The added citations are not self published. The Youtube video is posted by pechakucha which is TEDTalk but for architects. I changed the citation link btw. Also if other architects and news sources refer to something as internationally renowned/globally known, I cant insert that into the article?(What if i cite it?). All the citations are about him being apart of each specific project. None are "Self Published", the other architect pages are absolutely horrid in comparison but they still are able to make the cut. This article i wrote has all the proper citation proving he has worked on each projects as the senior architect. Do you know the SQ Ft of nato Hq? no you dont because there is no wikipedia article which im trying to work backwards to create. This architect created these projects and i'm trying to get this article up and you cut it down with poor criticism and lack of information that is needed to make this apart of wikipedia even though all the information is correct.....not fair.
- I don't recall saying anything about self published sources? I declined your article because it reads like an advert it starts with "He is an internationally renowned architect, having designed iconic skyscrapers" Theroadislong (talk) 18:19, 17 November 2017 (UTC)
Article about Shane Berkery
Hi @Theroadislong
1. This article is not about myself. This is not intended to be an autobiography - although Shane is a relative. 2. All the sources are relevant and reputable. Let me know if there is a specific one with which you have a question and I clarify or remove. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Berko45 (talk • contribs) 21:01, 17 November 2017 (UTC)

I'm not sure how that would work because the problem is the layout of the current article is really bad so it kind of needs a total reorg. Is there someone who could look at it as a new article or something like that? Thanks again for your help. René Redzepi page
Hi there. I was in the process of trying to improve and update René Redzepi's Wiki page -- which meant I would need to untangle the mess between his page and the Noma page. But that editor pretty much spooked me and drove me off the page over the external link issue. I saw you edited and wanted to thank you for that. I'm getting very discouraged from contributing after dealing this this guy and previously Jytdog. They aren't even really editing and contributing, are just deleting. It's sort of a nightmare. Very disheartened. Hope all is well with you. Thanks again. Best, Erika aka BrillLyle (talk) 03:40, 19 November 2017 (UTC)
David Cassidy
I made a mistake. When you Google search "David Cassidy death", Google presents a dialogue box showing he died. As far as the link I provided, I only read the summary that was provided on the Google page. Had I clicked the link, I would have saw that Google was incorrect in reporting a death date and that it was a hoax.

my external link
Hello, No need to be aggressive. Are you the owner of the Bob Dylan article? I do not really see what the problem is: what I have added is not a commercial link, as you can check by yourself. I thought Wikipedia was a participative work, and I was only participating, by adding a link that can be usefull to people interested in Bob Dylan. May be you could explain me why it cannot be added... All the best. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Michpom (talk • contribs) 17:53, 20 November 2017 (UTC)
- In your 7 years of editing Wikipedia your only edits have been to add your own website to the Bob Dylan page this what we call spamming. Please read WP:ELONO. Blogs, personal web pages and most fansites are not encouraged. You are welcome to start a discussion at Talk:Bob Dylan and if there is consensus for it's inclusion it can be added. Speedy declined
I've declined your speedy deletion nomination of Wikipedia talk:Mrecords. This page was created from an improper move of User:Preeze36. I have posted a technical move request to have the page moved back to its proper place; deletion would only disrupt the page history. (Given this user's editing pattern, I think preserving the history of this page might be important for future discussions.) WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 18:20, 20 November 2017 (UTC)

Thanks theroadislong. There is printed press in the us and Mexico that I am not sure how to upload, having the page online would make it much easier to understand the context of the project Portrait of an Artis please let me know. HugoHuertaMarin (talk) 15:15, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for clarifying and apologies for the misunderstanding. I have had changed the links to references and I think this is good to go, can you please verify the page is now good to go?
Thank you
https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Draft:Hugo_Huerta_Marin Hi, I removed the links from the references as you kindly suggested. Is there anything else I have to do on my side, otherwise can you please revise the page again? THANK YOU!HugoHuertaMarin (talk) 01:49, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
- You have misunderstood what was required I have removed the external links from the body of the article for you and replaced your reference list. You need to read WP:REFB and place citations to support each statement of fact at the end of each line. You need in-depth coverage of the subject in sources which are independent of the subject. Theroadislong (talk) 08:47, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
HugoHuertaMarin (talk) 14:03, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
- I will let another reviewer take a look, I am concerned that the references as they stand are not enough to establish your notability and you appear to be using another account to edit the autobiographic article.Theroadislong (talk) 14:08, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
I understand, we were trying to figure out if the issue was that I was writing the article, as I said before it would be much easier to understand the context of the project Portrait of an Artist for future exhibitions and references, if not I understand. Please let me know if I have to re submit for another viewer to take a look or if I shall just wait for your feedback. Thanks and bestHugoHuertaMarin (talk) 16:02, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
- You say "we", Wikipedia accounts are strictly for single person use only. Creating another account to disguise the fact you are writing an autobiography is sock puppetry the problem with the draft as it stands is the lack of in depth independent sources discussing you which it needs to establish notability. Theroadislong (talk) 16:33, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
- I see the draft has been deleted because of copyright infringement. I strongly suggest you wait until someone unconnected with you writes the article, which they will once you are shown to be notable enough. Theroadislong (talk) 16:41, 21 November 2017 (UTC)

