Speedy deletion nomination of Keyvan Ansari
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Keyvan Ansari requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. JTtheOG (talk) 11:08, 20 December 2020 (UTC)

- @Tsistunagiska: it was a real shame to see that behaviour to be honest. I get into a lot of disagreements here but this is the first time that I've actually had verbal abuse in my almost 14 years of editing Spiderone 21:04, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- Verbal abuse should never be allowed, whether you agree with what is being said or not. No one here knows what I have went through or do go through in life every day. Likewise, I don't know what you have went through or do go through in life every day. What I do know is what I see here. People who can't see past the end of their own noses and at least try to project some empathy on others are a waste of my time and energy and I'd rather not deal with them. It's part of the reason why I have been close to leaving for the past few weeks. Wikipedia can be frustrating as hell. But who wins in that scenario? No one. So I suit up and buckle the chin strap down tighter and fight on. It is an absolute shame, as you have stated. Reality or not, targeted attacks upon others by keyboard warriors illicit a visceral response from me, generally. I really can't stand giant egos with unrealistic perceptions of their own grandeur. --ARoseWolf (Talk) 21:29, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- It's okay to be angry. It's okay to have strong opinions. It's okay to express strong opinions in an angry way. It's not okay to go out of one's way to be abusive. I will probably still be editing Wikipedia in 50 years' time but what I'm beginning to realise is that no user is above the law here. No one is bigger than the project itself. Those that behave in such a way tend to find themselves ejected sooner rather than later. Spiderone 22:06, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- Getting angry and having strong opinions about anything here is really pointless though. Anything you write can be edited out with the click of the button and any "rule" can be manipulated to make it happen. To say no user is above the "law" is denying the fact that the "law" was created by flawed humans with an opinion which means an immediate conflict of interest with other humans who see things differently. Those who see things differently either have to conform to the "law" or go somewhere else or just develop an "I don't care" attitude and realize that what they write will probably be removed at some point but it was fun while it lasted. Wikipedia is not about being neutral. It is just as biased, just as discriminatory and just as exclusive as society. Wikipedia is neutral on sources it considers reliable. The sources themselves can be biased as hell. Doesn't matter. --ARoseWolf (Talk) 15:16, 18 December 2020 (UTC)

Endtroducing EP tagged for speedy deletion
Thank you for your efforts in patrolling new pages. I wanted to let you know that I have applied a speedy deletion tag to the article Endtroducing EP, which you proposed for deletion, because I believe it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion. In cases where it applies, speedy deletion is preferable to proposed deletion; in the future, please tag blatantly inappropriate pages for speedy deletion first if they meet the criteria. I have left the {{prod}} tag in place, so that if speedy deletion is rejected, your proposed deletion will remain in place. Thanks! JJP...MASTER![talk to] JJP... master? 01:22, 21 December 2020 (UTC)

Please take this controversial nomination to WP:AfD. Statewide officials, especially secretaries of state, are usually notable. Bearian (talk) 17:54, 23 December 2020 (UTC)
- To be fair, I was only repairing the PROD as someone attached an undated PROD onto the article. I now understand that the official is notable so there's no point in AfD. Thanks Spiderone 18:19, 23 December 2020 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Chic le frique
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Chic le frique requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Simon Davies
I will try to find some resource but the problem is that it is a quite recent constructed language so there won't be fairly any publications about him besides websites or Youtube (nowadays, most of the stuff is on the Internet, not published in paper).
Regarding notability, besides the author, he is the main speaker and the main writer in that language. How come this is nor relevant? --Caro de Segeda (talk) 12:07, 5 January 2021 (UTC)
- Caro de Segeda at Wikipedia we have guidelines listed at WP:BIO and WP:GNG that articles need to meet. If he is the main speaker and main writer in that language then that is a strong claim to notability but we need independent sources to back up that claim. Websites are fine as there is no requirement for the sources to be available offline but the websites should be from organisations or companies independent to him. I hope this helps. Spiderone 12:12, 5 January 2021 (UTC)
- That is what I mean, regarding constructed languages, it is quite a small world so there won't be any publications from "organisations or companies". Finding references that are not from the movement itself it is almost impossible, specially if we cannot take Youtube or other modern means of communication.I have added a couple more references but I don't think there will be much more. --Caro de Segeda (talk) 12:20, 5 January 2021 (UTC)
Why are you keep adding deletion tag to my created articles
You know it comes under notability but still add the tag of deletion to my created articles Shivsa008 (talk) 13:27, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
- It says on the tag that you are not allowed to remove the AfD notice. You are more than welcome to contribute to the discussion but removing the tag will not stop the discussion from taking place. Spiderone 13:57, 6 January 2021 (UTC)

