Welcome!
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, hskoppek! Thank you for your contributions. I am Samtar and I have been editing Wikipedia for some time, so if you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. You can also check out Wikipedia:Questions or type {{help me}}
at the bottom of this page. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- How to write a great article
- Discover what's going on in the Wikimedia community
Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Samuel Tarling (talk) 11:29, 14 August 2015 (UTC)
Collaborating on Mustang article
[edit]Hello, I see you recently tried to make some edits to Mustang. That is a very contentious article to try to edit, but I thought you might be interested in collaborating on it in the sandbox. We really need some new blood working on it and get it moving again. Lynn (SLW) (talk) 06:40, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
Hi Lynn, not sure whether this comment reaches you, but I'll try anyway. I have no ambitions to make substantial edits to the Mustang page. All I did was to tidy up some minor language issues to provide more clarity and readability. Hskoppek (talk) 10:21, 12 February 2017 (UTC)

Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

[edit]Pseudoscience topics
[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in pseudoscience and fringe science. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}}
on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

- you have sent me 2 standard messages re pseudoscience topics without being specific. I am curious what motivated you to do so. Hskoppek (talk) 18:09, 17 September 2022 (UTC)

Please do not Use Occulist Caps where "Important" Terms Have To Be Capitalized. On Wikipedia, we only capitalize proper nouns. Also, please provide page numbers in your citations. Skyerise (talk) 11:00, 3 August 2023 (UTC)