VisualBash & my lack of objectivity...
Greetings Theroadislong,
Is there a way that I can share my correspondence with the small (but lazy) VisualBash Community?
I really have no sales agenda, what I really want is for folks to see this and help me understand why this framework has helped me become a better programmer (...and finally satisfy my wife Ally's programming needs :^)
Anyway, if you know of anyone who can help me achieve the proper "Zeitgeist", something I apparently() completely lack (I was never one of the cool, Symbolic Logic, Boolean or crypto kids, - a sad story... The entire Internet took place and all I got was this domain name, flint@flint.com, which you are most welcome to use in correspondence if need be).
Finally Theroadislong the horror it all is the vanity that I can actually write, I just do not know what I should write. I just invented VisualBash, and want to tell people that it is very cool.
Maybe what you need is somewhere on http://visualbash.org.
Finally, thanks for taking the time to review my submission.
Sincerely,
Paul Flint Flintiii (talk) 21:57, 21 November 2017 (UTC)

I will object people who become administrator without any knowledge on subject
Personal attack to Adamgerber80 was only a part of discussion. I have challenged him to prove my edit wrong. If he fails I will redo my edit. If you don't want personal attacks then then be a thoroughly knowledgeable person on the subject you are administrator of. I seriously doubt Adamgerber80's knowledge on indian navy,it's equipments and overall on indian defense topics. Adamgerber80 ignored a blunder on many indian navy ships pages- Deseaver decoy system that mentioned on P15A,P15B,P25 projects which was a completely wrong information. Being an administrator if you are ignoring such big mistakes already on the page but you are reverting new correct edits by saying it "unsourced" then you are not qualified to be an administrator. This guy doesn't even know BEL makes Thales radar under license in india. I will apologize for personal attacks if Adamgerber80 accepts his incompetence to be an administrator Diligentemu (talk) 13:12, 22 November 2017 (UTC)

FTB LLC
Hi Theroadislong. My submission was just denied and I am interested in learning the specifics as to why so I can improve. I have listed multiple articles about the company that support its notability in External Links. The company has published multiple books, some by well-known authors. In looking at other small publishing company pages, I see they have less information than my article and were approved (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Macleay_Press and https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Gryphon_Publications). Can you please help me understand? Thanks in advance! StephenAdams (talk) 19:14, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
- Your article Draft:Fig Tree Books LLC was declined because Wikipedia requires significant coverage (not just mere mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject. As far as I can see none of your references are about the company? It may be that some of the many external links could be used as references instead. Theroadislong (talk) 19:37, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
- The two other publisher articles you list Macleay Press and Gryphon_Publications are VERY poor quality and should probably be listed for deletion. There are many poor quality articles on Wikipedia, created when standards were lower. See Wikipedia:Other stuff exists. Theroadislong (talk) 19:42, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks for your reply. There are four articles featuring the company from The Times of Israel, Foreword Reviews, Shelf Awareness, and Lilith. I moved them out of the External Links section into a Notes section to make them more accessible and the page more organized. I also added a book award to The Sea Beach Line. Would you mind looking again? Sincerely appreciate. StephenAdams (talk) 22:01, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
- Is there any content in the links that can be used in the article then they can be added as references. Theroadislong (talk) 22:04, 13 November 2017 (UTC)

Hi. Very new to this and finding it very complicated. Quick question....my title is wrong and I can't seem to change it. It should read 'Dr Nick Fox O.B.E' Any ideas how I might change it?
Many thanks.

