Menstrual blood vs Menstrual fluid
[edit]Please note that the 35-50 ml menstrual loss per cycle refers to BLOOD, not fluid. The amount of menstrual fluid, which includes mucus and endometrial tissue, is much more. Please refer to, e.g., https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3494145/, and for a simple language explanation, to: https://rubycup.com/blogs/articles/how-much-do-you-bleed-on-your-period, and the references cited there. Thank you. 85.148.227.44 (talk) 05:27, 21 July 2023 (UTC)
