IP adresses and apparent vandalism-only accounts, so no warning given. Article may need protection. HandsomeFella (talk) 23:18, 18 November 2024 (UTC)

Vandal has been IP hopping on this range after a few edits. See edit history of Dimples Romana and Gud Morning Kapatid for evidence. This same IP address has been blocked last September 25 for 24 hours for the same reason. -WayKurat (talk) 00:32, 19 November 2024 (UTC)

- Waitaminutegyattohioskibidi (talk · contribs · deleted · filter log · SUL · Google) • (block · soft · promo · cause · bot · hard · spam · vandal) – Violation of the username policy as a disruptive username. TheNerdzilla (talk) 20:39, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
- Question: What, exactly, is so disruptive about this name as to warrant a no-warning block? Just Step Sideways from this world ..... today 20:42, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
- It's memey, and the one edit is bad, but not immediate no warning block worthy. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 20:45, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
- 'Gyatt' and 'skibidi' very much suggested bad faith to me, and the initial edit only reinforced that. I do apologise for being so hasty though. TheNerdzilla (talk) 20:49, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
- I guess that I am more stringent than the other administators commenting here, but to me, a sexualized trolling username plus obvious bad faith vandalism equals "not here to build an encyclopedia". Cullen328 (talk) 22:19, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
- I concur with Cullen328; definitely NOTHERE in my opinion. SpencerT•C 03:44, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
- I think there is a widespread nothere issue with accounts that uses memes in their usernames. I have blocked a number of such accounts ether for vandalism or nothere issue. I am compiling some data from stalktoy and may be requesting a widespread blacklisting at meta:Talk:Title blacklist if necessary. – robertsky (talk) 04:51, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
- Sounds like a good idea. Agree this specific user is probably NOTHERE given username and single vandalism edit, but they've also apparently ceased editing so the issue might be in abeyance. Would argue there's not enough in the username alone to make this UAA-worthy: suggest we see what happens if/when they resume editing. -- Euryalus (talk) 02:11, 19 November 2024 (UTC)

- DuckworthLawFirm (talk · contribs · deleted · filter log · SUL · Google) • (block · soft · promo · cause · bot · hard · spam · vandal) – Violation of the username policy as a promotional username. Name of a company. Tacyarg (talk) 07:37, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: They haven't yet edited about an entity by this name. 331dot (talk) 09:26, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
- Not a blatant violation of the username policy. For a username to be blatantly promotional, there must be a link between the username and the user's edits. Consider re-reporting if a connection becomes clear through the user's edits. Pickersgill-Cunliffe (talk) 18:12, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
- STTS WIKI (talk · contribs · deleted · filter log · SUL · Google) • (block · soft · promo · cause · bot · hard · spam · vandal) – Violation of the username policy as a promotional username. Spammy draft . Wikishovel (talk) 17:59, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
- Not a violation of the username policy. Stage names and pen names are permitted except when they imply that the editor is a specific living person they are not. Consider filing a report at the conflict of interest noticeboard. Pickersgill-Cunliffe (talk) 18:12, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