Hi, I'm creating my first page on wikipedia.
After creating the first draft, i got a declined submission with the comment: Comment: Please avoid flowery turns of phrase and mission statements. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 13:36, 23 November 2017 (UTC) So I changed the way I wrote my sentences and I deleted the "mission statement" paragraph. - Terms like “Within less than 10 years at the helm” and “The result is a visual complication” and “The latest creation unveiled by the watch designer” and “bringing the original fusion concept to High-End Watchmaking” are not how we describe things on Wikipedia we just need the dry facts in a neutral tone supported by independent sources. - "Franck Dubarry announced a last world premiere" ??? "going further into innovative and technical crafting" ??? "the most successful team in the history of Polo" ??? "a dial complication with 12 spheres" ???"Franck Dubarry brings Magnetism, watchmakers’ nightmare, into a patented mechanical module." ??? None of this makes sense the article needs re-writing in plain English. Theroadislong (talk) 12:28, 24 November 2017 (UTC)

Hi, you declined Invacio, it has been created in the style of others, also references through out, including links to the source of information, what is the issue here?
- The decline reasons are at the top of the page...Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. The article you have written is entirely promotional in nature. Theroadislong (talk) 13:42, 25 November 2017 (UTC)
Suran Goonatilake
Hi Theroadislong - thanks for taking a look at the page for Suran Goonatilake.
I just wanted to check that you had seen my note in the talk page, and the references I left there? I see you said a citation is needed for the exec producer role on Scenes of a Sexual Nature - I had included two in my list (one the British Film Council, as I know there are mixed views on IMDB given it's editable).
There were also a couple of sections you deleted citing that they were unreferenced (re the Centres for Scientific / Fashion Enterprise), which I had proposed references for. I know you also mentioned 'puffery' on the fashion enterprise one, but I wanted to check this as that centre is still active and quite large - was it the wording that was puffery, or the inclusion of these facts themselves? If adequate citations were available, do you think they would warrant re-inclusion, whether as sections or even just a line in the top section such as, 'From 2000 to 2005 Goonatilake was a director of the Centre for Scientific Enterprise, a joint venture between UCL and London Business School. He also co-founded the Centre for Fashion Enterprise, a fashion business incubator based in London.'?
Would appreciate your thoughts, thanks. Stephkatep (talk) 00:48, 26 November 2017 (UTC)

Request on 14:23:16, 26 November 2017 for assistance on AfC submission by Ernstlx
Hi,
I'm not sure if the article is declined because of poor referencing or because the artist isn't notable at all? Elli Ingram is not an international star and I only know her by chance (because of music videos made by a notable director). But her music is played on BBC (where I've found interviews too, but no features). I've found a feature on The Guardian, but it's a silly article comparing her to Adele, so I skipped it. (And I've forgotten to mention my article that one of the videos by Emil Nava was nominated for Best Pop Video at the UK Music Video Awards)
Best wishes Ernstlx (talk) 14:23, 26 November 2017 (UTC)
If I look at it now, I must concede that there are not many secondary sources. Is an article on the record label's web site a secondary source?
If you tend to say it's poorly referenced, I'll try to improve it. Otherwise I leave it.
Ernstlx (talk) 14:23, 26 November 2017 (UTC)
- If you could find some more independent sources, reviews etc (not her record label) then that would help, Youtube doesn't help with notability either I'm afraid. Theroadislong (talk) 14:27, 26 November 2017 (UTC)
I have declined this CSD A7 nomination. I'm going to assume you don't live in the UK - you can basically walk into just about any hardware / DIY store here (eg: B&Q, Homebase, Kingfisher, Screwfix) and pick up a Triton unit either for self-assembly or for an independent plumber to install. They are, quite literally, a household name. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 15:15, 27 November 2017 (UTC)

