[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Rrburke. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to List of most viewed YouTube videos— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. -- Rrburke (talk) 10:06, 17 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You can't insult me, don't do it again. --Luke Stark 96 (talk) 10:13, 17 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You can't insult me, don't do it again?? Why are you reverting my changes. In case of Justin Worst Bieber you have set years and days & in case of Despacito you have set days. Why same metric is not placed. Either put both in months / years or in days. The fastest to reach 2 Billion should be allowed to edit. --Ashwani8888

Despacito is set in days because it took less than a year to reach the milestone (sorry, I was just going through user pages and saw this, so I thought I'd clear it up). Dramaticmusic (talk) 07:30, 2 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

List of most liked YouTube videos

[edit]

Could you stop inventing numbers that are not real?--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 12:47, 20 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Get the hell out of here. U sucker. You place your changes & revert my changes. I will revert yours as well.
Ashwani8888 if you make another personal attack I will report you. At the end of the day we are trying to build an encyclopedia here based on factual information, no one is reverting your changes just in order to have a fight with you. Tcamfield (talk) 10:03, 21 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Ashwani8888 you were right to change the view counts for Shake It Off to 2.38 billion earlier, so thank you, but you should also have reduced the view count of Shape of You. It was neither me or Luke Stark who changed them up to 2.39 billion. However as soon as the view counts hit 2.385 billion views, someone may change them to write 2.39 billion. This is because the view counts are "rounded to the nearest 10 million views", so 2.385 billion rounds up to 2.39 billion.
This is likely to happen today, so when it does, it is not a reversion of your edit on List of most viewed YouTube videos. Shape of You is gaining more daily views than Shake It Off, and is overtaking it about now as I write this. This means that Shape of You had not overtaken Shake It Off yesterday. That is why your other edit yesterday was reverted by Luke Stark.
Please also respond to comments underneath, rather than editing them. Tcamfield (talk) 07:10, 22 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks a lot for clarifying Tcamfield.

List of most-viewed YouTube videos

[edit]

Hi, why are you continue to invent numbers & fake views, for example in this case? Could you explain me, please?--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 22:46, 11 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, please stop saying that videos have more views/likes than they actually have. For example, you said that Ed Sheeran had two videos above two billion views, while his second video (Thinking Out Loud) is only on 1.987 billion views. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tcamfield (talkcontribs)

In a day or 2 you will see him reaching that figure. Save yourself the work & say thanks so i did it. Even for Despacito users used to put in advance records as next day it used to reach that figure. Do not try to be master of conduct. Why then you not used to revert that because these videos move fast in numbers. Got my point. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ashwani8888 (talkcontribs)

No you are wrong, you can't write that videos have more views/likes than they really have, please stop--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 14:34, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Mr -Luke Stark 96 then apply same rules for Despacito & Justin Bieber Sorry, Shake it off videos as well. You cannnot have different set of rules for them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ashwani8888 (talkcontribs)

What are you talking about? There are the same rules for all songs, and YOU do not respect them--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 15:19, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thinking Out Loud hasn't got 2 billion views yet, stop insert fake informations--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 15:53, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

1,998,389,087 views is still not 2 Billion still missing approx 1,447,860 Pauseypaul (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 16:58, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Do not deliberately add erroneous content to Wikipedia, that is vandalism and can lead to you being blocked from editing. Gap9551 (talk) 03:03, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

now it has crossed so your vandalism should stop. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 42.111.83.195 (talkcontribs) 07:14, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Mr Gap9551 when it crossed 2 hours back then why didn't you update that time. That's Hypocrisy from your side so you are the one vandalising the information provided here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ashwani8888 (talkcontribs) 08:14, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The only vandal are you, you must stop vandalizing--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 09:51, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
You wrote that Sheeran had 2 videos with over 2 billion views. After you made that edit, I looked at the sources of his videos' numbers (the youtube videos) and found that only one had over 2 billion views, his second video on the list had less than 2 billion views. I reverted you here. You had already been reverted for this before. Above you said In a day or 2 you will see him reaching that figure. This implies that you deliberately inserted wrong content to Wikipedia, knowing the 2 billion mark had now been reached yet. Since it had already been pointed out to you that such speculative edits are not allowed, that is vandalism. Also, you have been unable to give an example of where I or someone else committed vandalism, despite your accusations. Gap9551 (talk) 17:58, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Please do not make assumptions about gender. Gap9551 (talk) 18:10, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't update the content when the second video reached 2 billion views, because I can choose whenever and whatever I want to edit on Wikipedia. Please don't ask me to make edits when content is outdated, feel free to make the edits yourself when appropriate. Gap9551 (talk) 18:20, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Mr Luke Stark 96 the biggest Vandal, Bucaneer, Ruffian are you!! Mr Luke Stark 96 You need to stop you vandalism, hooliganism ,neurotism. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ashwani8888 (talkcontribs) 12:49, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Signing talk page messages

[edit]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. Gap9551 (talk) 17:42, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Gap9551 Luke Stark attacked me first. He called me Vandal so i responded back. Not my intention to insult someone.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Ashwani8888 (talkcontribs) 09:40, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You are wrong, you have already insulted me more than once--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 09:55, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
You're not allowed to attack someone even if they attacked you first. Gap9551 (talk) 02:46, 20 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Ashwani8888: and when I attacked you? I don't remember doing it, maybe because I've never done that before.--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 09:56, 20 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Luke Stark 96: Of course you don't remember your misdoings mate.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Ashwani8888 (talkcontribs) 12:35, 21 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Control copyright icon Hello Ashwani8888, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your additions to Muhammad bin Qasim have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are PD or compatibly licensed) it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, the help desk or the Teahouse before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 19:52, 26 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

All facts regarding legendary Hindu Rajput King Bappa Rawal are correct. he was the founder of Guhilot Dynasty the forefather of Sisodia dynasty of Mewar from which great rulers Maharan pratap, Rana sanga, Rana kumbha & shivaji originated. You put other references without any real facts and here you are remving my correct facts published.

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
