Season 2
[edit]Isn't season 2 just a cartoon version of Sonic Advanture 1 & 2? --81.132.184.148 21:56, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
I'm working on Improving this article, Since I have an extensive knowledge of the subject -- Special Operation (talk) 16:26, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
I will check your work, Special Operation, as I am also an enthusiast of sorts. - Master Imrahil talk 17:48, 12 April 2008 (UTC-8)
It is, basically. Just a few changes in sedimental things (in Sonic X Chris reminded Shadow of Maria's promise, instead of Amy in SA2) -Mace
Hydrophobia?
[edit]Is it really necessary to write for episode #1 that Sonic has Hydrophobia? We all know he doesn't like the water, but it never mentions in the series that Sonic is afraid of the water. I will probably delete that in 2 week unless anyone says otherwise. (today is 7-1-9) -Mace
2 Japanese Seasons?
[edit]Isn't it usually that the Japanese episodes come first but how come more English episodes were made? -71.107.147.75 (talk) 21:05, 29 July 2010 (UTC)
Season 4 Announced
[edit]I just saw the Commercial, If anyone knows the Episodes Please say so. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.48.171.244 (talk) 14:20, 11 September 2010 (UTC)
- "I saw the commercial" is not good enough. You must provided a reliable source that a 4th season is in the works. If there was, there should be some sort of press release or other press coverage. —Farix (t | c) 22:23, 11 September 2010 (UTC)
Contradiction
[edit]The episode names in the US DVD releases are different from the episode names in the episode list. If this is because the names in the episode list are translations of the Japanese names, then it should be changed to have the proper English name followed by the Japanese name with its translation in parentheses, or no translation (as it would be original research). I see these are already present for some of the episode names. Stifle (talk) 20:24, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
- The dubbed English titles are in parentheses following the translated Japanese title. As in: "Translated title" ("Dub title"). The translations aren't original research; they are the ones used when identifying subtitled Japanese versions of the anime. Michaelzeng7 (talk) 16:28, 19 July 2013 (UTC)
Sonic X Episode 79 Good Night Sweet Princess
[edit]Is This Sonic X Episode Real? (I'm Talking About The Episode That I Typed On The Subject Line.). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.28.174.221 (talk) 18:03, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
- No, it's not. TPM 2014 (talk) 03:54, 5 April 2015 (UTC)
- It's a fanon creepy plot.
What About The Part When He Said He Found It In The Trash?
- This appears to be a creepypasta. There are lots of fanfiction works that follow Sonic X, probably moreso than at any other chronological point in the entire franchise. I write an ongoing one myself. There are lots of places to move from it, and I suppose Sally appearing to usurp Cosmo's position is as valid as any other. None of it's official, though, and Sega's unlikely to make any official continuation of an anime series that ended almost a decade ago and that they never seemed much attached to in the first place. Nevertheless, whether "real" should be limited to what's been officially released by the publisher is staunchly up for debate. Tezero (talk) 14:35, 16 April 2015 (UTC)

Accordin' to the episode Cracking Knuckles Amy's white boyshorts are seen and it would been pixelated since's it's an anime but a kid's show in tone. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2a03:2880:1010:6fec:face:b00c:0:8000 (talk • contribs)
- It's unclear what you are talking about or how this information will improve the article. Who has determined that the depiction of boy shorts in this series constitutes "adult content"? Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:21, 22 September 2015 (UTC)
- Me, why? Well if we pause in five/six minutes and one second in One minute, we can see Amy Rose's white boyshorts.
- Well, if we count the scene were Amy said 'Whoa!, (grunts)' and then Any Rose's white boyshorts was actually the only Sexual Content that 4Kids forgot to censor so far. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dark-Phineas (talk • contribs) 06:38, 24 September 2015 (UTC)
Regarding the inconsistent date a user keeps changing for August 2003 versus September 2003.
[edit]So there seems to be a lot of back and forth betweeen two users editing the date for Episode 1 and I thought I'd chime in on this. I'll need to find a source, but the series had a "Preview" premiere in August, which while I can personally verify it since I saw the premiere back in the day. I need to find an exact source that backs up this claim. If anyone can find any TV Guide or scheduling information, that'd be great. From what I recall, 4Kids ran a preview of Episode 1 in August on Fox Box, but then premiered the episode properly in September. Again, if anyone can find a source to kinda resolve this editing situation, that'd be great. It's getting harder to source this information, due to how long ago it happened and not everything is easily found archived online. Mendinso (talk) 13:53, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
- I managed to find two (non-primary) sourced mentions of this, thanks to a friend. Sonic Stadium lists the preview here (https://www.sonicstadium.org/2003/08/sonic-x-sneak-preview/), and Team Artail lists the information, with exact time date for the schedules, here (http://web.archive.org/web/20051117212445/http://www.teamartail.com/sonicx/oldnews.html), which is mentioned back in the August update. So it definitely happened, just not sure how we go about this, since these aren't primary sources. Mendinso (talk) 14:04, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
- I've opted to add the information to the Episode List. If there's any further issues, please discuss here on how to address this. I'm unsure how to properly reference this, other than finding information I've mentioned above and leaving a Reference Note on the page itself. Mendinso (talk) 18:42, 8 February 2020 (UTC)
- @Mendinso Good evening Mr. Mendiniso, I hope I am not bothering you however I would like to ask your consent to edit the description of the episodes since I found the description a bit wrong in some places and that they are based on the English version and not the original, can I edit them please?

Page had numerous malicious edits and misinformation and as a result, had to revert back to a page dating back to late December.
[edit]As the title says, I had to massively role back the page to an earlier version and it seems that numerous changes, little by little, got made in over time and removing notable information, as well as using incorrect information. To my best ability to track down the lack viable page, I found a page back in December. There was revisions since then that have updated information and these changes may need to be merged into the current article. It's just the user(s), whomever made all the changes little by little, made it more messier to try and fix manually with the current revision.
If anyone can get the page back up to date, that would be much appreciated.
I haven't logged into this website in a bit (may need to reset my account) but this is Mendinso, who posted in the above regarding prior information issue.