Dear administrator, Thanks for reviewing! Can you tell me, in which direction should I amend/improve/correct the article? I really used all the sources I know. I wrote before a few articles about scientists, and they were all based on their publications. If you look at the site of the Penn State and browse his page including his cv, you will find all the information. What exactly seems unreliable? And were exactly are excessive and inappropriate external links? Thank you for helping.--Asimsky (talk) 22:37, 26 November 2017 (UTC)
- I am not an administrator I am just an editor like you. The sources you have included do not demonstrate that the subject meets our guidelines for notability. Normally, this is done by showing that the individual has received sustained in-depth coverage in reliable secondary sources. His own publications do not establish his notability. Theroadislong (talk) 22:48, 26 November 2017 (UTC)
- I have provided a link to prove that he was awarded a title of an honorary professor of the Moscow State University. Is it not an evidence of recognition? Do you think this is not enough or you think that this fact is not supported by sufficient evidence? I just re-read the notability criteria for academics, and they clearly state than an academic is notable if he/she "... has received a highly prestigious academic award or honor at a national or international level." He did receive a prestigious award on international level; it is given to Nobel Prize winners ... are you still not convinced?--Asimsky (talk) 06:52, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
- Can you please have another look at the article? I have added a number of independent sources of evidence to support notability: (a) editorship in journals (b) press-release (c) publications of other people confirming importance of his contribution (d) a post at the site of Univ. of Moscow to confirm honorary professorship (with photos of the event) (e) some more evidence from the PSU site not from his CV. Please see details in the Talk page of the article. Maybe you can consider removing or softening the tags? Thank you. --Asimsky (talk) 06:38, 30 November 2017 (UTC)

Draft:VisualBash Submission declined on 20 November 2017 by Theroadislong
Greetings,
I developed VisualBash kind of as a lark.
The problem is that this method of organizing code seems to help me get things done. While this is not noteworthy in itself, it may be a guidepost to help others.
I am re-submitting this article in full faith of it's "future notability". I am very likely wrong and this is not notable at all. My working definition of "notability" seems to have more to do with what the cool kids were doing in high school... As the developer of this framework, my great concern is that despite my own successful use of this framework it may just be "simply too simple".
On the topic of "notability": 1. As the developer of the VisualBash framework, I do not plan to use it for profit. 2. I am not trying to "sell" visual bash, I am trying to document it. 3. Again, my great concern is that this is "simply too simple".
I would appreciate anyones guidance on this.
Regards,
Flintiii A voice in the wilderness Barre, Vermont December 2017
Please note that there is no article in Wikipedia on the topic "Sign your posts on talk pages:". Thus I am ignoring it.

review about Renuar Locaj
Hello dear editor.

I do not agree in the estimations on the weak reliability of the sources of the article on Vincotech. Here are the main sources:
1. "Electronics World" ist one of the leading British technical magazines in electronics and RF engineering. There ist a Wikipedia article about: Electronic World 2. "channel e Magazin für Elektronik" is the leading German online magazine on electronics: http://www.channel-e.de 3. The next source is an official announcement of Siemens, one of the biggest companies on electronics, on Vincotech: http://www.dgap.de/dgap/News/adhoc/ad-hocservice-siemens-deutschenglisch/?newsID=7740 4. The Tyco Announcement on Vincotech was published in http://www.all-electronics.de, the online Portal of the leading central european publishing house for publications in electronics markets. It is part of Süddeutscher Verlag, which has already an article in the english Wikipedia: Süddeutscher Verlag 5. The accouncement of "The Gores Group" was directly published bei The Gores Group: http://www.gores.com/wp-content/themes/gores2/news/news_pr_20110105.pdf. The Gores Group has also an article in Wikipedia.
All these sources are independend and reliable. And Vincotech today is one of the global leaders in its market (with about 140 mio € revenues). The "Electronics World" (see above) about Vincotech: "Vincotech ... resolutely moved up the ladder to become a market leader."

