I see at User talk:Dipper Dalmatian that you have been repeatedly adding the same complaint to the page and demanding that they not delete it. Per WP:BLANKING, a user is allowed to delete material from their own talk page.

You seem to have a problem with a reversion that they've made on a specific page.
