Normal Duties...
Is the The Wedding Dance article I wrote okay? I need DYK hook ideas... --Thine Antique Pen (talk • contributions) 11:16, 4 June 2012 (UTC)
- I don't think you need a section for "People", as it is a tiny paragraph. You should double check for close paraphrasing. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 11:33, 4 June 2012 (UTC)
- Also, for a hook, why not something about the dance being inappropriate? — Crisco 1492 (talk) 11:37, 4 June 2012 (UTC)
Surakarta (game)
Selamat pagi! Maybe you could help when you might find time for this. What Surakarta (game) is really missing is a native ref/RS as supporting proof of game origin. As you can see at Talk there is a bit of controversy re authenticating origin. For example one argument that's puzzled an editor (reasonably so) is that the game doesn't have an entry on the Indonedian WP. Given the iconic game grid, and the fresh, unique ruleset, one would expect the opposite. So it's puzzling. Thanks for any help. Ihardlythinkso (talk) 13:37, 3 June 2012 (UTC)
- It's very likely under a different name (they may even have several dozen local names for the game) — Crisco 1492 (talk) 13:40, 3 June 2012 (UTC)
- Great. If might be able to confirm a connection with an RS too, would help settle the controversy. (No rush!) Ihardlythinkso (talk) 13:46, 3 June 2012 (UTC)
- I've been unable to find anything, sorry. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 05:05, 5 June 2012 (UTC)

Hi Crisco. I see you concluded Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Airbus_G-EUPC. Although the result was Redirect to 2012 Summer Olympics torch relay, i hope you don't mind that I copied it (userification) to my user area at User:Lidos/Airbus G-EUPC? This is because I'm expecting the plane to be used for other special functions during the 2012 Summer Olymoics, and may excpand the article to include all nine Airbus aircraft (livery) designed by Pascal Anson.--Lidos (talk) 15:59, 5 June 2012 (UTC)
- Certainly sounds reasonable. I think userfication may prove useful for the article, should the aircraft in question have a greater claim to notability later down the road. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 16:02, 5 June 2012 (UTC)

This article is my first try with Harv refs. I found the script you mentioned and it looks extremely useful, and as you said the page is full of errors, but I should be abler to fix those easily. However you said that there were lots of references missing, I don't really know what you mean by that. The statements in the hook are all cited, and so is all of the information in the article. I don't put a reference after every claim, because that is not necessary and it basically hinders good writing, but I don't think any sections or are unsupported by a reference. If you could be more specific about where you would like references then I could certainly comply as I have all the sources handy. ·ʍaunus·snunɐw· 15:10, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
