AngryOptin for non-articles also requires the Optin.
I noticed you added yourself to ClueBot's angry optin list. Since non-articles also need to be written in the regular optin list, I have added your entry to the regular optin as well. Now ClueBot should be protecting your userpage (without 1RR compliance since you added it to the angry optin). mechamind90 21:57, 23 October 2010 (UTC)

AndyTheGrump and perceived legal threats
Please, correct me if I am wrong, but per WP:LEGAL the statement that someone makes "a fraudulent attempt to whitewash Marxist terrorism, in effect turning the discussion into an advertisement for terrorism;"[1] is a perceived legal threat, and even much more serious one, because propaganda of terrorism, by contrast to libel, is a felony. In connection to that, taking into account that both Andy and Justus can be both considered as new editors, I request Access Denied to re-consider their decision.--Paul Siebert (talk) 16:58, 24 October 2010 (UTC)

If you want to poke one of the admins out there, I remember a perfect example of a G1 called How to Eat a Scorpion While it is Mating (in its first iteration). Not only is the title a laugh, it's (if I remember correctly) essentially lorem ipsum text. It's one of the only true G1's I've had in my months on NPP. I wonder why they're calling my idea a nonsense idea. I honestly thought it was a good idea. I mean, The Thing should have made it but didn't, and the same goes for Tommy2010. The UtahraptorTalk/Contribs 01:08, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
- Because some people have the silly idea that everyone needs to spend all their time on FA writing when we also have 4chan and bored vandals to deal with. Access Denied [FATAL ERROR] 01:23, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
- Like I said at Wikipedia talk:Requests for adminship, how does writing an FA teach about the protection policy, the blocking policy, or any of the numerous other policies that administrators have to follow? The UtahraptorTalk/Contribs 01:25, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
- it doesn't. And more often than not, several people get blocked for this or this on the way to an FA. Sure we need more FAs but we also need many more admins to deal with vandals, in addition to the way-too-frequent situation of having a blatant G10 sit there all night. RE: My adminship request
Thank you for nominating me, Access Denied. However, I'm not sure if I can accept. I'm beginning to think...
...that I haven't been around long enough to successfully become an administrator. Looking at the successful and unsuccessful RfAs, I can see that most editors that have less than a year of experience fail their RfA. Diannaa is the only editor I've come across with only a year of experience that will pass an RfA (unless there's an unusually large amount of last-minute opposes). So honestly, I'm not sure I should accept the nomination. The UtahraptorTalk/Contribs 00:46, 28 October 2010 (UTC)
PS Please don't take this as meaning I'm declining. I'm not declining (yet); rather, I'm pointing something out.
- Well, you have very similar edting experience to Diannaa, so I think you could pass fairly easily. Access Denied [FATAL ERROR] 00:49, 28 October 2010 (UTC)
- You're right; I have much copy editing and anti-vandal work. I also have some CSD work and I created WikiProject American Old West. However, I haven't helped improve articles to GA or FA status as Diannaa has. And while I do have a few DYKs, they're nothing compared to what Diannaa's done. I don't know; I guess it couldn't hurt to try. Now the only problem is I have school tomorrow (but thankfully I have Friday off), so I won't be able to answer the optional questions as fast should I accept the nomination.
