Hi, thanks for your comment at the FPC nomination. Looks like the image may fail due to some (IMO) baseless arguments. I have replied to these, would it be possible for you to review the nomination again? Thanks --Muhammad(talk) 22:57, 4 January 2012 (UTC)
Anggun
Hello, salam kenal :) I have seen your works on Indonesia-related articles and, recently, I have developed the article of Anggun. Would you like to take a look and do some copy-edits (since you're a native speaker). Thanks in advance, Bluesatellite (talk) 06:07, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
- I'll take a look, but baru mati lampu. Crisco 1492 (talk) 07:44, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
- Mati lampu? Jakarta has never "mati lampu" for a long time, lol. Thanks a lot, Crisco. I'm actually planning to make it a GA. I have made it a FA on id-wiki. Oh ya, sorry, I don't know anything about OTRS either. Anggun's infobox picture was uploaded by someone else, I just retouched it. Maybe you can ask User:Awriterwrites, he/she uploaded two pictures of Agnes Monica from kapanlagi.com with OTRS. There are some pictures of Chrisye there as well. Bluesatellite (talk) 09:03, 3 January 2012 (UTC)
Oh begitu ya, baru tahu, aku belum pernah berurusan di DYK sih sebelumnya. I don't think that "Mimpi" needs a new song page, all information regarding the song should be added to Mimpi (the album), because the article is currently lack of content. Btw, I'm confused, do you want me to talk in English, formal Indonesian, or informal Indonesian? hehehe Bluesatellite (talk) 16:48, 4 January 2012 (UTC)
Bluesatellite (talk) 00:34, 5 January 2012 (UTC)
- Your Indonesian is very good. Nanti artikel Kompas tentang Anggun di-copy paste di sini ya, makasih :) Aku sih biasanya mencari referensi di Google news archive lebih bagus daripada mengetik "site:xxxx.com" di pencarian Google. Bluesatellite (talk) 00:57, 5 January 2012 (UTC)
- ... Aku sih sudah lama tahu cara-cara mencari di Google, termasuk mengetik "site:xxx.com". Good luck buat ujiannya, semoga berhasil :) Bluesatellite (talk) 01:14, 5 January 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah, 5 million, damn it!! My mom would be angry if I came to her concert, lol. Bluesatellite (talk) 01:17, 5 January 2012 (UTC)
- Wow, I didn't know that Tempo has online archive database. I's really helpful, thanks Crisco. Regarding Jakarta Post, I have read most of those links before. Bluesatellite (talk) 01:34, 5 January 2012 (UTC)

Mail received. Jadi ternyata mengakses database Kompas itu harus bayar ya? Aku pikir gratis :( Makasih banyak ya, Christopher. Bluesatellite (talk) 04:08, 6 January 2012 (UTC)
- Hey Chris, Afgan, Ari Lasso, Kahitna, Fariz RM, Peterpan, Sherina, all cited Chrisye as their musical influence. I think you should describe it to his legacy section. Bluesatellite (talk) 05:06, 6 January 2012 (UTC)
- Okezone, Inilah, and Kapanlagi are Indonesian news portal. I found them on Google News Archive, so I personally think they are acceptable here. If you're doubt, then ask WP:RSN. Bluesatellite (talk) 05:40, 6 January 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for promoting this DYK. I was just thinking of updating the nomination page to suggest not promoting it until Lincoln's Birthday, February 12. Is it too late to consider that? The Russian opera
You moved the opera, but did you see my related question on WT:DYK? I doubt that the English is a title itself, it seems like no more than the translation of a Russian title, that is something different. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 23:25, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
- I suggest you move the opera back, to match the Main page and the article, and something went wrong with the talk page move anyway, the DYK credit is misplaced for sure, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 00:17, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
- I found the former discussion. Result: no italics and no capitalisation for something which is not a title, just a translation, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 00:37, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
- No answer. Do you understand the difference between a title and the translation of a title which doesn't need (shouldn't get) title treatment? Will you silently move it back? I don't want another move discussion, this was just enough. I would prefer to create content! Again, a friend died, you will see it on DYK, funeral 23, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:23, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
- I've been busy today, sorry; I had five hours at the elementary school where I teach and another couple with private lessons. I had about an hour of off-time which I used to deal with Dank's objections at FAC. By the time I got home it was already on the main page. Crisco 1492 (talk) 10:53, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
- Busy days happen, no problem. Still the same question. It appeared in normal language and was archived in the strange and not very quirky Title Capitalisation. I would appreciate if that could be repaired, the article moved back, and one talk page, not split as it is. - Nominated as announced above, for the day of the funeral 23 January. More urgent: BWV 13 for last Sunday didn't get a review yet, the premiere was on 20 January, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:40, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
- It'll be even worse today; I'm leaving for Australia at 3:50 local time and will be attending a Wikimedia camp for several days. I'm not sure how much time I'll have for editing. Crisco 1492 (talk) 23:15, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
- I see Gerda's point and there might be no problem with starting the lede thus: Melnik – koldun, obmanshchik i svat ("the wizard who was...") but the page name is an English title and should follow conventional capitalization, at least according to Wikipedia:WikiProject_Opera/Article_guidelines#Operas:_original_vs_English_translation. Sparafucil (talk) 03:02, 18 January 2012 (UTC)
- It is only an English title because the Russian title would be rather impossible in en-WP. The Bach cantatas and some operas have German titles which are capitalised the German way, which means unchanged, some words are capitalised in German, title or not. It is English which makes a difference, why do that to something Russian? The article looks weird to me, with caps in the article name, no caps underneath. - When we discussed Beethoven's sonata title I said: "If COMMONNAME leads to something like this, it should be questioned. Same for the guideline above. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:55, 19 January 2012 (UTC)
