@Jfavela599: this needs reliable (no press releases, no user-generated content) independent sources (no press releases or interviews) with significant coverage (not yust passing mentions) of the subject. Victor Schmidt (talk) 06:13, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this soccer article is not notable enough, then why would for instance this be? (they play in the UPSL as well) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/MatSu_United_FC Partecipating in the Viareggio Cup, a prestigious international soccer tournament, is not something just any soccer team gets to do. 2605:6000:F344:B100:F899:B7F:2BB6:4373 (talk) 04:59, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

09:24:34, 27 September 2020 review of submission by Gabrielsisu

[edit]

Gabrielsisu (talk) 09:24, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Page name: Gabriel Sisu, former player Dunarea Calarasi, Romania. I need assistance, the subject is: I tried to publish my Wikipedia page and I-ve been rejected. I don-t understand why I-ve been rejected.

Regards, Gabriel Sisu

Gabrielsisu The draft was declined, not rejected, meaning it may still be possible for the draft to be acceptable. Please review the advice given by the reviewer; you will need to show with coverage in independent reliable sources that you meet the Wikipedia definition of a notable football player.
Note that writing about yourself, while not forbidden, is highly discouraged on Wikipedia. Please see the autobiography policy. Once your draft is accepted, it is not your "Wikipedia page", but a Wikipedia article about you. You would have no special rights to it as the subject, and would generally not be able to edit it directly, you would need to make formal edit requests. Please see these reasons as to why an article about you is not necessarily desirable. 331dot (talk) 10:40, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Jéské Couriano, I had a feeling this was going to come here. The editor has created three identical autobiographies. All are CSD candidates, one has gone already. I have offered advice on their talk page whcih reinforces your thoughts here. Fiddle Faddle 11:00, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request on 14:52:36, 27 September 2020 for assistance on AfC submission by CharlesDennisHunter

[edit]

I was advised that it was simpler to start the edit of the Clan Hunter page from scratch as the whole entry required significant improvement. This work is being undertaken under the authority of my sister who is the Clan Chief. Please advise how this may be undertaken if not in the manner submitted. Otherwise she will request the existing site be taken down as it does not reflect her standard of the entry for Clan Hunter. The existing site is considered inaccurate and poorly written.

CharlesDennisHunter (talk) 14:52, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

CharlesDennisHunter, She may request all she likes. Wikipedia is not answerable to her authority, for she has none here. The problem is that she, and you have a WP:COI and have certain restrictions upon you when editing that article in main space Fiddle Faddle 16:16, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I and another editor have left instructions on the way you may proceed on you talk page. IT is perfectly possible to request edits on the talk page of Clan Hunter. Please draw your sister the clan chief's attention to WP:OWN. The article is Wikipedia's, no individual has any control over it. Edits are made and unmade by consensus. 16:11:17, 27 September 2020 review of submission by PresentationMaster

[edit]

Decktopus is a brand new presentation tool (like Powerpoint, Keynote or any other presentation tool in Wikipedia) and I believe it deserves to be on Wikipedia too. There are two press release about Decktopus and I cited these sources as a reference, but were not accepted. I need help to publish this article. Thank you.

PresentationMaster (talk) 16:11, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

PresentationMaster, We require references from significant coverage about the topic of the article, and independent of it, and in WP:RS please. See WP:42. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact referred to, that meet these tough criteria is likely to make this draft a clear acceptance (0.9 probability). Lack of them or an inability to find them is likely to mean that the topic is not suitable for inclusion, certainly today.
Press releases are useless as references. Fiddle Faddle 16:14, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I am not the creator of the Draft:Alfie Templeman page, but I am keen to try and get it reviewed again and hopefully accepted onto the mainspace, and if I cannot do that, help to improve it so it is more likely to be approved when it is eventually reviewed. I apologise if this is not the right place to ask this, but thanks in advance if you can help. Gmbarnard Gmbarnard (talk) 21:02, 27 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
