Game" content
[edit]I'm surprised there isn't a section about the utter lack of "End Game" content. Once a player reaches high enough rank/level, all the level content becomes variation on a theme: enemy monster gets a "surprise" or "preemptive" attack, orbs are changed, 80+% defense against all attacks, damage void over 20 million, absorb attack types which almost always are the majority orbs in play, self-healing, attack every turn for more-or-less infinite damage. Add to this the obviously broken random number generator, it's frankly amazing that these games, at high level, are even populated with players at all. Having played this game for more than 8 years, I can tell you...it's wearing itself pretty thin.198.70.2.200 (talk) 15:25, 22 December 2021 (UTC)
