Hey, fellow Wikipedians! To make things short, I have been on Wikipedia for over a year, since December 2006 ,yet only becoming active in November 2007. I am not an admin (even though I would like to be). I am active in WP:AIV, WP:UAA, WP:RFA, WP:NPP, WP:ACC, and WP:AFC. I am also partially active in WP:AFD. I am also a member of the Bot Approvals Group. I run 4 bots (SoxBot, SoxBot II, SoxBot III, and SoxBot IV). I also participate occasionally in other parts of Wikipedia. So yeah, the rest of this page explains the rest. Enjoy!
Athletes who played 1 game over 100 years ago and did nothing automatically gain notability, and the professors that try to help keep the people of today educated struggle for notability.
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this IP address or network has been used (not necessarily by you) to disrupt Wikipedia. It has been blocked from editing to prevent further abuse.
Wikipedia tries to be open, but we sometimes must blockIP addresses to prevent editing by abusers, vandals, or block evaders. These blocks can affect users who have done nothing wrong. If you are a legitimate user, follow the instructions below to edit despite the block. Users who are the intended target of a range block may still appeal the block.
IP users (without an account): If you do not have an account and wish to bypass this block, an account can be created to allow you to edit. In general, these blocks only prevent users who are not logged in from editing; once you are logged in, the block will no longer affect you in any way. Please request an account under your preferred username. It is important that you use an e-mail address issued to you by your ISP, school, or organisation, so we may verify that you are a legitimate user. If using the form, please refer to this block under "comments". If e-mailing, please refer to this block in your message.
Registered users (with an account): Please make sure you are logged in to your account. If you are unable to edit while logged in you may request IP block exemption to bypass blocks unconnected with you that affect your editing. Post an unblock request to your user talk page.
Administrators:CheckUsers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting a CheckUser or the Arbitration Committee.
This user has beaten ClueBot NG to reverting vandalism.
In addition to the reasons already given, this is now a checkuser block. You have been identified by a Wikipedia checkuser as misusing multiple accounts. If you wish to appeal this block, you may follow the previous instructions but only a checkuser may consider the request. If you do not appeal via UTRS, you must type the text {{checkuser needed}} in your {{unblock}} request. Checkuser blocks can also be appealed to the Arbitration Committee (by email), although this slower process takes several weeks.
This user believes that a user's edit count does not necessarily reflect on the value of their contributions to Wikipedia.
A fact from the article John Knox (meteorologist), which this user created or significantly contributed to, has been featured in the Did you know... section on the Main Page.
Well done patrolling vandalism today! :) *Cremepuff222* 02:23, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

The Barnstar of Good Humor
Aprils fools day was a blast. Loads of users lightened up to have good old fashion fun. I want to thank you for taking part in editing this page in particular and even though I may not know you, embrace the same talk pages, or even edit with you in the near future, I'd like to award you this Barnstar for making Wikipedia a fun environment in which to contribute. Until next year. :) SynergeticMaggot (talk) 13:36, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
