I have a twin and we always called eachothers full first names and everyone would shorten it so I stuck with Timothy because it feels professional and I've got a professional job. @Ktkvtsh You know that almost makes sense to outsiders. To you it makes total sense 🤣. My relationship with my parents I describe in my self published Kindle book. It was not close. You can "read a sample" om Amazon without paying! I'm not trying to sell it to you.

Oh gosh. I do not like being called timmy. I don't have a reason for it, I just don't like it. Maybe because of the TV show Fairly Odd Parents or because school mates would always to the timmeh sound from South Park.

I did bullshit and hype for US IT corporations in the UK (saes and marketing). It was a horrible set of jobs for an awful set of employers.

This is the book it gets varying reviews ranging from dreadful to excellent. I suspect the truth to be between the extremes

I hated timmy until I chose to adopt it for an online persona. I thought it was a cat's name! Use made me fond of it

In retirement I volunteer for two charities who take folk with disabilities sailing, I coach dinghy racing, teach keelboat sailing, and powerboat handling, and never seem to get bored. I walk rather than hike. I put in usually at least four miles a day, with a decent hill in them. I live half way up from the valley floor to Curbar Edge, and my day powerwalk takes me up to the top.

Article deletion

Hi Tim, an article called Uthman Ibn Farooq was deleted because it failed WP:GNG and was poorly sourced, now it has been recreated by the same editor using a different account, I believe. He's constantly removing the deletion tag without prior approval, could you help me in this regard? Codonified (talk) 20:19, 26 January 2025 (UTC)

@Codonified Are oyu certain this is the same editor under another account? If so the route is to file a WP:SPI. I don't know whether you use a tool such as Twinkle, but that makes t very easy.

Hi Tim, thanks, I reached out to you as you were involved in the discussion for the deletion of another article called SNEAKO, this article was also written by same editor using the previous account. But the main reason was because he was constantly removing my deletion tags without notifying/talking to me, which made me suspicious Codonified (talk) 09:02, 27 January 2025 (UTC)

BTW, I must inform you that this isn’t over yet, as there is a chance that such articles are recreated by sockpuppets.

One such related example is the same user created an article 5 times after it was deleted through sock

@Codonified Go to your preferences, then gadgets. Tick "Twinkle", and read the documentation. It enables all difficut reports to be made easily. You may wish to read WP:TWINKLE. We were all newbies once

I have examined your references, but they show me very little. We need better referencing:

We require references from significant coverage about the topic of the article, and independent of it, in multiple secondary sources which are WP:RS please. See WP:42. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact referred to, that meet these tough criteria is likely to allow this article to remain. Lack of them or an inability to find them is likely to mean that the topic is not suitable for inclusion, certainly today.
