PChrist7021, you are invited to the Teahouse
[edit]Hi PChrist7021! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. |
Notable on-air staff and titles/slogans
[edit]Hello, I have removed the staff and former staff that is/was not notable. In order for lists of people be included, they must meet the criteria listed at WP:LISTPEOPLE. This isn't the first station article this has been discussed on, and articles have been protected to prevent these additions, or the editors in question blocked when they persistently continue to reinsert inappropriate material. If a name is included in the article in this way, it has to show that it's relevant to the subject by meeting WP:LISTPEOPLE. Just because a station lists its employees doesn't mean Wikipedia needs to as well, and other station articles needing similar cleanup doesn't mean this one doesn't need to be cleaned up, because whenever it's actually discussed on a station article, the end result is the same; the names that don't meet WP:LISTPEOPLE are removed. Wikipedia is also not a directory. A list of previous discussions are listed below:
- Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Television_Stations/Archive_9#Arguments_for_Excluding_.22Where_Are_They_Now.3F.22
- Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Television_Stations/Archive_10#Current_on-air_staff_list_discussion

[edit]Hi there! Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please make sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
The edit summary appears in:
- User contributions
- Recent changes
- Watchlists
- Revision differences
- IRC channels
- Related changes
- New pages list and
- Article editing history
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! Corkythehornetfan (Talk) 23:20, 7 October 2014 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for June 2
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited CBS Evening News, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Dickerson (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 16:24, 2 June 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Danger Force. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. You have already been told why this edit is wrong – persisting with it until a new episode actually airs is disruptive. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 07:04, 1 January 2022 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at Sydney to the Max, you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Absent an official announcement by Disney Channel in a reliable source that they have cancelled the series, and per template instructions, this stays "present" until one year following the original airing of the final episode. wizzito | say hello! 19:48, 3 January 2022 (UTC)

Please review MOS:DATECOMMA. The comma after the year in the standard American date format is required. I notice you’ve edited several articles recently to omit it and other editors and I have had to undo your mistake. From a grammatical standpoint, the year functions in the nature of an appositive—it tells you, for example, which February 18 is the relevant one. 1995hoo (talk) 01:43, 19 February 2024 (UTC)
Please provide edit summaries
[edit]Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! SJ Morg (talk) 14:21, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
