A tag has been placed on Margareth Angelina requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at User_talk:Robertsky, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Ricky Cuaca moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Ricky Cuaca, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. TV articles

[edit]

Thankyou for your contributions but when creating TV articles, please use a properly formatted, fresh version of {{Infobox television}} rather than something that you appear to have copied from somewhere else. Quite aside from being virtually impossible to read because of the way it was formatted, the infobox you used at Anak Langit and Cahaya Terindah contained numerous errors including fields that have not existed in the infobox for several years. There were extensive changes needed to both articles to bring them up to a minimum acceptable standard.[1][2] --AussieLegend () 10:37, 30 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Control copyright icon Hello Roseirena, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your additions to MNC Pictures have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are PD or compatibly licensed) it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, the help desk or the Teahouse before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 01:48, 1 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

TV articles again

[edit]

Please comply with the request that I made above regarding TV articles. Like your previous efforts, Dunia Terbalik contains multiple errors that require a lot of work to fix. By continuing to recreate articles like this you are disrespecting other editors by deliberately creating sub-standard articles that you apparently expect other editors to fix. You need to learn what is expected of articles, what policies they need to comply with and ensure that articles that you create do not contain extensive errors. --AussieLegend () 04:22, 1 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@AussieLegend: If I may chime in... I was looking at at articles created by Roseirena. Many are direct translations from Wiki ID articles, which may not match the contribution standards and rigours of Wiki EN. @Roseirena: Harap memperbaiki terjemahan yang dibuat oleh Google Translate. (That's my limits at Malay, and Google Translate. Oh the irony.) Please understand that there is a different, if not higher, threshold of contribution standards which Wikipedia EN has as compared to Wikipedia ID. Direct translations of articles from Wikipedia ID (or anywhere in fact. I have helped on a Chinese to English translation for a Taiwanese TV series, and it is still in the Draftspace.) is not a reason enough to keep the articles as they are in Wikipedia English. Please heed the advices of AussieLegend: clean up on the translations, convert Templates as necessary, update wikilinks, include more reputable sources, etc. robertsky (talk) 05:56, 1 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Dunia Terbalik moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Dunia Terbalik, does not have enough sources and citations as written and contans far too many errors to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). The article also needs to comply with our policies and guidelines. I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. AussieLegend () 04:25, 1 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • When an article with problems has been moved to draft space, do not move it back to article space until the identified problems have been fixed. As explained above, Dunia Terbalik had significant errors that required correction before it was at a minimum acceptable statndard. When moving articles, if the desired target is not available, do not move to any old target. TV articles need to be named in accordance with WP:NCTV and "soap opera" is NOT appropriate disambiguation. --AussieLegend () 04:55, 1 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon

Hello Roseirena. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Roseirena. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Roseirena|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. GSS (talk|c|em) 04:08, 8 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Ricky Cuaca a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. --Nahal(T) 05:54, 8 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on KLa Project (disambiguation) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G14 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either

  • disambiguates only one extant Wikipedia page and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic);
  • disambiguates zero extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title; or
  • is a redirect with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" that does not target a disambiguation page or page that has a disambiguation-like function.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.

An extended welcome

[edit]

Hi Roseirena. Welcome to Wikipedia. I hope you don't mind if I share some of my thoughts on starting out as a new editor on Wikipedia: If I could get editors in your situation to follow just one piece of advice, it would be this: Learn Wikipedia by working only on non-contentious topics until you have a feel for the normal editing process and the policies that usually come up when editing casually. You'll find editing to be fun, easy, and rewarding. The rare disputes are resolved quickly and easily.

Working on biographical information about living persons is far more difficult. Wikipedia's Biographies of living persons policy requires strict adherence to multiple content policies, and applies to all information about living persons including talk pages.

If you have a relationship with the topics you want to edit, then you will need to review Wikipedia's Conflict of interest policy, which may require you to disclose your relationship and restrict your editing depending upon how you are affiliated with the subject matter. Regardless, editing in a manner that promotes an entity or viewpoint over others can appear to be detrimental to the purpose of Wikipedia and the neutrality required in articles.

Some topic areas within Wikipedia have special editing restrictions that apply to all editors. It's best to avoid these topics until you are extremely familiar with all relevant policies and guidelines.

I hope you find some useful information in all this, and welcome again. --Ronz (talk) 15:14, 11 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to add that the message you left on Ad Orientem's talk page is inappropriate. You do not own content that you create on Wikipedia. Thank you for uploading File:Titlecard 86.png. However, it is currently missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. stwalkerster (sock | talk) 16:20, 16 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Television infoboxes again

How many times do you have to be asked before you produce articles with correct infoboxes? Yet again, with 86 (TV series) you have failed to comply with polite requests, expecting somebody else to fix your mistakes. --AussieLegend () 16:47, 16 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Titlecard 86.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Titlecard 86.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. AussieLegend () 17:07, 16 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for sockpuppetry

Request reason:

First of all, I'm id.wiki user, that trying to help her. Dimas anggara is definitly not her account, Dimas anggara is a male and Roseirene is a female. So, she tells me that her account was hacked, it's not her fault, she don't want to do it, for her an account is enough. I hope you unblock this person, because she is a great contributor for Wikipedia.Mnafisalmukhdi1 (talk) 07:46, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

1) We don't allow proxy unblock requests. 2) How would you know this is true? Where did she tell you? 3) If her account was hacked, why does she need to not do what again? We do not unblock compromised accounts.-- Dlohcierekim 08:20, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Dear Dlohcierekim, 1) I don't use proxy. Maybe it's my browser fault. 2) Again, i know her wouldn't do that. She tells me on Facebook, to me and to Indonesia Wikipedia User Group. 3) I think she don't know what to do, so she ask me for helping her getting back her account. Unblock requests made by users other than the blocked user will not be actioned. Indeed, in cases of sockpupptery, such unblock requests considerably decrease the likelihood of the account being unblocked. Yunshui  06:07, 23 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

RE: prior block on Sock Puppet and possible more IPs being used

[edit]

Notifying Yunshui who placed the block on this account, and Mz7 who notified of a sock puppet here, since I don't know the procedure of reporting this.

Two more IP editors: User talk:140.213.40.180 and User talk:111.94.241.18 have been asking the same question about date formating on South Korean articles to multiple editors, as this blocked account for User:Roseirena and making edits that have been reverted with reasons provided to them.

You can see the questions and responses at their Talk pages and Talk pages here: User talk:Kenny htv#Ask to you the Date format, User talk:Alexanderlee#South Korean Figures like US Figures ?, User talk:Amakuru#The South Korean articles like US articles, User talk:Bonnielou2013#South Korean article on Wikipedia like US articles ?, and User talk:Explicit#South Korean article on Wikipedia like US articles ?.

I am also pinging editors who have been questioned by these IPs, just in case: Kenny htv, Alexanderlee, Amakuru, Explicit. Thank you,--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 18:14, 27 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Bonnielou2013: For reporting, you can turn on Twinkle in your Gadgets settings. This will simplify the reporting process for you. After turning on Twinkle, on the IP's talk page, you select TW > ARV, then select Sockpuppet under Report type. You should trace back to the original sockpuppeteer (which can be done by checking the block notice on the top) and key in the sock's username. robertsky (talk) 02:03, 29 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