COI Editing Question
Hello - I received a message from you yesterday outlining COI issues on Westminster College (Missouri). I was unaware of the rule about COI editing. If I add a disclosure to my user page, can the edits I submitted be reinstated, either in part or in full? The content was informational, and while I understand that I may be unduly influenced by my relationship with the institution, the edits I made did bring the entry up to date on several points (especially the list of College presidents and updates to the athletics and academics sections).
If the edits cannot be restored, I will request independent editing, as outlined in your message.
Thank you. Anna Comfort (talk) 17:01, 5 December 2017 (UTC)
- When you have a conflict of interest you can request edits on the talk page of the article and an uninvolved editor can assess the merits and add or decline them accordingly. Theroadislong (talk) 17:03, 5 December 2017 (UTC)
Seasons Greetings
Greetings Theroadislong,
For all I know you might be an AI.
A souped up "Eliza" [[1]] anyway, I really want to understand the concept of "Notability", what pleases me the most is how it breaks down so nicely into "Not ability". I just want this done. Hell, even github puts up with us!
Kindest Regards,
Paul — Preceding unsigned comment added by Flintiii (talk • contribs) 21:11, 5 December 2017 (UTC)
- Your comments are rather cryptic but your draft has 4 references two are to your own website, one is a blog with an message, the other is to Github, which says "VisualBash is a modest and seriously tongue-in-cheek bash programmiung framework." none of these even begin to establish notability I'm afraid. Theroadislong (talk) 00:21, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
Description verses promotion.
Greetings Theroadislong,
I want to quote this back to you, wish I knew the special characters to put your quote in a pretty box:
"I'm afraid that Wikipedia is not the place to promote your software. We only summarize what reliable, independent published sources have to say about a subject."
I am not at all interested in promotion. I am interested in validation of the Visual Bash concept. Any idea how to help me get into programming structure?
Regards,
Paul Flintiii (talk) 16:52, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
- I'm not at all clear what you are asking... "validation of the Visual Bash concept"? Wikipedia is an encyclopedia that summarizes what independent say about a subject. You would need to provide detailed references showing the subject has received significant coverage, in reliable sources that are independent of the topic. You also have a conflict of interest. Request on 21:17:14, 6 December 2017 for assistance on AfC submission by Innocent Cuty
Dear Reviewer
Hope you are fine and doing good.
I am requesting for a re-review after justifying the major comment on this article, which was on its Reference section for having less references. Now, the draft has been updated, and more than 20 solid references have been employed, with more historical details, and best possible bibliographic support in the light of the available literature. This single page article is now having over 25 appropriate references, and are strengthened with new data.
Your anticipation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
Sincere Regards
Innocent Cuty (talk) 21:17, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
The objected references (facebook blogs) were updated with new ones, thank you very much for the prompt response and suggestion
Dear Theroadislong
Thank you very much for your prompt response.
The objected references (facebook) has been udpated with the departmental URLS (links to the webpages). I think, these were the most up to dated and regularly updating references. Moreover, the last paragraph was deleted, because the book describing the paragraph and the mentioned material is in press (which is written by Dr. Ikram), and once the book got published, the three to four lines paragraph will be inserted again.
I do hope, that the draft will get approved now and will get online, as after coming across other such articles, this one seems to be far better than those.
Your prompt and positive anticipation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
Thanking you in anticipation

I'm very confused as to what you mean by making the first few sentences of the page tell us how she is "notable". That is all the information that we found on her on the internet. I'm concerned because we're doing this page for a school project. She is notable for helping pioneer the role of women in petroleum geology. As well having been an active member of AAPG (American Association of Petroleum Geologists) for 56 years.
- You are not as confused as you think, because you managed to do what was required, the draft now just needs to use inline references so that each fact is supported by a source, you can read WP:REFB for help with that, I have copy edited the content a little and it could do with some links to other wikipedia articles, but it's nearly there. Backlog update:
- The new page backlog is currently at 12713 pages. Please consider reviewing even just a few pages each day! If everyone helps out, it will really put a dent in the backlog.
- Currently the backlog stretches back to March and some pages in the backlog have passed the 90 day Google index point. Please consider reviewing some of them!
Outreach and Invitations:
- If you know other editors with a good understanding of Wikipedia policy, invite them to join NPP by dropping the invitation template on their talk page with:

. Adding more qualified reviewers will help with keeping the backlog manageable.
New Year New Page Review Drive
- A backlog drive is planned for the start of the year, beginning on January 1st and running until the end of the month. Unique prizes will be given in tiers for both the total number of reviews made, as well as the longest 'streak' maintained.
- Note: quality reviewing is extremely important, please do not sacrifice quality for quantity.
General project update:
- ACTRIAL has resulted in a significant increase in the quality of new submissions, with noticeably fewer CSD, PROD, and BLPPROD candidates in the new page feed. However, the majority of the backlog still dates back to before ACTRIAL started, so consider reviewing articles from the middle or back of the backlog.
- The NPP Browser can help you quickly find articles with topics that you prefer to review from within the backlog.