Praewa Patcharee moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Praewa Patcharee, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Repeated draftifications and cut-&-paste moves
Please do not repeatedly draftify pages. If a page creator moves a previously draftified page to Mainspace, that should be taken as a sign that the draftification is disputed, and the page should remain as an article while further deletion options are explored.
The histories of some of the pages created by ธนภัทร สุดชีแสง also suggest that you've been performing cut-&-paste moves, which must not be done since they break proper attribution in the article history. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but otherwise please be more careful with such edits. --Paul_012 (talk) 14:52, 7 January 2021 (UTC) PS This is probably the reason the above two draftification notices were given to yourself instead of the articles' author. --Paul_012 (talk) 14:56, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
- Spiderone, just bring them up for speedy deletion next time, especially since they have no sources. I'll support that. We may not agree on whether the AfC process is really all that beneficial, unless you get a good reviewer the responses can be quite demoralizing, but if you choose that option then you should follow through with it. --ARoseWolf (Talk) 15:23, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
- Paul 012 and Tsistunagiska very fair points and I'll bear this in mind in future. It was my opinion at the time that they didn't meet CSD as they weren't hoaxes and had some sort of claim to notability, even though none of it was sourced. I considered BLPPROD but wasn't sure whether the external link to their personal Facebook page would be considered a 'source' even though it essentially confirms none of the article information. I would argue that the Facebook links for Draft:Kat Rattikarn and Draft:Praewa Patcharee are incorrect as well. I had done a brief search in Thai for all of them and all of them come up with some news sources but I have no idea whether there is enough to pass notability or not. I have left messages for the creator where appropriate but I would assume that they don't speak any English given that they haven't responded to any of them in any way. My main worry is that these articles will just sit there as unsourced BLPs with potentially incorrect information for years. For example Atittaya Bunyalieang, created today. I have no idea what's going on. I'm trying to verify the Hinduism claim but the source doesn't work. Most of the info is copied from Kratae R-Siam which is based upon the same dead refs. I will of course WP:AGF and work on the basis that the info is correct but, sometimes, I'd rather not have an article on a BLP at all than an unsourced one. Spiderone 17:45, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
- I understand the concerns. I agree that the CSD criteria don't quite apply here, but BLPPROD is probably the only undisputable process that can be used. If an article isn't eligible, and draftifications are reverted, then AfD is likely required. (Or, if a subject is possibly notable and one is willing to do the work, trimming the content down to a stub is also an option.) --Paul_012 (talk) 19:10, 7 January 2021 (UTC)

Please undo deletion on my Article

- Rasik99009 - the main issue with that article is that it is entirely copied and pasted from a website. Since we do not have permission to do that, this in breach of copyright law. If the subject is notable, you are more than welcome to write the article in your own words and reference them to reliable sources. Spiderone 21:45, 8 January 2021 (UTC)
I apologise once again i wasn't of this thing. Can you please remove the deletion tag. Rasik99009 (talk) 21:46, 8 January 2021 (UTC)
- Rasik99009 - the deletion tag will need to remain as an administrator will need to remove the copyrighted content from the article history. After that is done, the article can be created again but please be careful not to copy and paste even one sentence when you create the article a second time. Spiderone 21:48, 8 January 2021 (UTC)
