- Thank you for the feedback, Safari Scribe! I am going to continue getting this right so eventually I can get this article published. I appreciate the guidance, and hope I can come back to you for more.
- This is my first submitted article, and am running into a lot of the roadblocks that several people have also written about when I look through the "talk" pages. I originally had included several references to Minnick's work but they were turned away as not being "reliable" sources, including IMDb, Tribeca Film Festival's official website, SXSW's official website, and several other references that include the praising of Adam J. Minnick's work as a director of photography. Some notable things about Minnick that I haven't included yet are that he is repped by one of the biggest talent agencies in the world (Gersh); he has shot more than 13 feature films over the past decade, all of which have had major distribution; and just the sheer fact that someone behind the camera is so regularly mentioned in movie reviews is definitely an exception to the norm. It is difficult to find specific articles only about a director of photography, as you may notice. He has his own Google search panel, and his work is well-documented, clearly.
- One question I have for you is would it help at all to include more video interviews of Minnick discussing work and process? There are several of those online from various sources in which this is the case. There are interviews with Minnick alongside directors talking about the work as well. If I include that kind of thing, would it be helpful? Thanks.
- Hopefully, I can attempt to use some of your suggestions to steer this article to the right place for acceptance. Thank you again for the feedback. I'll keep trying.