Jenny Brekhus
Theroadislong,
I respectfully disagree with your decision to reject my article on notability grounds once again. Another editor rejected it based on insufficient citations which means that they felt like they could not reject it based on insufficient notability, once I had taken steps to show the subject's notability.
If you wish for me to put more effort into proving the notability of Reno city council member Jenny Brekhus, I will do so. She is a long-serving and prominent member of the Reno city council. Reno is a large and growing city and the largest city in Nevada outside Clark County.Politically speaking, Reno is the largest city in both Northern Nevada and Washoe County, and Washoe is a swing county, in a key swing state. Councilmember Brekhus made national headlines this summer by publicly calling for President Trump to not come to Reno. I would rather see it that wikipedia approve her article without needing to out her as a fierce critic of the President in a politically volatile place like Reno. However, if wikipedia continues to refuse to publish the article, I will make her Trump criticism part of the article and add several more citations.
If you feel that Councilmember Brekhus is not notable enough to have a wikipedia page, I would Staunchly disagree with you. Her fellow council member David Bobzien has a wikipedia article. The Mayor of Reno, who is a member of the council, has a wikipedia article and was recently profiled by Politico as one of America's most interesting mayors. Reno is a notable city with a notable council, and Jenny Brekhus is a notable member of that council. I would strongly encourage you to reconsider your rejection of this article on notability grounds.

- If you read my comment on the decline I say that "a number of the external links could be used as sources instead which would help with notability" The sources you have used do NOT establish notability they are not independent. The fact that other poor articles exist is not a good reason to create another sorry. Theroadislong (talk) 08:54, 12 December 2017 (UTC)
- @Sfsofnv: The article on David Bobzien is VERY poor quality, it has only four references none of which mention him and it should probably be deleted.Theroadislong (talk) 20:50, 12 December 2017 (UTC)

Hi,
thank you for your feedback on the page i'm trying to make (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Draft:MyMachine) As I'm trying to get it right, what is/are the phrase(s) that makes it read differently than for example: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Teach_For_All

- The problem is that both the articles your draft and the Teach For All article are both written like adverts, I have tagged that one now. Articles need to be written in a neutral tone refereing to independent sources. Sentences like "Through the choice of not incorporating a substantive framework nor a competition element into the model, MyMachine stimulates the empowerment of all students involved who are invited to be entrepreneurial in bringing the ideas to life is not encyclopaedic but pure marketing speak, we just need the dry facts. Rationale for Rejecting Gilson (Company) page?
Theroadislong,
Earlier today, you rejected the draft I wrote for Gilson Inc., saying that it reads too much like an advertisement.
I am wondering if you could give me examples of what specific areas read too much like an advertisement, so I can fix those problem areas and resubmit?
When I wrote the draft, I kept Wikipedia's guidelines regarding neutrality in mind. I modeled the page very closely after Eppendorf's, which does not have any flags indicating problems with the page. My intention was not to write an advertisement for Gilson, but to share the story of a company that developed and manufacturers a research tool that is used by virtually every laboratory scientist in the world who works with liquids.
Any guidance on how to revise this page to meet Wikipedia's guidelines would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Ben — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cglife.bmarcus (talk • contribs) 20:31, 13 December 2017 (UTC)
- The article is mostly sourced from their own website, Wikipedia is only interested in what people who have no connection with the subject have published about it in reliable places. If you could find more independent references it would be an improvement. Theroadislong (talk) 20:44, 13 December 2017 (UTC)

Hi Theroadislong. After some clean up and expansion, I'm going to WP:IAR, move this into article space, and let it take its chances. I'd give it better than a 50/50 chance of not being taken to AfD and at least a 50/50 chance of surviving if it were to be. This is mainly because of the under-served subject matter and the fact that her composition has been recorded on a notable label, its score has been re-published in modern times, it's still being played in concerts, and apparently was also broadcast on the BBC. Article Walterschied
I have worked on this page correcting citations per format, researched to add additional sources, used credible sources as the Wall Street Journal, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Jet and Deadline Hollywood. The individual of which this article is based is far more significant than many others that Wikipedia has approved pages about. I have written articles for Variety, Editorial for Los Angles Times and contributed on a three part piece in the Arts and Entertainment Section of the NY Times along with being a contributing editor for Ebony Magazine. I am unsure as to why I am running into so many issues with Wikipedia. As a active supporter and donate to Wilkipedia I am a little dishearten at this point.
