Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Tartary, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. The article is not vandalism, and Simonm233 pointing out that your post violates NOTFORUM does not prove any agenda. The discussion was closed already and at any rate your comment was a throwaway generalization that didn't actually address the question of renaming.
