Proposed Deletion
The article Missing iPhone 5 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Not an notable event
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

Speedy deletion nomination of Shadab Restaurant
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Shadab Restaurant requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Scjessey (talk) 14:10, 4 November 2011 (UTC)
Your recent edit
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 15:43, 5 November 2011 (UTC)

Reverting transclusion
Hi Fauzan. Transcluding a template as I did here is a valuable edit even if it looks like a big fat red -3238 in the recent changes log. I've reinstated the edit. Cheers, Pichpich (talk) 22:02, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
- Well, I reverted your your edit by mistake while looking for vandalism. I checked the differences in your edit and the previous one and I did not find any constructive edits at that time. Fauzantalk ✆ email ✉ 22:07, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
- Sorry to insist but in that case you have to look harder at the edit and figure it out. In the end, I don't really care all that much: I know what I'm doing, I'm a longtime editor and I just reinserted the edit. But I could have been a well-intentioned newbie or someone that gets really ticked by these things. You just reverted the change without considering the edit summary (which clearly stated the objective and without notifying me). That's not good enough. Cheers, Pichpich (talk) 23:02, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
WikiProject India Tag & Assess 2012 Contest
Hello friends, we are a number of editors from WikiProject India have got together to assess the many thousands of articles under the stewardship of the project, and we'd love to have you, a fellow member, join us. These articles require assessment, that is, the addition of a WikiProject template to the talk page of an article, assessing it for quality and importance and adding a few extra parameters to it.
As of March 11, 2012, 07:00 UTC, WikiProject India has 95,998 articles under its stewardship. Of these 13,980 articles are completely unassessed (both for class and importance) and another 42,415 articles are unassessed for importance only. Accordingly, a Tag & Assess 2012 drive-cum-contest has begun from March 01, 2012 to last till May 31, 2012.
If you are new to assessment, you can learn the minimum about how to evaluate from Part One of the Assessment Guide. Part Two of the Guide will help you learn to employ the full functionality of the talk page template, should you choose to do so.
You can sign up on the Tag & Assess page. There are a number of awards to be given in recognition of your efforts. Come & join us to take part in this exciting new venture. You'll learn more about India in this way.

Some comments regarding assessment
Thanks a lot for helping in assessment, may i also request you to include the importance parameter for the state projects e.g.[1] and [2]. I guess these minor point must have skipped your attention as you are careful about them, but i thought of informing this as not using the importance paramenter |andhra-importance=low|assess-date=March 2012 will take them to the category andhra pradesh articles of unknown importance and sadly will have to be done again. Your last two edits to Islam
You have mentioned at User_talk:Adjwilley#Picture_removal that you got confused on one change. But this change is amazing (not good). I can only hope I was not too rude with my edit summary
- It says "Islamic Center of Irving", as in Irving, Texas, USA - the certificate is on a Pizza Inn box - what 'Indian' are you talking about?
If you have a problem with "marriage in Islam requires a legal marriage certificate" then maybe ask on the talk page. Perhaps you shouldn't be making changes without checking first? Shenme (talk) 06:14, 1 September 2012 (UTC)

Rationale for including non notables
Hi Fauzan, I confess I don't have a clue how this edit summary explains the need to once again restore a chart listing non-notable school administrators [4]. Though I'm not going to revert right now, the policies re: individual notability include school and university staff; is there a rationale for continuing to include these persons? Thanks, 99.149.85.229 (talk) 18:30, 7 June 2013 (UTC)

Article Feedback Tool update
Hey Fauzan. I'm contacting you because you're involved in the Article Feedback Tool in some way, either as a previous newsletter recipient or as an active user of the system. As you might have heard, a user recently anonymously disabled the feedback tool on 2,000 pages. We were unable to track or prevent this due to the lack of logging feature in AFT5. We're deeply sorry for this, as we know that quite a few users found the software very useful, and were using it on their articles.
We've now re-released the software, with the addition of a logging feature and restrictions on the ability to disable. Obviously, we're not going to automatically re-enable it on each article—we don't want to create a situation where it was enabled by users who have now moved on, and feedback would sit there unattended—but if you're interested in enabling it for your articles, it's pretty simple to do. Just go to the article you want to enable it on, click the "request feedback" link in the toolbox in the sidebar, and AFT5 will be enabled for that article.
Again, we're very sorry about this issue; hopefully it'll be smooth sailing after this :). If you have any questions, just drop them at the talkpage. Thanks! Okeyes (WMF) 21:48, 1 September 2013 (UTC)

