Hello. Non-free photos cannot be placed in a draft (WP:NFCC#9).
Non-free photos should be removed if they can be replaced by equivalent free ones (WP:NFCC#1).
To save a photo, you need to place it under a free license using WP:VRT (via e-mail permissions-commons@wikimedia.org or https://relgen.toolforge.org/). There is also an option with transferring the draft to the main space, but then the photo must meet all 10 points of WP:NFCC. — Ирука¹³ 00:01, 1 August 2023 (UTC)
