Nomination of Ippy Aiona for deletion

Justin Kuykendall

I've gone ahead and relisted this article at AFD. The debate may be found Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Justin Kuykendall (2nd nomination). When you closed the original debate, the Pulpo Media debate had already been going for a week. Adding in an article at that late date isn't going to work, and was actively opposed by some editors (including the original nominator). Given that, it's cleaner just to re-do the debate. Enlightment on JMS article

macauthors contributions were not primary sources which Harizotoh9 seems to be using as the basis for the reversion. It appears no effort was made by HARI to review the citations. Secondly primary sourcing IS PERMITTED with conditional guidelines laid out in the rules section under BLP. Have you read that section? Apparently no single contributor including the admin contributors have read that section. Therefore, I ask that you not pontificate to me about good faith edits on the JMS page.MrTownCar (talk) 13:20, 18 December 2013 (UTC)

Regarding [1], what makes you say http://nicanoellestudios.com/ is not an official website. It says it's official, it looks official, and it's for example linked at http://www.salon.com/writer/nica_noelle/. The user who added it in [2] said "I am her publicist" at Wikipedia:Help desk#Nica Noelle. We haven't checked the identity and a publicist has obvious COI issues but the site looks official regardless. PrimeHunter (talk) 00:50, 19 December 2013 (UTC)

European Court of Human Rights's Decision is NOT a DEFAMATORY content

The following is a closed discussion. Please do not modify it.

You warned me to add "defamatory content" in Talk:Armenian Genocide page (http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Talk:Armenian_Genocide). Notice that what I added is the DECISION OF EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS about Armenian "Genocide". You CANNOT LABEL the decision of ECtHR as "Defamatory Content". I will complain about you in related Wikipedia forums. Notice and think twice whether the following content is defamatory:

European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) Decision On The 1915 Armenian Event

This must be added to the article:
On 17 December 2013, (the case: Perinçek v. Switzerland (application no. 27510/08)) European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) punished Switzerland for criminally convicting Mr. Perinçek for publicly challenging the existence of the Armenian genocide. Perinçek said "Armenian genocide is an international lie". ECHR punished Switzerland for violating Perinçek's right of freedom of expression (Article 10). ECHR referenced three decisions on its verdict:
a. In November 2007, The Spanish Constitutional Court had found unconstitutional the offence of negation and had taken the view that the mere negation of a crime of genocide did not constitute direct incitement to violence.
b. In February 2012, the French Constitutional Council had declared unconstitutional a law which made it a criminal offence to deny the existence of the genocides recognised by the law, finding it to be incompatible with freedom of expression and freedom of research.
c. The United Nations Human Rights Committee had expressed its conviction that “[l]aws that penalize[d] the expression of opinions about historical facts [were] incompatible with the obligations that the Covenant [on Civil and Political Rights] impose[d] on States parties ...” and that the “Covenant [did] not permit general prohibition of expressions of an erroneous opinion or an incorrect interpretation of past events”.^[1]

I hope now that the researchers can freely and without any fear research what happened in 1915. Notice that in 2013 ALL Ottoman Empire archieves are open to the researchers and any researcher can freely read ALL the archieves and documents in Turkey. Harrasment

Whilst accepting my remark to AssociateAffiliate was cheeky - I would like you to show where I have harrassed him. He, after all, uses abusive responses (User CDTPP) and believes any editing of his submissions is some fundamental crime. By examining some of his edits you will see he is prone to repitition and clunky grammar.
