Hi and some advice

Hi, I noticed that you re-created Tonle Bet Commune after it had been moved to draft space to Draft:Tonle Bet Commune (pinging 49ersBelongInSanFrancisco and Liz). I'd suggest reading Help:Your first article. Although stubs without sources and claims of notability are often left to exist in the main article space for a very short period of time, re-creating them after a user moves an article to WP:DRAFT space is a good sign you should slow down and figure out the right next steps.

Oh hi, thanks for your advice! I'm new to the MediaWiki API and I tried following the example here https://api.wikimedia.org/wiki/Core_REST_API/Reference/Pages/Create_page which says in the comment that it creates a page under the sandbox, but I forgot to replace my actual username!

FYI I'm the author of the Pumi library (https://github.com/dwilkie/pumi) which contains information about administrative regions of Cambodia. Please note that per WP:DRAFTNOCAT, pages in draftspace, such as Draft:List of communes in Cambodia, are not allowed to be filed in mainspace categories alongside finished articles — the page must stay out of categories while it's in draft, and may be added to categories only if and when an WP:AFC reviewer approves the page and moves it into mainspace. Since I've now had to edit the page four times to remove it from categories it isn't allowed to be in, please do not readd it to categories again, as I will have to consider reporting you for being disruptive if the page keeps getting readded to categories while it's still in draft.
