On 5 March 2024, it was proposed that this article be moved from Ley de Lemas to Ley de lemas. The result of the discussion was moved.

Where is it used ?

The system as described sound very similar to the Swedish system(at least until 10 years ago) in terms of the formal rules if not in the effects on the parties behavior. Support: Wikipedia's basic rule on capitalization, the second sentence of Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Capital letters, says "In English, capitalization is primarily needed for proper names, acronyms, and for the first letter of a sentence."
