Ice Bowl

[edit]

Hi, I hope I am putting this in the right place. I am doing edits for the Vince Lombardi and the Ice Bowl article. Right now I stopped with the Vince Lombardi article because I am concentrating on the Ice Bowl article. The endgame is to minimize the Ice Bowl article in the Vince Lombardi article. The Ice Bowl article has doubled in size since I stared. I am using the 2005 UEFA Champions League Final as a basis for the Ice Bowl article. Right now the Ice Bowl article is just a hodge-podge of citations. You are listed as the project coordinator for the Green Bay Packers, so yf you know anyone that can right the introduction of the Ice Bowl article that will help me alot. Thanks 66.234.33.8 (talk) 17:48, 4 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

And oh yes, I put reworked some content that someone had copy and pasted to the Ice Bowl article from the Lambeau Field article (or vice versa) and mentioned it on talk page on the Lambeau Field article. I want almost all of what I reworked in the Ice Bowl article moved out of there so if you can have someone look at that it would be appreciated. I personally think my version in the Ice Bowl is better although I am not too good at citation formats. Thanks 66.234.33.8 (talk) 17:57, 4 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

And in the Ice Bowl article the HOF players are listed in 1 column. I would like it to be in 2 but I do not know how to do that. Also, Pat Summerall is the on the field reporter but I do not know how to update the Infobox. I tried but failed. 66.234.33.8 (talk) 18:08, 4 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Gonzo isn't active here for a long time and I think the Packer's WikiProject is inactive. WikiProject Wisconsin is quite active. Please make sure that you cite your sources using citation templates. It's now a cornerstone of editing on Wikipedia. I like writing the lead paragraphs after the article is done. It should be an executive summary which introduces facts found later in the article. I don't see how 2 columns would help since their titles need to remain independent because they are section headings. A way to deal with it can be found at the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America article. Another option is to use tables. Royalbroil 00:21, 5 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for answering that message Royalbroil. Hope all is well! « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 04:32, 10 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You're welcome and I am doing fine. How are you doing? Royalbroil 03:00, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Good! Sad that my first list is going up for Removal, but I knew someday it would probably happen! :( Best wishes, « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 04:14, 16 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestion for WikiProject United States to support WikiProjeck Arizona

[edit]

It was recently suggested that WikiProject Arizona, to which you are a member, may be inactive or semiactive and it might be beneficial to include it in the list of projects supported by WikiProject United States. After reviewing the project it appears that there haven't been much active discussion on the talk page in some time and the only content updates appear to be simple maintenance so being supported by a larger project might be beneficial. I have begun a discussion on the projects talk page to see how the members of the project feel about this suggestion. Another user has added the project to the WPUS template and I added it to the list of supported projects in the WPUS main project page but before I take any further action I wanted to contact each of the active members for their input. --Kumioko (talk) 13:30, 7 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
