- Per the backlog, I can't keep it up for a long time, especially not much after the 30 days limit (which you have exceeded).--TRUCO 02:18, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of In Case of Fire
A tag has been placed on In Case of Fire requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ╟─TreasuryTag►contribs─╢ 20:49, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

Quick favour if possible
Hey Casliber, I have a commited identity which I've put on a subpage in my userspace and sub'd it into my main userpage. Is their any way I can get the subpage protected so it can't be changed just to be extra sure no one tampers with it.
Get back to me on my talk page whenever you get a second. Cheers.
- Seems like a sensible suggestion. Done, well, semiprotected so you can tweak it anyway. Anyway we can always see who has tampered with it in hte history as well as revert to correct versions. Casliber (talk · contribs) 19:22, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

WP:ER
Hello Cabe, your ER has been open past the 30 day time limit, do you wish to keep it open any longer, if not I will have to archive it, thanks.--₮RUCӨ 20:27, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
- Okay, sorry you were unable to get more reviews, currently ER is experiencing a "great depression" of reviewers. Maybe in the future you can consider nominating another review, best.--₮RUCӨ 20:45, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
Why do you care so much about Airdrie Academy ?
I'm glad
Heya. Heh, I am glad that that made you smile, Also I see we both have Scottish blood. Anyway, regards SpitfireTally-ho! 21:49, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
Gayhurst House
Whoah! I've only just started it and am writing it as we "virtually" speak. Far to early to decide whether or not it should be deleted. It's significance is that it is a major work by Burges, and complements the other articles I've done on him.
Regards.
KJP1 (talk) 12:43, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
Dear Cabe
Have now placed a justification for the retention of the article on it's Talk page. Spent longer on this than on the article itself, to which I shall return. A thought. The notability of an article on Gayhurst House as opposed to, for example, an article on a cocktail called "Quick Fuck" is something we could perhaps both reflect on.
Best regards.
KJP1 (talk) 13:27, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
OK, let's both chill a bit. I was peeved by what I saw as a premature attempt to delete an article I was in the process of writing, you were riled by my ignorance of the cocktails you serve. We both have our own interests and are both contributing to Wikipedia by writing about these.
Best regards.

Re: Mr Bottomley
I removed your warning off of my Talk page. I am not a novice at this and I moved the page before the deletion tag was there to try to give this mroe notability and I moved it from an incorrect name to a proper name. Please look what is happenening before you throw a warning template on my user talk page. §hawnpoo 17:01, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

The revised DYK Hook you have introduced is very fine. But you have to remove the one that I have posted since I do not want to mess up the page with my corrections. Thanks--Nvvchar (talk) 17:03, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
Flogg Gellhog
Just a friendly note on Flogg Gellhog. I declined the speedy deletion request because it didn't even come close to meeting the definition of patent nonsense. I really do wish it fit some speedy category, and I was sorely tempted to make it an IAR deletion, but I decided to prod it instead.--Fabrictramp | talk to me 17:20, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

C&C Database
hi there
i show that you removed my link to the database concerning the Command and Conquer games. i have read the rules and i dont see where is the real problem.
this is NOT a Community Forum! it has nothing to do with that!
its a bug tracking system only for cnc games and is controled by EALA team members and my self that are in close corporation with the developement team.
you have allow the "Planet CNC" and other similar site-portals to be in the article that are full of advertisments and user comments and forums and you dont allow a bug tracking system?
please repost the link as it was, there is no advertisment goal on that post or anything similar! its made only for helping the fransize becoming better and more polished! even EALA agrees with that, why not the wiki?
thank you for your time.

C&C
Hi there, yeah I think it's fine to just go ahead and start merging, none of the objections were based on policy or guideline whereas all the support for it was!
By the way I forgot to reply to your last message on my page - I'm in Govanhill just now, and used to be at the Cathouse 5 times a week (Wednesday right through to Sunday).
These days I'm a Classic Grand man myself though, I know the DJs and the guy who owns it. It makes me feel a bit "connected" somehow ha ha!
Cheers,

Your invitation to WPSPIRITS
Hello and thank you for your invitation; I am more interested in liqueurs than plain spirits, but am not certain those are encompassed in the WPSPIRITS project (from what I could discern, they are not). Badagnani (talk) 15:00, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:Darkarenascreeb.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Darkarenascreeb.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 22:51, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
- One line really isn't a satisfactory fair use rationale- it's perhaps best if you structure the rationale in a template like Template:Non-free use rationale, to ensure that all necessary information is included. Make sure you specify exactly why the screenshot is needed, and exactly what it is actually illustrating. J Milburn (talk) 08:46, 6 April 2009 (UTC)
