Hurricane Ingrid (2013) → Hurricane Ingrid – There aren't other hurricanes with this name. It is the first time I request a cyclone to be moved so I don't know if WP:G6 applies as Hurricane Ingrid redirects to 2013 Atlantic hurricane season#Hurricane Ingrid, which is about this hurricane. Tbhotch.™ Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 16:39, 17 September 2013 (UTC)
- Speedy move It looks like whoever created this article just didn't overwrite the redirect. --BDD (talk) 23:48, 19 September 2013 (UTC)
- Except there was an Ingird in 2007. YE Pacific Hurricane
- Wouldn't a hatnote be enough? Tropical Storm Ingrid (2007) is a redirect. Tbhotch.™ Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 01:26, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
- I sorta agree, but FYI, general project consensus over the years has been to use the year identifier is used unless it was retired or was only used once. YE Pacific Hurricane 02:23, 20 September 2013 (UTC)

- Keep it as Hurricane Ingrid (2013) per YE.--12george1 (talk) 03:14, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
- Still support as proposed. There's only one hurricane by this name, and the other storm doesn't even have a standalone article. Use a hatnote to deal with any potential confusion. --BDD (talk) 22:53, 25 September 2013 (UTC)

Hello Hurricanehink, I am going to review this article and will hopefully finish sometimes today. Overall, nice job!--12george1 (talk) 20:50, 4 April 2014 (UTC)
- " It formed on September 12 in the Gulf of Mexico from a broad disturbance that also spawned Manuel on the Pacific coast." - Since you mention the Gulf of Mexico and "Pacific coast", you could also be referring to the United States. :P
- This was fixed.--12george1 (talk) 03:00, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- "Subsequently, increased wind shear weakened the convection as" - Wikilink wind shear and convection
- This was fixed.--12george1 (talk) 03:00, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- "Ingrid made landfall just south of" - Wikilink landfall
- This was fixed.--12george1 (talk) 03:00, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- "Rainfall from the storm peaked at 20.11 in (511 mm) in Tuxpan, Veracruz." - If you are using metric first throughout the rest of the article, then it should be inches converted to millimeters. Ditto for the other rainfall totals.
- This was fixed.--12george1 (talk) 03:00, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- "convection, and NHC forecaster Daniel Brown" ---> "convection, and National Hurricane Center (NHC) forecaster Daniel Brown"
- I see that you spelled out National Hurricane Center earlier in the article.--12george1 (talk) 03:00, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- "making it the first time since 1958 that tropical cyclones struck both coasts of the country within one day.[13]" - Can you state the names of those storms? Apparently they were Tropical Storm Alma and Tropical Storm Two.
- This wasn't done because sources could not verify it was these two tropical cyclones.--12george1 (talk) 03:00, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- There is inconsistency with the authors names in the references. For examples, reference #3 says "Aliva/Brennan", while reference #12 has " Richard J. Pasch; David A. Zelinsky".
- This was fixed.--12george1 (talk) 03:00, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- Remember to use (in Spanish) for all of the Spanish sources.
- |language=Spanish was used instead--12george1 (talk) 03:00, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- The last name of the author for reference #1 is misspelled.
- This was fixed.--12george1 (talk) 03:00, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- Reference #32 is a deadlink. No surprise there. :P Btw, the urls for the Storm Data publications die after only 24 hours now.
- This was fixed.--12george1 (talk) 03:00, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- That should be everything. Again, nice work and good luck in the WikiCup. Regards, --12george1 (talk) 20:50, 4 April 2014 (UTC)
