Bridget's aliases
[edit]Wait a sec, how could she have done the voice of Hibiya Chitose if the English dub of Chobits didn't exist?
- It does exist.
Any reason why she has so many aliases?
- She is a member of the Screen Actor's Guild. Most of the voice work she's done in the past was on non-union dubs, therefore she used aliases. It's considered extremely bad taste to "out" a SAG member's aliases. I suggest that since she has never acknowledged them and there is no verifiable proof that the work done under those names is hers, they should be removed from the article. I've removed all roles not credited to Bridget Hoffman. The aliases generally attributed to her are only fan speculation without any confirmation from her or any other official source. Fan speculation is outside the scope of wikipedia. Marshall Stax (talk) 01:45, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
- What about imdb? Her page on imdb lists most (if not all) of her works under the various aliases. 24.17.107.251 (talk) 00:06, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
- Proof has been added to the aliases, as confirmed by director Josh Becker and several anime reviewers on reliable sourced sites. DVD productions have also connected the aliases to Hoffman, who has since used her real name in more recent roles. -AngusWOOF (talk) 19:35, 11 July 2014 (UTC)
- Some of her aliases are derived from personal information so those sources are not listed per WP:BLPPRIVACY and WP:BLPPRIMARY. Instead the sources that have reviews of her work or list her name in retail sources (Amazon) or library sources (Worldcat) are presented. -AngusWOOF (talk) 18:10, 16 July 2014 (UTC)

Traverse City hometown?
[edit]Here are some newspapers.com articles talking about a Bridget Hoffman as an 18-year-old from Traverse City, Michigan [1] [2] Is this the same person as the actress for this article? I also removed the graduation year. The alumni article only mentions a publication in 1983 that that she moved to Los Angeles, but does not confirm her graduation year. Additional voices
[edit]It just disgusts why additional voices are deleted when most of them are listed in the end credits of a movie and show and have a source.--AnimeDisneylover95 (talk) 02:26, 6 April 2019 (UTC)
Accurate year of birth needed
[edit]An accurate year of birth is needed for this person. Xboxsponge15 (talk) 16:03, 6 December 2022 (UTC)
- That'd be nice, but it doesn't seem to be published. AngusW🐶🐶F (bark • sniff) 20:01, 6 December 2022 (UTC)