War and anthro disasters
Hey Fauzan. I noticed you relisted the atrophied RfC on Talk:List of wars and anthropogenic disasters by death toll. We seem to be at an impasse, where there is no definitive consensus for the inclusion of the Muslim conquests of the Indian subcontinent. Still, with a couple exceptions, including my own, most of the voices calling to retain the entry do with some sort of caveat. I'd propose we relist the RfC as question as whether or not to retain "meta-events" at all and what litmus would should employ to identify events as such. I anticipate this will result in a more enduring consensus. GraniteSand (talk) 06:45, 3 August 2014 (UTC)
- I can't see a clear consensus, though a closing admin might be able to discern it. I have added a few points which were not in the RfC. We can ask an admin to close it to see if any consensus comes out.
I too think that holding a broader RfC will help in coming to a coherent consensus for all such meta events. I am currently hard pressed for time, so you or Wikimedes can start a new RfC. I consider these questions important, What qualifies as a meta? and Should we include metas?. --Fauzan✆ talk✉ mail 17:26, 3 August 2014 (UTC)
Moeen Ali
Hi, This is about the changes you made on the above mentioned article. The reference you cited does not really say that The beard thats feared is Moeen's nickname. Nickname literally means the name which your friends call you out of love. Now can you prove that any of his friends whether among the England players or his local friends call him by those words (cite any ref about that). This thing written by a photographer Phillip brown who takes his photographs for his girlfriend Victoria. And his words cannot be called as nickname for the person whom he has never been with.

Hey, just a heads up: In this edit you changed the spelling in a file name, meaning the image didn't display anymore. If you want to change the spelling in a filename, probably the easiest way is to ask me on my talk page. Generally speaking, it's preferred to only move files if the name is offensive or factually inaccurate, not merely a less-preferred spelling. Adam Cuerden (talk) 16:14, 7 October 2014 (UTC)

AGRL shortcuts
Hi, I noticed that you added two shortcuts to Help:Automatically generated reference list. Thanks. I think that may be a good idea. However, the original location at Help:Footnotes already has a shortcut named HELP:AGRL. Probably all of these shortcuts should point to the same location. So for now I have edited the two new shortcuts to point to the same location as HELP:AGRL. If we want all of the shortcuts to point to the new page, then I think it would probably be a good idea to mention that on the Help Talk:Footnotes page and see if we can get a consensus about that, and then edit all of the shortcuts again to point to the new page. Thanks. – Margin1522 (talk) 01:59, 24 October 2014 (UTC)
- Its a good idea that all the shortcuts should point to the same location, we can discuss on the Help talk:Footnotes what that location should be. I changed HT: in your comment to Help Talk: as HT: points to Haitian Wikipedia. --Fauzan✆ talk✉ mail 07:06, 24 October 2014 (UTC)

Non-free rationale for File:Shadab restaurant logo.png
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Shadab restaurant logo.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 16:31, 21 March 2015 (UTC)
a little help please
Can you upload and link some images to the article Lahore church bombings. The images of the two people burnt were released by their families and are now public domain so I don't know why they get deleted everytime I upload them. Also if you can find a free image of the churches it will be really cool. thank you very much. FreeatlastChitchat (talk) 05:36, 25 March 2015 (UTC)

- I don't have any source stating that the image is free per say. I took these from a friend's twitter account. I can ask him to repost with the tag that they are free to use, will that work? FreeatlastChitchat (talk) 05:52, 25 March 2015 (UTC)
- If your friend is the copyright holder, he should send an email to the OTRS team declaring that the image is licensed under public domain. For furhter help, ask at Wikipedia:OTRS noticeboard. --Fauzan✆ talk✉ mail 06:03, 25 March 2015 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Genesis motors
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Genesis motors requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Supdiop (T🔹C) 05:35, 5 November 2015 (UTC)

Asian 10,000 Challenge invite
Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 02:03, 20 October 2016 (UTC)
